The article discusses the issue of child labor in chocolate industry in Africa. It reveals that everyday in the Ivory Coast, Ghana, Nigeria and Cameroon, about 300,000 children are forced to pick cocoa beans that will be sold to chocolate companies. Thus, Fair Trade Certified was established, which companies that buy cocoa from farmers sign a document promising to pay farmers a price which is enough for them to buy food and clothing for their families and their children's education.
