Reducing occupational accidents is vital to protect the health and safety of workers. This helps prevent economic losses and social losses while increasing labor productivity. More work accidents can lead to economic costs such as lost labor and health expenditures. Therefore, understanding the relationship between occupational accidents and the minimum wage can help assess the economic impacts and contribute to the formulation of more sustainable economic and occupational health and safety policies. The aim of this study is to examine the potential relationship between the minimum wage level and occupational accidents in Turkey and to statistically analyze the effects of occupational health and safety measures on the minimum wage level. This study is a retrospective analysis of the relationship between minimum wage and occupational accidents in Turkey between 2014 and 2021. The population of the study consisted of all employees who were included in the Social Security Institution Statistical Years between 2014-2021 and who experienced occupational accidents. No sampling criterion was used in the study and all employees were included. The data were obtained from the reports prepared by the Statistical Department of the General Directorate of Labor of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the Republic of Turkey between 2014-2021 and the statistical yearbooks of the Social Security Institution. JAMOVI 2.3.28 software program was used in the statistical analysis of the data. The significance level was taken as 0.05. A positive, statistically significant and strong relationship was found between minimum wage level and occupational accidents (r=0.897; p=.05). It was also found that the work accident variable explained 77% of the variance of the minimum wage variable. As a result, it is concluded that the increase in the minimum wage level does not reduce occupational accidents. However, the extent to which the increase in the minimum wage is meaningful in inflationary Turkey is open to debate. This article examines the situation of occupational accidents in the construction site sector in Romania, an area characterized by increased risks for the health and safety of workers. Recent statistics indicate a high incidence of accidents, mainly presented by the lack of training of employees, noncompliance of equipment and insufficient resources allocated for effective controls. The study identifies the main causes of these accidents and highlights the need for a more rigorous approach in the implementation of occupational health and safety measures. In addition, the role of collaboration between authorities, employers and workers in promoting an organisational culture of safety is highlighted. The company analyzed in the paper presented attaches great importance to the activity of protecting all employees and its assets against the risks of injury or damage, considering life to be the most valuable asset. Therefore, occupational safety and health must be integrated through the collective effort to achieve the desired quality of the services provided. In this paper I wanted to highlight the fact that obtaining positive results in the field of OSH involves much more than the implementation of a formalized structure, the management of a company must develop a culture of continuous improvement and involvement / participation of all employees in order to generate positive effects on OSH performance, as it refers to their health and physical integrity. The implementation of these measures and conclusions can significantly contribute to reducing the risks of occupational accidents and illnesses for any employee, not just for the welding profession, thus promoting a safer and healthier working environment. Work accidents occurred upstream and downstream company project activities. PT. Pertamina would be one of the causes of disruption or cessation of project work activities. The risk of failure always existed in every work activity, and when a work accident occured, no matter how small, it could result in detrimental effects, therefore as much as possible and as early as possible, potential work accidents must be prevented or at least reduced in their impact. The lack of knowledge about occupational safety and health was largely due to the belief that occupational safety and health programs would be an additional burden on company costs, even though if we took into account the amount of compensation and compensation funds for work accident victims were smaller than the profits. This research aimed to identify and analyze the occurrence of work accidents at PT. Pertamina in terms of counterproductive work behavior. The approach used in this research was a qualitative approach with a case study research design. The results of the research concluded that the adoption of counterproductive work behavior was starting to be widely implemented in the field of occupational safety and health in order to minimize the number of work accidents and prevention of work accidents could be carried out using methods of elimination, substitution, technical engineering, administrative control and the used of personal protective equipment for workers. Objectives. Turkey canceled the daylight saving time (DST) transition and started permanent clockapplication. Considering the effect of this new regulation on working hours, this study examines whether there is a relationship with the increase in the number of workaccidents in shifts. Methods. Data on work accidents were obtained from the Republic of Turkey Social Security Institution (SSI), filed between 2011 and 2020. We estimate accident rates using Poisson regression and log-linear models as a function of a variety of date-based factors. Results. The results show that DST transition is effective (ineffective in terms of gender) on changes in the number of workaccidents. With statistical analyses, the hourly distribution of workaccidents was determined, indicating at which hour the most workaccidents occurred, using the work accident frequency rate. The number of prevented work accidents was calculated as 286,793 for Turkey. Conclusion. The findings from these studies suggest that cancellation of the DST transition does not have a negative effect on the incidence of workaccidents in Turkey; on the contrary, this practice also serves the purpose of preventing workaccidents. Workplaces in the construction industry are coded as “very dangerous” workplaces in the OHS legislation, as they are the workplaces where work accidents occur most frequently and work accidents cause irreparable results. While land structures are built on a foundation laid on a fixed ground, the fact that floating elements require a structuring on a movable ground and without a foundation makes the ship industry a special area of the construction sector. Shipyards, where shipbuilding, maintenance and repair activities are carried out, and in this respect, which form the main backbone of the ship industry, are workplaces that are critically important to examine in terms of occupational health and safety discipline, since they contain "unacceptable risks" for human and environmental health due to the activities carried out. In this study, it is aimed to examine the occupational health and safety practices in shipyards through the defined indicators, to refer to the measures to be taken for possible occupational health and safety non-compliances, and thus to contribute to the creation of a process guide for the prevention of work accidents and occupational diseases. In order to achieve this aim, in the study; the document analysis method was applied and the data collection process was carried out in the form of "observation" and "literature review". BACKGROUND: Craniocerebral injuries belong to the category of bodily injuries which are characterised by high mortality and a high percentage of permanent effects in the form of disability. The likelihood of this injury exists in the workplace too. Performing works at a height or using high-pressure or mechanical machinery exposes employees to a higher risk of a craniocerebral injury. CASE REPORT: This case study deals with the topic of open craniocerebral trauma suffered by a 20-year-old man who was wearing no head protection at his place of work. It details the management of this trauma at the site of the accident, during transfer to the hospital and during hospitalisation. La consolidation est une notion fondamentale aussi bien en « accident du travail » qu'en « droit commun ». Elle définit le moment où le dommage est stabilisé, décrit par le médecin et permet l'évaluation des préjudices par le juriste. La date de consolidation doit être fixée a posteriori par l'expert et correspondre à la ligne de partage entre les préjudices temporaires et les préjudices permanents. The concept of « Consolidation » is fundamental at both levels: accidents at work and common law. It defines the moment when damage has stabilized, as described by the doctor, and it allows the lawyers to evaluate the damage. The objective of this study is to elucidate the relationship between obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and the risk of work‐related injuries (WRIs), synthesize the latest clinical evidence and conduct a systematic review and meta‐analysis adhering to Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta‐Analyses guidelines (PRISMA 2020). Observational studies published before April 2020 in PubMed, Cochrane library, PsycINFO, Scopus, Google Scholar and Web of Science were included. Random‐effects Mantel–Haenszel meta‐analysis was performed. A total of 15 studies with 21,507 participants were included. Prespecified subgroup analyses based on study design and the characteristics of the enrollees were conducted. Overall, workers with OSA had 1.64‐fold increased odds of being involved in WRIs compared to their counterparts (OR = 1.64, 95% CI = 1.24–2.16, p = 0.0005). In addition to the professional drivers that have been studied in the past, such a trend also existed in the general working population (OR = 1.68, 95% CI = 1.14–2.49, p = 0.01). We also found that workers with excessive daytime sleepiness (Epworth Sleepiness Scale score >10) had a 1.68‐fold increased risk of WRIs compared to those with lower ESS scores (OR = 1.68, 95% CI = 1.22–2.30, p = 0.002). This study verified that OSA workers had a higher risk of WRIs, and such correlations do not show obvious differences in subgroups with different sample sizes, OSA diagnosis methods, job types or definitions of WRI. Based on the association between OSA and WRIs identified in our study, further studies investigating the protective effects of early identification and management of OSA on WRIs are warranted. Background: Occupational accidents continue to be a significant public health challenge worldwide. Construction workers in particular are at high risk of occupational accidents, and thus it is of major importance to identify possible predictors of occupational accidents among construction workers. We aimed to investigate the association between self-reported work pace and physical work demands and occupational accidents among ageing male construction workers in Denmark.Methods: Data on perceived work pace, physical work demands, and occupational accidents was acquired from questionnaires sent to ageing construction workers in Denmark in 2016 as part of the ALFA project (ALdring og Fysisk Arbejde; Ageing and Physical Work). A sample of 1270 Danish male construction workers above 50 years of age was included in the present study. Multiple logistic regression models were applied, with adjustments for age, smoking, body mass index, musculoskeletal disorders, occupation, work experience, and support at work.Results: Of 1270 construction workers, 166 (13.1%) reported an occupational accident within the last 12 months. There was no significant association between perceived work pace and occupational accidents, but physical work demands were associated with higher odds for occupational accidents, with an odds ratio of 2.27 (95% confidence interval 1.26-4.10) for medium physical work demands and 2.62 (95% confidence interval 1.50-4.57) for high physical work demands.Conclusions: Ageing male construction workers with high physical work demands had statistically significant higher odds of having an occupational accident. The current industrial development is getting more advanced and developing every year. However, these developments have not been matched by awareness in understanding and carrying out work in accordance with good occupational health and safety regulations so that work accidents still occur in every industrial environment, including the plywood industry. The general objective of this study is to analyze the circumstances that affect the incidence of corporate work accidents in Jember, Indonesia. This research is a quantitative study, using an analytic observational research design with a cross sectional method. The population used was all the rotary plywood industry workers of PT. X Jember Regency as many as 339 workers, with a sample size of 76 people. The sampling technique used in this study was quota random sampling. The results showed that there was an influence between unsafe actions on the incidence of work accidents with the Sig. .042, and there is an influence between unsafe conditions and work accidents with the Sig. .016. The occurrence of work accidents does not just happen but happens because of something wrong either because of the fault of the worker or because of the unsafe conditions of the worker or the work environment. Lorsqu'un geste suicidaire est imputé au travail, outre la qualification d'accident du travail, la faute inexcusable de l'employeur, fondée sur son obligation de sécurité, peut être retenue, si celui-ci avait conscience du danger encouru par son subordonné et n'a pas pris les mesures nécessaires pour l'en préserver. Deux points ressortent. D'une part, le risque suicidaire n'est pas toujours prévisible, ce qui amène à une réflexion plus générale sur sa prévention. D'autre part, depuis 2015 et jusqu'à présent, coexistaient deux conceptions de l'obligation de sécurité, nouvelle en droit du travail et, constante, en droit de la sécurité sociale, le contentieux relevant de deux chambres distinctes de la Cour de cassation. Trois arrêts, en date du 8 octobre, rendus par la deuxième chambre civile de la haute juridiction semblent s'orienter vers une harmonisation de la jurisprudence. En conséquence, il convient d'apprécier leur portée, notamment quant aux mesures préventives attendues de l'employeur. When a suicidal act is attributed to work, in addition to the qualification of a work accident, the employer's inexcusable fault, based on his obligation of safety, can be retained if the latter was aware of the danger incurred by his subordinate and did not take the necessary measures to protect him. Two points stand out. On the one hand, the risk of suicide is not always predictable, which leads to a more general thinking on its prevention. On the other hand, since 2015, two conceptions regarding the obligation of security have coexisted, new in labour law and, constant in social security law, with litigation falling under two separate chambers of the High Court. Three judgments from October 8, issued by the second civil chamber of the High Court appear to be moving towards a harmonization of case law. Objective: The work accidents are one of the biggest issues of today’s occupational lives regarding the human losts and economical losts. The humanity lost of this daily issue is pretty huge. Material and Method: At this study, it is aimed to compare the EU’s work accidents resulted with death and SSI Statistical Yearbook datas standardized number of the workers with insurances according to their work accidents, occupational diseases, and death rates from different occupational branches. Results: At the data which are achieved by indirect standardization method of SSI 2008-2017 Statistical Yearbook, it is seen that the mining industry is leading regarding work accidents, occupational diseases and death rates. Although the highest standardization rate belonged to “Activities of Domestic Employees’’ in 2008, between 2009-2017 years, the “Mining coal and lignite’’ placed always at the first place. Regarding the occupatinal disease standardization between 2008-2017 the “Mining coal and lignite’’ and “Metal mining’’ industries are placed at the top. Conclusion: It is expected to increase the feed back quantity by applying 6331th Occupational Health and Security law in the future. Mechanization, which enables the transition from traditional means of production to modern means of production, refers to the industrialization that makes mass production with the effect of bringing more profit and the increasing world population meet their needs. In factories, many people are made to work together and for long working hours. For this reason, working accidents also become inevitable. As a result, the increase of working safety in the field of occupational health and safety on behalf of reducing working risks especially in Germany has developed. Turkey also in this direction under the influence of European Union harmonization law to speed has gained in the scope of work to speed the membership accession process. It is aimed to reveal the results of the legal regulations in the context of preventing work accidents. This descriptive study generally in Turkey and Istanbul in particular the work accidents occurred between 2007 and 2018 as a result of temporary incapacity period, statistical data to be including income and fatal occupational accidents connected to workers or rights holders were examined. Thus, the effects of the Occupational Health and Safety Law (OHS), enacted in 2012, number 6331, on the prevention of occupational accidents were questioned. Finally, from the statistics obtained using secondary data, it is understood that there is no reduction in occupational accidents. Research Background: Occupational health and safety (OHS) is an effort to create a working atmosphere that is safe, comfortable, and the ultimate goal is to create the highest productivity. The higher level of production in the coal industry will be in line with the dangers and risks of work accidents in the coal industry. Occupational accidents are influenced by 2 (two) direct causes namely unsafe action (unsafe action) and dangerous condition (hazardous condition) Research Methodology: The research design used in this study is observational analytic with the cross-sectional approach with a large sample of 80 respondents who in the South Borneo coal industry. Data analysis used the statistical test Chi-Square (α = 0.05). Result: From the results of the bivariable significance test using the Chi-Square test showed that the significant value of age (p= 0.604), years of service (p= 0.544), level of education (p = 0.578) > 0.05. The perception of risk is associated with the occurrence of occupational accidents. For health companies it is fundamental to know this phenomenon, thus favoring the implementation of coping and prevention strategies, which contribute to the reduction of work accidentality. Objective: To analyze the perception of biological risk and the associated factors with occupational accidents through the ORPE (Occupational Risk Perception Evaluation) method and the RISKPERCEP software of the employees of a hospital in Antioquia, Colombia, in 2019. Methodology: Cross-sectional explanatory study that used the ORPE methodology and the RISKPERCEP software through a structured survey of all the workers (N=50) of the institution. Statistical information was analyzed with SPSSv24 software. Results: An underestimation profile of occupational biological risk is found in the different areas of the institution. Factors such as time developing the same activity and perception of the state of health are associated with work accidentality. The new coronavirus disease (COVID-19), which started in Wuhan, China in December 2019, rapidly became a global epidemic. In terms of social security, the rights of workers who was infected in the work field, depend on whether the disease is identified as a work accident or an occupational disease. It is uncertain whether COVID-19 to be identified as work accident, occupational disease or normal disease. In this study, firstly, the differences between work accidents and occupational diseases are examined. Afterwards, the concepts in Turkey and in the world about identifying COVID-19 as work accident or occupational disease were investigated. It is suggested that, the case for infected employees, whose duties directly related with COVID-19 and who work at high risk of exposure to COVID-19, should be identified as an occupational disease. However, in the case for other employees, COVID-19 should not be identified as a work accident or occupational disease. In the last part of the study, financial supports of SGK (Social Security Institution in Turkey) for COVID-19 infected employees are specified. To the author's knowledge, this is the first study in Turkey to investigate the differences of work accident and occupational disease in order to identify infection of COVID-19 in work environment and the social security rights of employees after COVID-19 infection. The most common occupational health and safety problem in scaffolding is falling from a height which is an occupational accident. The works carried out in the facade scaffold specify the requirements such as use at height and the national and international standards sought in the facade scaffold. The place where the highest drop is experienced is the facade scaffoldings. Employers should ensure that their employees are provided with personal protective equipment. They should also ensure that employees are aware of occupational health and safety and are trained in the use of scaffolding. Measures should be taken at each stage in the context of different occupational health and safety. The facade scaffolds vary according to the usage patterns on the façade but also according to their materials. It is important to choose the scaffold in the right material for proper use. The floods are categorized according to the usage stages. Facade scaffolding must be constructed and used according to the standards according to size and load classes. Although the standard facade scaffolds seem to be costly, they do not have any difficulties during the installation phase and the scaffolding is one of the best advantages. In order to prevent accidents in this type of scaffold use, it is necessary to activate occupational health and safety. Hazard evaluations are identified by the reasons why hazards can be identified and which work accidents may occur and it should be tried to prevent obstacles by ensuring that the most appropriate precautions against all of them are taken against all occupational diseases. Employers should pay attention to their health and safety in their employees as much as they should be paying attention. There is a label application on the facade scaffolding of the residential buildings. The label application itself is divided into green, yellow and red. If the use of scotch with a red label is not safe at all, those with a yellow label are required to work on the pier using personal protective equipment. In the case of a green labeled scaffold, it is a fully safe scaffold for compliance with standards and employees are not required to wear belts. Current practices should be searched for adequacy in tests and experiments and in the application of the standard requirements established in the Regulations and Standards. The risk assessment of the facade scaffolding in the construction of the residential building we have researched belongs to the Fine-Kinney method. Occupational health and safety management systems that can be audited sustainably have been started to be required both in our country and in the world, due to work accidents in recent years. The goal of these management systems are to ensure occupational health and safety activities more simple, understandable and easy to implement in the workplace, to help establish a more effective prevention system and to ensure effective participation of all employees regardless of level difference in the operating system to safety system. As a result of these, work accidents and occupational diseases can be reduced, scientific occupational health and safety studies can be continued and an environment that will help to increase the countries' development levels. Objective: Occupational accidents are highly stressful events that frequently occur and impact both the physical and mental health of workers. The aim of this study was to longitudinally assess a predictive model of posttraumatic stress symptoms (PTSS) in workers who have suffered a recent accident.Method: Two hundred and forty-four workers (77.8% men), aged 18 to 73 years, who had experienced an accident during the last month that resulted in hospitalization and/or ten or more days of sick leave, were surveyed. A second survey was carried out six months later. Regression analyses included psychological predictors (i.e. subjective severity of event, brooding and positive and negative religious coping), along with objective predictors (i.e. hospitalization, sick leave days and unemployment).Results: It was found that the main predictors of PTSS were brooding, negative religious coping, days of sick leave and unemployment, with a large effect size (R2 = .45).Conclusions: The discussion is based on the usefulness of including selected psychological and objective predictors for detecting people more susceptible to developing psychopathology due to the stress following an accident. Occupational Health and Safety is one of the most important factors of working life and its main purpose is to provide, develop and maximize the physical, mental and social sense of well-being of all employees in all sectors and ensure the adaptation of the employee to the work and work to the employee. In kitchens, there are many mechanical and non-mechanical conditions such as physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic and psychosocial factors that may negatively affect kitchen workers especially the people working in hotels, restaurants, commercial kitchens, cafes, fast food stores and catering companies. For instance, the kitchens of catering companies have to act quickly since they race against time. In this process, some occupational health and safety measures are ignored in order to train the personnel on time. Carelessness of employees and lack of information constitute the basis of accidents in workplaces such as restaurant kitchens. Necessary measures should be taken to prevent accidents. The employer and the employees should be aware of their responsibilities in order to take measures and control the occupational health and safety risk factors. The huge amount of work accidents in Peru has not produced the implementation of policies aimed at reducing occupational accidents rates. Not only that, there is a certain passivity with informal business and persons who break the law, even when it creates risks to workers' lives. Criminal Law is the best example, because criminal rules do not apply in fact. We have a symbolic norm; that means a situation that counteracts the preventive effect of Criminal Law. In other words, the legislator has weakened non-criminal instances excluding punishment even for the most serious behaviors in which workers' lives are endangered. The purpose of this work is to carry out a descriptive analysis of occupational accidents and to evaluate the relationship between heatwaves and work accidents in Spain's three most populated provinces: Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia. Daily data of work accidents (including for each case: gender, age, date, length of time in the position, type of work, place of accident and duration of medical leave) was collected. A heatwave was defined when daily mean temperatures above the threshold (95th percentile) of the climatological period (1990–2021) were recorded for at least three consecutive days. To estimate the association between daily workplace accidents and heatwave events, we applied a Generalized Additive Model combined with a Distributed Lag Non-linear Model with a quasi-Poisson distribution. The average annual accident rate was 33.2 work accidents/100,000 employees in Madrid, 35.8 work accidents/100,000 employees in Barcelona and 31.8 work accidents/100,000 employees in Valencia. The total accident rates followed a downward trend between 2005 and 2021. The difference in work accident rates between sex decreased over the studied period (p < 0.005). In the first month of work, the highest casualty rate occurs among construction workers in Madrid and Barcelona, and in primary sector workers in Valencia. Work accidents tend to increase during heatwaves. The highest risk was recorded when considering a cumulative lagged effect of 3 days in Madrid and Barcelona and 5 days in Valencia. This article is the product of research, includes findings of the quantitative phase of the doctoral thesis work Disability Prevention and Management in the Colombian Labor Risk System. It focusses on the occupational diseases and work accident, shown in data reported by insurance sector, and their respective analysis from the perspective of the work disability prevention and management. A quantitative analysis was carried out, taking into account reflections aimed at the identification of urgent challenges. Includes the information provided by the Federation of Colombian Insurers (Fasecolda) that groups the insurers of the system of occupational risks in Colombia and statistical data obtained through research at the National Disability Rating Board in Colombia. Its purpose is to understand the behavior of occupational accidents and diseases in Colombia and the sociodemographic characteristics of patients with partial permanent disability (IPP by the initials in Spanish); in order to make reflections tending to serve as input in the construction of public policy in the system of occupational risks. Background: The fast growth of non-standard employment in developed countries highlights the importance of studying the influence of contract type on worker's safety and health.Objective: The main purpose of our study is to investigate whether non-standard workers are more injured than standard workers or not. Additionally, other risk factors for occupational accidents are investigated.Methods: Data from the Belgian surveys on work ability in 2009 and 2011 are used. During their annual occupational health examination, workers were asked to fill in a self-administered questionnaire. In total, 1886 complete responses are collected and analyzed using logistic regression.Results: Temporary workers did not have higher injury rates than permanent workers [OR 0.5, 95% confidence interval 0.2-1.2]. Low-educated, less-experienced workers and those exposed to dangerous conditions are more frequent victims of occupational accidents.Conclusion: The present data do not support the hypothesis that non-standard workers have more injuries than standard workers. Our results about occupational accidents derived from a non-representative sample of the Belgian workforce and cannot be generalized due to the heterogeneity in job organization and labor regulations between countries. Although the assessment of risks to the safety and health of workers has become a legal compulsory requirement only in 2006, I.N.C.D.P.M. Bucharest method is an instrument whose scope has been confirmed since its inception, successfully supporting the approach of prevention of accidents at work and occupational diseases. This method has been approved by the Ministry of labor and social security in the year 1993, re-approved in 1996, published in 1998 and was republished in 2002 and applied on a large scale. However, in practice, it has been noted that the ranking of jobs depending on the value of the global level of risk does not always correspond with human perception regarding the harmfulness. Thus, a job less exposed to risks can have a higher global risk level than another job which is really more exposed to risks. Even if one can invoke the argument that this perception is based on "common sense" and is therefore potentially subjective, it must not be neglected that it corresponds generally to the objective reality, except in circumstances in which there have been glaring errors in estimation. At the present time, there are quite a number of cases where persons who carried out the risk assessment and management process are put in a position to explain and resolve situations of the paradoxical afore-mentioned kind, given that a tool enabling analysis and correction does not exist for now. In this perspective, based on the critical analysis of the method developed by I.N.C.D.P.M., this article aims to identify the causes that lead to abnormalities of the type referred above and to establish ways to improve the method, so that these faults to be corrected. The miners have experienced major work accidents up to date in Zonguldak coal mining area. According to Turkish Hard Coal Enterprise statistics 3.562 miners have lost their lives and 382.704 of them were injured. Therefore in this study how work accidents and injuries affected the productivity was investigated by regression analysis. According to the findings of the study showed a significant relationship between productivity and work accidents. It is also found that productivity was negatively affected by work accidents. The article presents a study which determines the connection between senior farmers and work-related injuries in Sweden. It mentions that the study used chi-square test to statistically analyze the data from the survey conducted by the Swedish Farm Registry in 2004, which shows that 223 farmers were injured in the country. The results reveal that senior farmers in Sweden are not more frequently injured compared with the other age groups but the injuries they obtain are more severe.

The major accident is defined as "any event occurred, like an emission of dangerous materials or agents, which emerges from uncontrolled evolutions along the exploitation of any objective that leads to the immediate or delayed occurrence of serious dangers with impact over human health or over the environment, inside or outside the objective in which are involved one or more than one dangerous materials".The dangerous phenomenon is a potential source of harms. In the ambit of industrial risks of accidental origins, this expression more frequently refers to physical phenomena like conflagrations, explosions, toxic gases dispersion, etc.Any accident scenario relates itself to the potential effects at the level of environmental "targets".
