In this globalized world, countries are highly inter-dependent for socio-economic development. It is more important for developing countries like Bangladesh because of the multidimensional nature of development issue that requires support from different corners particularly after being graduated to middle income country. Collaboration and partnerships expedite development process, enhance mutual trust, and build strong relation to explore new areas for assistance. This partnership is necessarily required when countries adopt global agenda.  The agenda 2030 is a holistic approach that philosophizes the well-being and prosperity of humankind. In order to realize the benefits of this agenda and implement all 17 goals and its 169 targets, country needs support from various stakeholders. Apart from the public and private sectors from within, global actors including international organizations, different nations must act together to bring the benefit for all. This paper aims at analyzing the necessity of collaboration and partnership among the states and assessing how partnerships can help implement Sustainable Development Goals. This review article is prepared based on the secondary data collected from the various research articles, government publications, UN reading materials. Considering local integration of Rohingyas, this study tries to uphold that, while providing humanitarian support to stateless Rohingyas. Bangladesh's disquietude is partly motivated by internal security threats creating the ambiance in Cox's Bazar more challengeable for the humanitarian workers to work on. Further, the challenges Bangladesh is facing while aiding the Rohingyas can be overcome by leveraging native actors and astringency as well as by providing context-specific and sustainable aid. Finally this paper guides with appraisal of recommendations for the humanitarian aid providers to hold their responsibilities in confronting the challenges that lies ahead in the humanitarian field. Poor health care-seeking behaviour, access to services and availability of service delivery have implications for the health of the community. This study explored the perceptions, practices and challenges related to maternal and neonatal care in the teagarden community in Bangladesh. The study also identified service gaps and problems prevalent in teagarden health facilities. A qualitative study was conducted in five teagardens in the Moulvibazar district of Bangladesh. Six focus group discussions (FGDs) were completed with individuals from the teagarden community, and twelve in-depth interviews (IDIs) were performed with health facility staff working in those teagarden facilities. Misconceptions and harmful traditional practices were found to exist among the families in the teagardens, restricting them from accessing quality health care. Pregnant women are not aware of antenatal care, and deliveries are being conducted at home by untrained birth attendants. Unhygienic and harmful postnatal practices are used. Teagarden health facilities are not well equipped or prepared to provide good care. Inequities exist within the teagarden communities, with unregistered workers having even poorer access to care. Bangladesh is endowed with ample supply of renewable sources of energy. By acknowledging the potential of renewable energy resources, Bangladesh could possibly meet its unprecedented energy demand, thus enhancing electricity accessibility to all and increasing energy security through their progression. A significant number of studies demonstrated the socioeconomic impact of the renewable energy especially in Bangladesh. According to these studies, it is realized that the entrepreneurial perspective of renewable energy is missing, with the exception of a few studies on innovation theory, social entrepreneurship, and micro-finance. The endeavor of this article is to argue that the renewable energy is an opportunity to slow environmental degradation opening a new perspective of the research agenda in entrepreneurship. In addition to that, it is hoped that this article contributes to the connection of entrepreneurial perspective, its opportunities and challenges, with renewable energy in the emerging markets in Bangladesh. This paper aims at discussing some socio-psychological barriers and linguistic challenges in teaching and learning English language especially reading and writing skills in Qawmi madrasas. The writer has used questionnaire, focused group discussion, and interview as data collection tools and the data has been analyzed following the quantitative and qualitative methods. After analyzing the data it is found that the linguistic challenges faced by the students of Qawmi madrasa include poor rate of fluency, learners' ignorance of phonetics and phonology, beliefs of teachers and learners about the nature of language and nature of learning, absence of any methodology in teaching and learning, and lack of effective interaction in the target language. The socio-psychological barriers include poor classroom environment, institutional obstacles for learners, perception of the society about Qawmi students, lack of qualified English teachers, and attitude towards the English language. Bangladesh is an emerging economy and has been earning about 7% GDP growth during the last two decades. It has 150 universities which can accommodate 3 million students. Every year, about 5 million young students enter university level education. Therefore, about 2 million young people desire to move overseas for higher education. Existing literature focusses on the need for young generation to go overseas for higher education but the challenges as well as opportunities for studying overseas have not been addressed. One of the highest priority sectors in Bangladesh is the Pharmaceutical sector. The reason is that the sector is the second highest contributor to the national exchequer and it creates huge employment opportunities for the unemployed people in Bangladesh. The pharmaceutical companies of Bangladesh currently meet 97 percent of local demand and exports to 109 countries in five continents. It also exports pharmaceutical products to different international agencies (EPB-2013). Thus, this paper attempts to reveal the opportunities of pharmaceutical business in Bangladesh. At present the pharmaceutical companies of Bangladesh are facing tremendous challenges due to the competition in the global market. As per trade-related intellectual property rights (TRIPs), the pharmaceutical companies of Bangladesh can continue to produce patented products until 2016 (WTO-2012). Therefore, this paper also attempts to explore the challenges facing by the pharmaceutical companies of Bangladesh and prescribe some possible courses of action to overcome these challenges. Post kala-azar dermal leishmaniasis (PKDL) is a skin complication resulting from infection with Leishmania donovani (LD) parasite. It mostly affects individuals who have previously suffered from visceral leishmaniasis (VL) caused by LD. In some cases, PKDL develops among people infected with LD, but do not show any symptoms of VL. Clinical presentation includes hypopigmented macules/papules/nodules or polymorphic lesions (combination of two or more lesions). Except for skin lesions, PKDL patients are generally healthy and usually do not seek medical care. These patients play an important role in interepidemic transmission of the infection and subsequent VL outbreak. Therefore, proper diagnosis and treatment of PKDL patients is important for the control of VL in endemic countries, especially in the Indian subcontinent where VL is anthroponotic. Here, we report the challenges in the estimation of PKDL burden, its diagnosis, and treatment, and suggest possible solutions based on recent literature, reports, published manuals, and web-based information.
