This article presents results of research in Argentinean newspaper Tiempo Argentino, based on interviews conducted in January 2018, with the aim of analyzing the potentialities and limits of collective work organization, especially "cooperative resistance", in the context of hegemony of the individualization of work situations. Thus, the article contextualizes the issue of cooperatives and their contradictions. Then, we map cooperatives of journalists, especially in Argentina. Founded in 2010, Tiempo Argentino is managed by its workers since 2016, in the case of "factory recovered by workers", with the creation of the cooperative Por Más Tiempo, the initiative in the area with the largest number of journalists in the country.
