Text clustering plays an important role in data mining and machine learning. After years of development, clustering technology has produced a series of theories and methods. However, in the text clustering of Chinese news, the mainstream LDA method suffers a high time complex. In order to improve the speed, this paper puts forward a new method in which neural network language model is first applied to text clustering. Text clustering is first converted to its dual problem called word clustering. With neural network language model, we can get word vector which can be used in the fuzzy k-means of the Chinese news keyword set. Based on the keyword clustering result, we can get text clustering result of Chinese news by a single transition. Experiments have show this method's running speed is five times faster than LDA. This article uses structuration and cultural production theories to analyze innovations in news-making practices during the 2003 coverage of the first major phase of the Iraq War at the English Service of China’s state broadcaster, CCTV International (renamed CCTV News in 2010). It examines forces leading to the changes and their impact on news routine and news content, finding that innovation, the introduction of live studio interviews, accompanied by various uncertainty reduction measures, creates room for more diversity of opinions. The special position of CCTV International in China’s media system allowed greater media experiment to be made possible, as newsmakers adopted ways to contend the boundary of official discourse. The article presents a study which examines the new gathering procedures of news involving China by foreign journalists, information sources, and the provided facilities for journalistic activities by the Chinese government. It mentions the importance of understanding the philosophy of the country in studying the relationship of its government with foreign journalists. It states that the disapproval of China in traditional western news gathering is considered partly hypocritical and misconceived. It also considers language barrier as one of the hindrances among foreign journalists since only few Beijing correspondents can read the Chinese language and speak Mandarin.
