Brassica juncea has adapted to diverse climate zones and latitudes, especially in the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau with the complexity and diversity of the ecological types of western China. However, the genetic variations underlying the diversity of these ecotypes are poorly known. In this study, we resequenced the genome of 193 indigenous B. juncea accessions and obtained 1.04 million high-quality SNPs and 3.23 million InDels by mapping reads to the reference genomes of B. juncea var. timuda. Phenotype, population genetic, phylogenetic and principal component analyses showed considerable genetic variation including four distinct genetic groups. Selective sweep analysis and a genome-wide association study revealed the candidate genes for seed color and fatty acid biosynthesis. The results provide a comprehensive insight into the spread and improvement of B. juncea and laya foundation for accelerating rapeseed breeding by facilitating screenings of molecular markers. Low-grade diasporic bauxite in central Guizhou Province, China, contains Li that can be exploited and utilized. In this paper, several methods were used to determine the main chemical components in low-grade diasporic bauxite, which were Al2O3, SiO2 and TiO2, and the main minerals were diaspore, boehmite, kaolinite, illite and anatase. Independent Li minerals were not found. According to chemical phase analysis, Al mainly exists in diaspore, boehmite, kaolinite, and illite, while Li mainly exists in clay minerals along with a small amount in diaspore and boehmite. Li is inferred to be mainly ionically connected to the external hydroxyl group of kaolinite and the interlayer of illite; and partially occupies the site of missing hydrion in the diaspore and boehmite crystals. The promotion of carbon-neutral investments is among the primary constituents of developing a carbon-neutral economy. This is even more important for emerging economies that have constrained financial markets. In this paper, using monthly data between 2011 and 2019, we study 6519 actively managed mutual funds in BRICS after sorting them into black, brown, and green categories based on their investment holdings. Our comparative performance shows that green funds outperform their counterparts for the entire sample and within-country assessment. We also document the volatility and market timing ability of green funds, mainly absent in high emission funds. The results remained robust for various definitions of performance. Our findings also indicate Chinese green funds perform better than those of other countries. This is attributed to the multiple ecologically friendly economic policies that China has adopted over the years. Based on the results, we propose various interventions that could foster the adaptability of a carbon-neutral investment landscape. China's maritime communication regulatory departments have issued some corresponding regulatory policies to ensure the sound development of China's maritime communication, but the evaluation of the regulatory performance of these policies has not been taken seriously, and some existing studies still lack a set of performance evaluation models verified by empirical studies. Based on this, this paper first uses principal component analysis method to establish an exploratory model of China's maritime communication regulation performance evaluation based on the maritime communication data of 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China. On this basis, it uses BP neural network algorithm to verify the model and finally establishes a model of China's maritime communication regulation performance evaluation, thus providing a useful reference for China's maritime communication regulation.
