The article explains what Mojiriori is. Mojiriori is a form of weaving used in various countries like Japan, China and Peru among others. According to the author, the technique originated from China and Peru and was introduced in Japan during the 7th and 8th centuries from Korea. During the early years, Mojiriori cloths in Japan were used as clothes for aristocrats and were also used in ceremonies and as gifts. The cloths are used for kimonos during the modern days.
