In the era of "Internet plus," the world economy is becoming more and more globalized and informationalized. China's enterprises are facing unprecedented opportunities for their operation and development. However, it is also facing the financial uncertainties brought about by the fluctuations of the general economic environment, and the company is facing increasing financial risks. The reason why most enterprises encounter a serious financial crisis or even close down in the later stage is that they do not pay full attention to the initial financial problems and do not take effective measures to deal with the crisis in time. Financial risk warning has become an important part of modern enterprise financial management. This paper mainly puts forward the optimized BP neural system as the financial early warning model and ensures its high prediction accuracy. In the research, the operation principle and related reasoning process of the model are described, its shortcomings are analyzed, and solutions are put forward. Through the financial risk analysis of listed companies from 2017 to 2020, we find that the correct rate of the prediction results of the financial distress of normal companies in the selected companies based on the optimized BPNN has reached more than 80%, which proves the effectiveness of the optimized BPNN. Approximately 172 million rural households in China in 2022, will still rely on traditional biofuels instead of electricity. This study explores the feasibility of achieving rural electrification in China utilization various Energy origins and assesses its potential impact on climate change mitigation. To do so, we employ the Regional Energy Model (REM) to formulate hypotheses for rural power distribution. Covering the era from 2020 until 2050. We evaluate consequences in terms of greenhouse gas discharges, principal energy consumption, associated expenses by comparing these possibilities with a Business- as -Usual (BU) scenario. Our findings reveal that diesel-based arrangements tend to produce 'the maximum Carbon Dioxide (CO2) emissions, trailed by network-based solutions. Electrification focused on renewable energy-driven applications has the potential to reduce total CO2 emissions by up to 97 % and primary energy consumption by 43 % in 2050 compared to the BU scenario. We also find that electrification through decentralized diesel systems tends to be the priciest choice. Rural electrification utilizing renewable energy emerges as a cost-effective choice when the majority of end-use applications rely on renewable energy sources. However, it becomes less economical than network expansions when electric end-user appliances are predominant. China is a big agricultural country, and China's agricultural development is related to the development of the country. Especially in poor rural areas, the development of agriculture still stays at low-level manual farming. Therefore, with the help of the developed Internet of Things technology, it is necessary for digital technology to develop and reform the rural areas in poverty-stricken areas. This paper aims to promote the supply-side structural revolution of agriculture in poverty-stricken areas by digital technology based on intelligent environment of Internet of Things. Firstly, the KNN intelligent algorithm is improved to improve the accuracy and reduce the time complexity. Then, based on the data support of Internet of Things technology, a prediction model is built, and the parameters are optimized by particle swarm optimization, and finally the best prediction model with high prediction accuracy, good stability and reduced prediction time complexity is obtained. Taking the source area of the Danjiang River in the South-to-North Water Transfer Project as the research object, the total grain output and soybean production demand in this area from 2010 to 2018 were selected, and the change trend of soybean production and demand in this area from 2019 to 2021 was predicted. The experimental data show that the soybean output in this region has increased year by year, with a cumulative increase of 6,985.4 tons from 2010 to 2018. Soybean output sometimes exceeds demand, and sometimes it is less than demand. There will be an oversupply situation in 2019 and 2021, and an oversupply situation in 2020. Therefore, the prediction model of Internet of Things can effectively predict the supply and demand situation of soybean with an accuracy rate of over 90%, which can provide data support for the decision-making of structural change of agricultural supply side in poverty-stricken areas. Objective: To systematically evaluate the effect of collaborative nursing on self-care ability of postcolostomy patients with colorectal cancer (CRC)., Methods: PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, and Wanfang databases were searched to collect relevant literatures on randomized controlled trials of postcolostomy patients with CRC. The search period was started from 2010 to 2021. Statistical analysis was performed on the data extracted from the comprehensive meta-analysis with STATA 16.0 analysis software., Results: As a result, it was found that the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in the treatment group. Seven studies included the preintervention self-care concept and preintervention self-care skills. Six studies included preintervention self-care responsibility and preintervention exercise of self-care agency (ESCA) scale. In the comparison among the concept of self-care after intervention, self-care skills, self-care responsibility, and ESCA scale, all of them had higher scores in the treatment group than in the control group ( P < 0.05).
