No. of bitstreams: 1 Rita de Cássia Camelo Bueno Cavalcanti.pdf: 1092807 bytes, checksum: 31b00ca02ca9d2826dbeb0b0d6688d77 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2020-05-28 The present thesis, linked to the line of research Education, Society and Culture of the Stricto Sensu Graduate Program in Education (PPGE) of the Pontifical Catholic University of Goiás (PUC-Goiás), aimed to analyze the discourse of the proposal presented by the Project Health and Prevention in Schools (SPE). It contains texts and pedagogical workshops taken as suggestions so that peer educators (education and health) can base themselves and build with their students - adolescents and young people - new ways of relating to themselves and to others . There are eight issues that make up the series "Adolescents and Youth for Peer Education". However, for the discursive analysis of such material, it was prioritized as a discursive corpus the guidelines provided for the execution of the pedagogical workshops present in only three of the eight issues, since they deal more directly with the issue of sexuality. They are: Sexuality and Reproductive Health; Prevention of STDs, HIV and AIDS and Sexual Diversities. Thus, Chapter 1 deals with the understanding of the sexual and reproductive health situation of adolescents and young people under the themes and sub-themes: Adolescence and youth and sub-themes - Adolescence and youth: a social, historical and cultural construction; Adolescence, Youth and Subjectivity; Adolescents, Youth and Affection; Adolescent and Youth: sexual life and sexually transmitted diseases. In Chapter 2, in turn, there is a discussion about Discourse Analysis (AD), conceived from Michel Pêcheux and Pedagogical Discourse, in the light of Eni Pulcinelli Orlandi. This chapter deals with the following sub-themes: Discourse Analysis, by Michel Pêcheux; Ideology and Subject (IS), Interpretation Device (DI) and Pedagogical Discourse (DP) in the school context. Chapter 3 presents the discursive analysis of the guidelines presented in the workshops of the installments of the series: ¿Adolescents and Youth for Peer Education¿, from the Health and Prevention in Schools Project (SPE). This chapter is organized into the following subheadings: History and guidelines of the Health and Prevention in Schools Project; Thematic issues of the Health and Prevention in Schools project; Sexualities and Reproductive Health: Adolescents and Youth for Peer Education; Prevention of STDs, HIV, AIDS): Adolescents and Youth for peer education; Issue: Sexual Diversities - Adolescents and Youth for peer education; Workshops for the Health and Prevention in Schools Project; Discursive analysis of pedagogical workshops. In this last chapter, we sought to analyze the type of pedagogical discourse presented in the statements that guide the pedagogical workshops of the thematic fascicles of the SPE. The results indicate that the type of discourse of the SPE Pedagogical Workshops (2010), even though they seem controversial, since it is fundamental to stimulate the public served and to put into practice their citizenship, considering the importance of the realization of individual and community human rights and, in this way, the risk of appropriating stigmas and prejudices is hindered, discursiveness typically presents traces of informative text. It is noteworthy that, at no time, it was noticed, in the workshop texts, spaces for adolescents and young people to insert their doubts, concerns, anxieties and uncertainties about sex and sexuality experienced in its singularity. It was noted, then, a very controlled polysemy, a core characteristic of an authoritarian pedagogical discourse A presente tese, vinculada na linha de pesquisa Educação, Sociedade e Cultura do Programa de Pós-Graduação Stricto Sensu em Educação (PPGE) da Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás (PUC-Goiás), objetivou analisar a discursividade da proposta apresentada pelo Projeto Saúde e Prevenção nas Escolas (SPE). Nele, constam textos e oficinas pedagógicas tidas como sugestões para que os (as) educadores (as) entre pares (educação e saúde) possam se basear e construir com seus alunos adolescentes e jovens novos modos de se relacionar consigo e com os outros. São oito os fascículos que compõem a série "Adolescentes e Jovens para a Educação entre Pares". No entanto, para a análise discursiva de tal material, priorizou-se como corpus discursivos as orientações fornecidas para a execução das oficinas pedagógicas presentes em apenas três dos oito fascículos, uma vez que esses tratam mais diretamente da questão da sexualidade. São eles: Sexualidade e Saúde Reprodutiva; Prevenção das DSTs, HIV e AIDS e Diversidades Sexuais. Assim, o capítulo 1, trata das compreensões sobre situação de saúde sexual e saúde reprodutiva de adolescentes e jovens sob os temas e subtemas: Adolescência e juventude e subtemas - Adolescência e juventude: uma construção social, histórica e cultural; Adolescência, Juventude e subjetividade; Adolescentes, Jovens e a Afetividade; Adolescente e Jovem: vida sexual e doenças sexualmente transmissíveis. No capítulo 2, por sua vez, realiza-se uma discussão acerca da Análise de Discurso (AD), concebida a partir de Michel Pêcheux e o Discurso Pedagógico, à luz de Eni Pulcinelli Orlandi. Trata-se, neste capítulo, os seguintes subtemas: Análise de Discurso, de Michel Pêcheux; Ideologia e Sujeito (IS), Dispositivo de Interpretação (DI) e Discurso Pedagógico (DP) no contexto escolar. O capítulo 3 apresenta a análise discursiva das orientações apresentadas das oficinas dos fascículos da série: Adolescentes e Jovens para a Educação entre Pares, do Projeto Saúde e Prevenção nas Escolas (SPE). Este capítulo está organizado nos seguintes subtítulos: Histórico e diretrizes do Projeto Saúde e Prevenção nas Escolas; Fascículos temáticos do projeto Saúde e Prevenção nas Escolas; Fascículo Sexualidades e Saúde Reprodutiva: Adolescentes e Jovens para a educação entre pares; Fascículo Prevenção das DSTs, HIV, Aids): Adolescentes e Jovens para a educação entre pares; Fascículo: Diversidades Sexuais - Adolescentes e Jovens para a educação entre pares; Oficinas do Projeto Saúde e Prevenção nas Escolas; Análises discursivas das oficinas pedagógicas. Neste último capítulo, buscou-se analisar o tipo de discurso pedagógico apresentado nos enunciados que orientam as oficinas pedagógicas dos fascículos temáticos do SPE. Os resultados apontam que o tipo de discursividade das Oficinas Pedagógicas dos SPE (2010), ainda que pareçam polêmicos, uma vez que é fundamental para estimular o público atendido e colocar em prática sua cidadania, considerando a importância da efetivação de direitos humanos individuais e comunitários e, desse modo, dificulta o risco de apropriar-se de estigmas e preconceitos, a discursividade apresenta traços tipicamente de texto informativo. Destaca-se que, em nenhum momento, percebeu-se, nos textos das oficinas, espaços para que os adolescentes e jovens pudessem inserir suas dúvidas, inquietações, angústias e incertezas sobre o sexo e a sexualidade vivenciadas em sua singularidade. Notou-se, então, uma polissemia bastante controlada, característica nuclear de um discurso pedagógico autoritário

O Brasil encontra-se com a maior população jovem de sua história. Há um fator agravante para a difícil situação que enfrentam os jovens brasileiros, pois eles vivem em regiões de maior vulnerabilidade social. Estes jovens têm necessidades específicas e devem ser desenvolvidas políticas públicas que respondam a sua especificidade, dentro de uma perspectiva que encoraje a participação. Uma estratégia inovadora na perspectiva da educação entre pares foi desenvolvida no âmbito dos Centros de Testagem e Aconselhamento (CTA) vinculados à Secretaria Municipal da Saúde de São Paulo, denominada Plantão Jovem (PJ). Os PJ são formados por jovens entre 16 e 24 anos, que atuam junto a seus pares em ações de acolhimento, aconselhamento, oferta de insumos e de palestras educativas. Este artigo descreve os PJ, na perspectiva de seus jovens agentes, buscando compreender como estes compreendem o seu trabalho de educação entre pares. Foram desenvolvidos 3 grupos focais com os plantonistas de quatro CTA implantados em regiões periféricas e de alta exclusão social. Os discursos dos plantonistas valorizam a identidade com os jovens de sua comunidade no desenvolvimento de ações individuais e coletivas, a ênfase no aprendizado prático, o enfoque no encontro e no entendimento do outro. Foram identificados alguns pontos de tensão no desenvolvimento da proposta: valorização da informação técnico-científica X centralidade do encontro e do diálogo, no âmbito da prevenção de Aids; confusão entre identidade pessoal e profissional, como paradoxo da educação entre pares; confusão entre agentes e técnica operacionalizada no contexto da educação entre pares. Brazil is facing its major youth population of its history. There is an aggravation for the difficult situation met by young Brazilians nowadays, because they live in regions submitted to great social vulnerability. Young people have specific needs and public policies must be addressed to their particularity, within a participation perspective. An innovative strategy of peer education was developed within the Volunteer and Counseling Testing Clinics (VCT) from the Secretaria Municipal da Saúde de São Paulo, intitled Plantão Jovem (PJ). The PJ is integrated by 16 to 24 years old youth that develop welcoming and counseling activities, condom distribution and educative lectures. This article describes the PJ from their young agents perspective, aiming to understand how they comprehend their peer-work. Three focal groups were developed with the peer-workers from four VCT clinics from the peripheric and highly social excluded regions. The peers-workers speeches value the identity shared with their communities' youth in the development of individual and group activities, the emphasis in the practical learning, the focus on the encounter and the other understanding. There were identified some critical points in the development of the proposal: value of techno-scientific information versus the encounter and dialogue centrality within Aids prevention; confusion among personal and professional identities, as a peer-education paradox and the confusion between agents and operational technique within peer-education.
