Abstract

The article presents the author's comment on the Casa Giuliani-Frigerio apartments, an architectural work of Giuseppe Terragni located in Como, Italy. According to the author, Casa Giuliani-Frigerio is in many ways Terragni's most sophisticated work. Terragni apparently was a workaholic, a man totally wrapped up in architecture, and the monotony of military life must have given him ample time to dream up complex readings and depths to each aspect of the design.
