China is vigorously promoting the whole process of engineering consulting services( WPECS) and the digitized transformation of the construction industry. For the problems existing in the current engineering consulting industry, the combination of WPECS and digitization is proposed as an effective response strategy from the perspective of the development needs of the engineering consulting industry. This paper proposes the "Objective-Implementation" framework diagram of the digitized transformation of WPECS, and puts forward the forerunner points for digitization of WPECS, such as organization structure design, standard system construction, infrastructure construction, related laws and regulations improvement. Institutional theory has explained the greater prevalence of many strategic actions by increases in their legitimacy over time, but it has not explained how firms choose among actions backed by competing institutional logics. We address this topic by linking institutional logics with the theory of organizational coalitions and power to predict how such choices are affected both by external influence (through ownership) and by internal influence (through shared decision making). In particular, we analyze how the old state socialism logic and the new market capitalism logic competed to influence Chinese firms' mergers and acquisitions (M&As). We find that these institutional logics affected M&A decisions via the coalitions committed to each logic--coalitions whose balance of power reflected the external power source of ownership and the internal power source of board representation. We also find that each coalition's strength changed as the market capitalism logic became more established during China's economic transition, and that investors viewed M&As by firms with high state ownership skeptically. For a scalar integrable model, it is generally believed that the solitons interact with each other elastically, for instance, multi-bright solitons from the nonlinear Schrödinger equation and the Korteweg-de Vries equation, etc. We obtain double-valley dark solitons from the defocusing Hirota equation by the Darboux transformation. Particularly, we report a remarkable phenomenon for the inelastic interaction of the double-valley dark solitons, in contrast to the solitons interacting with each other elastically for a scalar integrable model in previous works. Furthermore, we give the explicit conditions for the elastic collision based on the asymptotic analysis results. The solar radio spectrum analyzer is the main means of observing solar radio bursts. Although increasing the temporal resolution allows the fine structure of the solar radio spectrum to be observed in more detail, it also increases exponentially the amount of data received, thereby creating difficulties for the receiving system. To reduce the amount of data handled by the high-time-resolved spectrometer when the Sun is quiet, this paper proposes a self-adaptive method for determining solar bursts by selecting 20 frequencies for radio flux profiles. A solar burst is assumed to be occurring if the radio flux increases by a factor of 200 in 500 ms at one or more frequencies, whereupon the data are stored with a time resolution of up to 1 ms. The end of the burst is determined when the real-time flux drops below the average flux over this 500 ms period. Finally, the data observed every 100 ms during the quiet Sun are averaged and stored, thereby reducing the amount of data storage. The method has been commissioned at the Chashan Solar Observatory in China: during solar flares and coronal mass ejections, the fine structure in the corresponding radio spectra is recorded with high time resolution to understand better the associated dynamic processes, whereas when the Sun is quiet the data are saved at low time resolution, thereby reducing the amount of stored data by a factor of 100 (can be set as needed). All of this helps make the system suitable for long-term observation. As for (i) the time resolutions of the data stored in the solar-burst and quiet periods and (ii) the parameters used to judge the threshold of a radio burst (e.g., 500 ms, 200 times, etc.), these can be set and changed as required. OBJECTIVE. This review was an effort to systematically examine the nationwide data available on pediatric burns requiring hospitalization to reveal burn epidemiology and guide future education and prevention. METHODS. The China Biomedical Disk Database, Chongqing VIP Database, and China Journal Full-Text Database were searched for articles reporting data on children and their burns from January 2000 through December 2005. Studies were included that systematically investigated the epidemiology of pediatric burns requiring hospitalization in China. Twenty-eight articles met the inclusion criteria, all of which were retrospective analyses. For each study included, 2 investigators independently abstracted the data related to the population description by using a standard form and included the percentage of patients with burn injury who were <15 years old; gender and distribution of age; type of residential area; place of injury; distribution of months and time; reasons for burn; anatomical sites of burn; severity of burn; and mortality and cause of death. These data were extracted, and a retrospective statistical description was performed with SPSS11.0 (SPSS Inc. Chicago, IL). RESULTS. Of the pediatric patients studied, the proportion of children with burn injury ranged from 22.50% to 54.66%, and the male/female ratio ranged from 1.25:1 to 4.42:1. The ratio of children aged ≤3 years to those >3 years was 0.19:1 to 4.18:1. The rural/urban ratio was 1.60:1 to 12.94:1. The ratio of those who were burned indoors versus outdoors was 1.62 to 17.00, and there were no effective hints on the distribution of seasons and anatomical sites of burn that could be found. The peak hours of pediatric burn were between 17:00 and 20:00. Most articles reported the sequence of reasons as hot liquid > flame > electricity > chemical, and scalding was, by far, the most predominant reason for burn. The majority of the studies reported the highest proportion involved in moderate burn, and the lowest proportion was for critical burn. The mortality rate ranged from 0.49% to 9.08%, and infection, shock, and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome were the most common causes of death. CONCLUSIONS. Considering the national proportion of children, a high proportion of hospitalized patients with burn injury were children; those who were male, aged ≤3 years, and lived most of the time indoors were especially susceptible. Great attention should be paid when hot water is used or during suppertime. This compilation and analysis of hospitalization-based information has proved useful in establishing the rational priorities tor prevention; a family-school-factory-government mode of preventive strategy has come into being and was performed effectively.
