It was evidenced that the concentration of heavy metals, electric conductivity, as well as the nitrogen content and match stayed inside that settled down by to pour norm and that although the norm settles down that it should not exist suspended solids superior values they are reported to the 100 mg/L. A parameter that overcomes in 7,4 times what indicates the Cuban norm is the fats and oils, for what intends the installation of a float associated to the technological proposal of treatment that exists for this industry.
