The article presents an analysis of the differences in national regulations on electromagnetic field (EMF) exposure. Specific nations are cited, and an overall evaluation between Eastern European and Western countries' standards is presented. The article provides a health risk assessment for EMF and radiofrequency exposure. The methodologies employed by researchers in determining whether biological changes occur are given. The focus is on radio waves' impact on living organisms, radiobiology, and the differences between Eastern Europe and Western countries evaluation policies. According to the authors, humans, animals and cellular systems can be biologically impacted without negative health consequences.
