The objective of this work was to analyze the nutritional profile of pregnant women accompanied in low-risk prenatal care. The collection started with the explanation of the research objectives and with the signature of the post-informed consent term, a semistructured questionnaire was applied, composed of objective questions, using, at the time of application, the necessary instruments for data collection, such as the SisPréNatal-Monitoring System for Pregnant Women and scales for carrying out the measures. The study was carried out in the Family Health Strategy Naíde Guedes Diógenes, in the city of Jaguaribe, which is located in the Jaguaribe valley region in the state of Ceará. Participants in the study were pregnant women who met the inclusion criteria, which were: performing low-risk prenatal care and being in the second or third trimester of pregnancy. As a result of the research, the age group was from 16 to 37 years old, with the prevalence of those who were 26. The pre-pregnancy and gestational body mass index will remain the same, with the presence of 50% of pregnant women with adequate weight and the other 50% presenting nutritional risk. This study allows us to conclude and suggest the need for more research that addresses the theme, as well as the development of programs for health education in prenatal care that include nutritional assessment and guidance.
