The present investigation was intended to verify the teachers' conceptions as for the continuous formation on service during the applicability of the Medium Teaching Program in Net, instituted by the State Office of Education of the State of São Paulo. This Program that was implanted in the year of 2004 and has extended to the year of 2006, aimed at to qualify the teachers that act in the medium teaching through network, propitiating a reflection on the educative practice, stimulating the reading and the production of texts in order to leverage the public teaching, that in the last years is demonstrating a knowledge deficit. For this purpose it was opted for the use of descriptive qualitative interpretative approach of the subject-collaborators' perception, through interview semi-structured that you/they interrogated on the development of the program while continuous formation in service. The description and analysis, they made possible starting from the teachers' speech - collaborators, to consider the teachers' conception in relationship á applicability of the Program, while specific formation inside of the modality, concluding that the continuous formation motivates the teachers and it proposes a dialogue between the theory and educational action.
