The article reports on the results of a survey that was conducted by the Hong Kong Productivity Council in China in 2012 concerning the prevalence of online shoppers in the country and their impact on export markets. It states that efforts are being done by business enterprises to use the cyber market to increase their sales performance. It mentions that the results revealed the prevalence of a variety of social network and communication tools and web sites in the country.
