In order to implement the concept of educational principle of a research university and the training objectives of international elite, construct open teaching patterns, adapt to the evolving needs of personnel training, a digital interactive system of cooperation education of China and Russia was constructed in biological foundation experiment center of Heilongjang university. Modern information technology was applied into personnel training classrooms of internationalization of higher education through microscope systems, image processing systems, multimedia projection systems, voice answering system and application software systems. The communication of teachers and students was more accurate and convenient by using Knob function of LED pointer system and convenient manipulation interface. It is necessary to apply Motic digital interactive system for combination culture between China and Russia and interactive multimedia experimental teaching in biological foundation experiment center. Application of modern multimedia technology and high-tech means has enriched practice of teaching content, improved the efficiency and effectiveness of experimental teaching, and achieved domestic and international sharing of information resources.
