Historically, sanitary emergencies unleash public health strategies based on a prescriber and verticalized campaign model. Through a territory-based perspective that values and puts in dialogue the popular knowledge, the popular education for health advocates for the strengthening of social participation to deal with this damage. This essay aims to apprehend the limits and possibilities of social technology in popular health education by the analysis of an extension project that promoted a continuing education process with health agents at the Complexo do Alemão, State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in the zika virus context. It was a exploratory qualitative research by a documental analysis of this extension project. To investigate, thematize and problematize the territory emergencies through the freirean approach could help to develop prevention and promotion activities that, at least, were more complex than usual and territorybased as well. However, some participants also maintained the classical absolutization of the ignorance by the popular class and the excessive valorization of scientific knowledge, which refers to two challenges for replicating popular education methods: the educator background and the temporality of educative actions. Objective: To analyze the application of the Problematization Methodology with the Maguerez arc for the development of social technologies applied to the production of men's health care. Methods: Experience report on the construction of a Social Technology, dedicated to supporting the production of health care men's health held with students, researchers and health professionals participating in an international health congress in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil, held in March 2019. The problematization method and the theoretical-conceptual framework of Social Technology and care production. Results: The Social Technology proposal, aimed at making professionals and was structured in four stages: planning and organization; theoretical and methodological configuration; operationalization and structuring; and, execution. Participants developed quite varied strategies effectively built individually and collectively. Such strategies were expressed on cardboardtype paper, and comprised the setting up of an educational / informational thematic panel. Conclusion: A proved to be easy to access, low cost, feasible to reproduce, interactive, problematic, reflective, providing an important support device for the production of health care for men. The objective of this article was to carry out a descriptive documentary research on Social Technologies correlated with digital culture in Brazil. The database "Banco do Brasil Foundation Award for Social Technologies" was chosen with a time frame between the years 2001 to 2017. A quantitative approach was used in the presentation of information, using the table technique in order to guarantee the understanding of the results. These presented 21 experiences in 17 Brazilian states with consequences in education, income generatio digital inclusion, accessibility and assisted learning in virtual environments. Considering the principles of simplicity, low cost, easy applicability and replicability, in addition to proof of high social impact; it is concluded that Social Technologies with digital solutions of the aforementioned award contribute both to social, environmental and economic valorization, as well as to the dissemination of digital culture among children, youth, the elderly, the visually and hearing impaired. This article presents the results of an action research work on environmental education developed in 2010 with family farmers from rural communities in Bandeirante, a town located in the State of Santa Catarina, Brazil. Since this research is closely related to an educational process, its aim is to propose strategies for environmental education activities and inclusion of social technology for sanitation on family farmers properties in Bandeirante. The reflections presented here highlight the importance of collective work and dialogical interactions among those involved. This approach was chosen because it is believed that the quality of life of family farmers and their relationship with their environment has been favored, thus contributing to sustainable rural development.
