A smart city is regarded as a new form of urban development proposed by humans to cope with urban problems. Smart cities are of great interest to theoretical circles and are favored by city governments. However, in China, research on common problems and solution strategies in the process of smart city construction is still insufficient. To address this insufficiency, we utilized Python language and the Selenium library to realize a web crawler and construct a smart city corpus background library. Then, the word2vec model was used for word vectorization to divide policy texts into phrases, and 132 policies from 85 cities above the prefecture level in China were analyzed using the Gaussian mixture model (GMM). The results showed many problems in the smart city construction process in China, including the homogenization of content, the wide topic coverage, the influence of higher-level governments, the mismatch with the local situation, and the neglect of relationship governance. Moreover, an efficiency-governance model was designed, and it held certain theoretical and practical guiding significance for further promoting the healthy and sustainable development of smart city construction in China. Objective: The central nervous system (CNS) is a frequent site of relapse in childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). This study aims to investigate the utility of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) flow cytometry in detecting CNS infiltration and relapse., Methods: Flow cytometry was used to detect CSF leukemia cells, and patients were categorized into the CSF Flow+ and CSF Flow- groups. The primary outcome was the cumulative incidence of relapse (CIR) in the CSF Flow+ and CSF Flow- groups., Results: A total of 1301 patients were enrolled, 159 patients (12.2%) showed positive CSF flow cytometry results. The CNS Flow+ patients exhibited significantly higher rates of any CNS relapse (22.5% vs. 0.2%, p < 0.01) and isolated CNS relapse (10.7% vs. 0%, p < 0.01) compared to CNS Flow- patients. Cox regression analysis revealed that risk factors for isolated CNS relapse included a positive result of D46 minimal residual disease (MRD) and CSF Flow+ at a non-initial diagnosis. For any CNS relapse, the significant risk factors were CSF Flow+ at the initial diagnosis and CSF Flow+ at a non-initial diagnosis., Conclusions: CSF flow cytometry may have clinical utility in detecting CNS infiltration among pediatric ALL patients. This study evaluated the long-term therapeutic effect and prognostic factors of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in 100 young Chinese children (<2 years old) who were enrolled in the Shanghai Children's Medical Center (SCMC)-ALL-2009 study in five pediatric hematological disease centers based on collaboration. The 5-year and 10-year event-free survivals (EFS) were 74.7 ± 3.2% and 73.3 ± 3.4%. The 10-year EFS rates for low risk, intermediate-risk, and high-risk patients were 81.9 ± 5.0%, 71.3 ± 4.3%, and 22.2 ± 13.9%, respectively. Relapse occurred in 19 patients. MRD results on day 55, good or poor response to prednisolone, and age at diagnosis were shown to have important prognostic and therapeutic implications. Compared with the SCMC-ALL-2005 protocol, showed that the 10-year-EFS and 10-year-overall survival of the SCMC-ALL-2009 protocol were better than that of the -2005 protocol. Notably, the intermediate-risk group was improved after the chemotherapy intensity was strengthened.
