Purpose: The primary goal of this study was to assess the growth, most influential articles, countries, journals, authors, and papers published in the field of global oral cancer. Research articles on oral cancer, published between 1989 and 2022, were identified through the Web of Science database to achieve this. Methods: A comprehensive dataset comprising 7,178 documents was meticulously extracted from the Web of Science, forming the basis for scientometric analysis. A refined subset of 4,901 documents was judiciously selected following a rigorous screening process for meticulous, in-depth analysis. Results: The field has witnessed a remarkable publication surge, with the United States taking the lead in productivity. The journal Oral Oncology has become the foremost publication, renowned for its prolific output and widespread citation. This trend highlights the growing importance and interest in this domain, with researchers and experts worldwide contributing to the expanding body of knowledge. The United States' dominance in productivity suggests its strong commitment to advancing research in the field, while Oral Oncology's recognition underscores its influential role in disseminating cutting-edge findings and fostering scientific progress. Understanding the evolution of interconnected cultures and individuals, resembling a complex network, cultural routes serve as bridges between the past and the future, offering the key to cultural richness, diversity, and change. Defined as paths gathered around a specific theme, expressing a common value, cultural routes aim to preserve cultural heritage and support sustainable development and local economic growth. The concept of cultural routes, increasingly present in the literature, is addressed by various researchers through publications in different categories. This study aims to conduct a bibliometric analysis by examining publications related to cultural routes to reveal the dimensions of interaction between researchers and the impacts of their work. Utilizing the Web of Science database with data obtained in September 2023 using the keywords "cultural routes" and "cultural route", a bibliometric analysis was conducted using the VosViewer program, examining a total of 236 publications. Bibliometrics and scientific mapping methods using R software, the biblioshiny web program, Scopus and VOSviewer were used to analyze the works of literature referenced and analyzed by the Web of Science during 1990-2023 in order to provide a thorough overview of the effect of animal production on climate change research from 1990 to 2023. A bibliometric analysis of 6,558 publications that were published on the Web of Science database was done in order to determine which articles, authors, and journals were the most important. It also provided information on future study themes and gaps, as well as present topic trends. The most productive nations are China, the United States, and Australia; the most productive journals are Global Change Biology, The Science of the Total Environment, and Environmental Science and Pollution Research International. The analysis's findings show that, over the course of the study period, there was a noticeable rise in the number of research publications discussing how animal production is impacted by climate change, along with a steady expansion of the study area. The level of cooperation and research projects in this field among nations has increased, which has improved the caliber of publications over time. Important publications, writers, and journals in the area of how animal production affects climate change were also tallied. Trustworthiness is the most significant predictor of trust and has a significant impact on people's levels of trust. Most trustworthiness-related research is empirical, and while it has a long history, it is challenging for academics to get insights that are applicable to their fields of study and to successfully transfer fragmented results into practice. In order to grasp their dynamic development processes through the mapping of network knowledge graphs, this paper is based on the Web of Science database and uses CiteSpace (6.2.R4) software to compile and visualize the 1,463 publications on trustworthy studies over the past 10 years. This paper aims to provide valuable references to theoretical research and the practice of Trustworthiness. The findings demonstrate that: over the past 10 years, trustworthiness-related research has generally increased in volume; trustworthiness research is concentrated in industrialized Europe and America, with American research findings having a bigger global impact; The University of California System, Harvard University, and Yale University are among the high-production institutions; the leading figures are represented by Alexander Todorov, Marco Brambilla, Bastian Jaeger, and others; the core authors are distinguished university scholars; however, the level of cooperation of the core author needs to be improved. The primary journal for publishing research on trustworthiness is the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology and Biology Letters. Purpose: Alcohol is implicated in epileptogenesis and seizures attack. An increasing number of studies about alcohol and epilepsy have been published. We aimed to assess research trends and hot spots in the field of alcohol and epilepsy. Patients and Methods: Literature concerning alcohol and epilepsy was systemically searched through the Web of Science database. Collaborative maps were quantitatively analyzed by using the VOSviewer and CiteSpace tools. Results: A total of 1578 papers about the field of alcohol and epilepsy were taken into analysis, which was written by 6840 authors from 2153 institutions in 85 countries, published in 676 journals, and cited 79 667 references from 10 750 journals. The United States was the leading country and had close ties with others. The University of Toronto was the most productive institution. Alcoholism‐clinical and experimental research was the fastest‐growing journal. Richard J. Bodnar was the author contributing the most literature. Analysis of keywords showed epilepsy, alcohol, seizures, alcohol withdrawal, and management were common themes. Conclusion: The presented study conducted the first bibliometric analysis of the field of alcohol and epilepsy, which will provide insights into the latest progress, evolution paths, frontier research hot spots, and future research trends in the field. Participatory budgeting was introduced in Latin America in 1989, and within 10 years, this innovation spread all over the world. At the same time, researchers outside Latin America showed a growing interest in the issue, resulting in more diversified research. A few scholars have already tried to provide comprehensive literature reviews; however, these efforts have had a narrow focus or have appeared as embedded parts of analyses of specific issues. This article aims to (1) identify recent worldwide research trends in participatory budgeting, (2) identify the most popular issues addressed by international research and (3) suggest avenues and subfields of further research. After the Covid-19 pandemic, political parties and international public institutions consolidated the use of TikTok as a communication tool in order to reach a young audience, which requires dynamic formats and more flexible languages. This study aims to reflect on the characteristics of institutional and political communication research in TikTok, the suitability of its methodologies, conclusions and limitations, and its future prospects. To this end, a systematic review of the scientific literature (SLR) for the period 2018-2023 is carried out, following the standards of the PRISMA Statement (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). After applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria to 1.186 scientific documents, 21 articles published in the Scopus and Web of Science databases were analysed. The findings indicate that Spain concentrates the highest number of publications, that the phenomenon was not studied until 2021 and that 2022 was the year of highest production. The conclusions suggest that the study of TikTok is in an incipient phase and that content analysis is the predominant methodology, although its samples are small. They also suggest that there is little bidirectionality in communication strategies, that interaction is not related to adaptation to the multimodal language of the platform and that the focus should be on studying the community rather than the messages disseminated from official profiles. This article aims to identify the main studies that research the relationship between defence spending and economic growth in a region, carried out on a large sample of 162 articles obtained from the Web of Science database, published between 1995 and 2019. By carrying out three analyses, descriptive, scientometric and content, the results have made it possible to identify the most outstanding characteristics of this relationship along with the main schools of thought. Furthermore, these can be grouped into one of the four proposed categories: positive relationship, negative, bidirectional or no relation at all. Background: Relapsing polychondritis (RP) is an inflammatory disease with significant individual heterogeneity that involves systemic cartilage tissues. This study aimed to perform a bibliometric analysis of RP-related publications to quantitatively assess the scholarly productivity in the field. Methods: We extracted the RP-related original research articles and reviews published during 1960–2023 from the Web of Science database by using the keyword "relapsing polychondritis." By using R, CiteSpace, VOSviewer, and SCImago Graphica, the bibliometric analysis was performed on the retrieved publications. Results: A total of 1096 articles, consisting of 909 original research articles and 187 reviews, were identified. A mean annual growth rate of 6.71% was found in the number of RP-related publications during 1960–2022. The United States accounted for the highest number of publications (21.9%), exhibited the highest mean citation number per publication (40.7), and engaged in the most frequent academic collaboration. Three clusters of RP-related journals were identified: 1) otology, rhinology, and laryngology; 2) respiratory and radiology medicine; and 3) rheumatology. Journals with a focus on rheumatology issued the most publications, and most of the RP-related publications were from The Journal of Rheumatology (n = 27). Most of these publications were co-authored by Dr. Jean-Charles Piette (n = 19), who also had the highest H-index (13) among all the authors. The co-citation network analysis revealed 11 highly connected clusters of RP research and indicated the "VEXAS Syndrome" as a hotspot. Conclusion: This overview of the RP research field comprehensively describes the progress in the field. The number of publications on RP has progressively increased but remains insufficient. The United States and European countries are at the forefront of RP-related research, and the journals related to rheumatology have covered the majority of publications. Additionally, several key topics for future investigations, such as "VEXAS Syndrome," have been identified. This article presents an overview that systematically maps the historical development, thematic foci and temporal trends of research in Balkan – Southeast European studies. It uses bibliographic and content analysis as well as other tools to synthesize around 8000 scholarly publications on the Balkans – Southeast Europe that are indexed in the Web of Science databases (SSCI, A&HCI, ESCI, BKCI-SSH). We provide a visual representation of the intellectual historiography and the conceptual content and dynamics of Balkan – Southeast European studies, identifying the most prominent works, the active research themes and the emerging trajectories in the field. Background: Electroacupuncture has been used as a treatment; however, a visual bibliometric analysis has not yet been performed in this field. In this study, we aimed to suggest future research topics and directions related to the field by examining the last 20years of research trends and hotspots of electroacupuncture in stroke. Methods: We searched the Web of Science database on electroacupuncture as a treatment for stroke published from 2003 to 2022. We analyzed the papers by annual publication, research fields, nations, affiliations, authors, journals, and keywords. VOSviewer software was used to visualize the bibliometric analysis and results. A total of 440 papers were included in the analysis. Results: The number of publications has gradually increased every year, and neuroscience has become the most actively studied field. Neural Regeneration Research journal and China had the most publications. Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, as an affiliated institute, published the most articles. Chen Lidian and Tao Jing presented the largest number of papers, making them the leading contributors in this field. Four clusters were created by analyzing keywords, such as "neuroprotection," "clinical rehabilitation," "neuroplasticity," and "pretreatment-induced tolerance". Conclusion: This study is the first to analyze the research trends in electroacupuncture as a treatment for stroke using the VOSviewer. Use of varieties bred under organic conditions is essential in order to minimize the yield gap between organic and conventional agriculture. The aim of this study was to analyse research publications related to the topic 'organic plant breeding' from the Web of Science database using bibliometric science mapping and visualization tools. The number of analysed documents in the bibliographic dataset was 204 from the 53 sources. The overall trend in the organic plant breeding literature showed that the number of publications increased during the observed time‐span. We found that in total, 65 countries and 337 institutions are active in the field of organic plant breeding with a high degree of international collaboration. The top five countries according to the number of publications were the United States, Italy, Germany, France, and Canada, while the most active institutions were Wageningen University, Iowa State University, University of Alberta, University of Copenhagen, and University of Hohenheim. All keywords from the organic plant breeding research in the agronomy category were separated into seven clusters for different research topics. Although there is evident progress viewed through the increased trend in the number of publications, organic plant breeding needs further expansion and development. The present article proposes an analysis of how the European Education Area is approached within existing articles in the Web of Science database. Considering that the education system at the European level and at Romania's national level is continuously reformed, if teachers or researchers want to carry out research or implement projects regarding the state of the educational system, in addition to the official information that can be found, they also need specific information contained in the scientific research within the articles, which contain, in their body, the presentation of the phenomena, the description of the literature specific to the discussed issue, a research methodology and tool, specific results, and conclusions filtered through the experience and training of the authors of the articles. The research methodology consisted of the development of a bibliometric analysis in the field of European education, being carried out based on articles from the Web of Science platform. The query displayed 404 scientific articles containing "European educational space" in the document's title, abstract, or keywords. The results show that most articles address the field of higher education, and most authors are affiliated with higher education structures and even European consortia made by universities at the European level. Information on the chosen topic can also be gathered from within the consortia of the universities where the authors of the article are affiliated. The analysis of the clusters of the 404 analyzed articles with the VosViewer program showed that the articles can be grouped according to five of the six strategies adopted by the European Council for the creation of the European Education Area. This study analyzes the implementation of open science in Spanish universities considering four perspectives: (i) regulations, policies, and strategies; (ii) knowledge production; (iii) research results; and (iv) perception by different academic actors. A qualitative and quantitative methodology is applied, drawing information from university websites, institutional reports, European project databases (Cordis), the Web of Science database, surveys of teaching and research staff, and surveys of vice-rectors and library directors. The information is grouped into regional university systems, according to the autonomous community to which each university belongs, and is analyzed on that basis. The results of the quantitative study show increasing interest in open-science activities, expressed as a growing number of publications, and an increase in participation, leadership, and funding in European projects. Institutional policies and regulations on open science, on the other hand, are few and focus almost exclusively on open access. The development of institutional repositories is one of the great achievements of the Spanish university system, and open-access publishing (mainly green open access) has grown considerably in the last decade. Teaching and research staff are not knowledgeable about open science, although in general they take a positive view toward it, while university policymakers report that most actions to promote open science are still in the process of being implemented. The results reveal heterogeneity among the various institutions’ practices and implementation. As a regional system, the Catalonian university system stands out above the rest for its degree of open-science policy development and implementation and for its intense research activity in the field of open science. This study analyzed the trend in authorship patterns and collaborative research in the field of gravity with a sample of 122,133 research papers indexed in the Web of Science database. The study reveals that although multiple authorship is dominant, solo research also exists. The proportion of single-authored papers has shown a declining trend during the period 2000-2019. The collaboration index and the number of authored papers with two or more authors has been has been rising during the study period. Scientists who are working in gravity research prefer collaborative work. The average author per paper and average paper per author during the study period is 3.91 and 0.26 respectively. This paper presents the scientometric study of the growth of literature on communication disorders from 1999-2018. The study analyzed and discussed the yearly growth of publications, authorship pattern, citation pattern, coauthorship, most productive authors, and ranking of authors by using various indices. The researcher collected the required data from the Web of Science database. After standardization, the retrieved research literature has been analyzed with scientometric tools and meaningful inferences. The year 2018 has contributed the highest number of research papers, scoring 20948. The keyword 'Autism' occurrences in 50744 (35.85%) papers. The Collaboration Index (CI=9.55), Degree of Collaboration (DC=0.97), and Collaboration Coefficient (CC=0.52) of research output in communication disorders. Langguth, Berthold is a most prolific and influential author of hearing disorders research. He published 132 articles with 5682 citations. Objective: With the development of Wendan decoction (WDD) and more literature on the research of WDD, we aimed to present an insight into WDD research using bibliometric analysis. Methods: We retrieved data from the Web of Science database from 2008 to 2022. Publication trends were examined using data from journals, authors, institutions, international collaborations, citations, and keywords from the online analytical platform Bibliometric (http://bibliometric.com). Results: Over the years, an increase in the use of keywords, including depression, insomnia, Alzheimer's disease, schizophrenia, hippocampus, and insomnia, was observed. The outcomes of the analysis revealed that topics related to WDD have become increasingly prevalent in the last five years, and the internationally recognized application of WDD is mainly neuropsychiatric diseases. Conclusion: We exhibited WDD research progress by identifying and evaluating WDD-focused articles. In this paper, the scientific articles from the Web of Science base were analyzed, which address the investment classification criteria by means of the bibliometric analysis. Querying the Web of Science database and applying filters revealed a sample of 273 articles. The distribution by years, by countries, by authors, by categories, by fields of research, by sustainable development goals of this sample was followed. Also, within the work, a qualitative analysis was carried out, following the words and phrases with the highest density in the studied articles. The investigation method was based on the PRISMA Statements methodology. To determine the correlations regarding the countries of origin of the authors, the Co-authorship filter was used with a minimum number of 10 documents/country and a minimum number of 11 citations/country, so out of 73 countries only 14 met the conditions for analysis. For the word density analysis, the co-occurrence filter was applied, with a minimum occurrence of 5, resulting in 37 words grouped into 5 clusters. To support the conclusions, the following classifications were analyzed: WOS Categories, Research Areas, Sustainable Development Goals, Citation Topics Micro. The DeLone and McLean IS Success Model is a widely accepted model by IS researchers for understanding and evaluating the dimension and success of a particular information system. A quantitative investigation of the IS model of success and its applications with scientometrics analysis will provide meaningful insight into the existing literature. Therefore, the study aims to give the articles published in the Web of Science database, an intellectual structure utilizing scientometrics methods. This paper uses 511 articles published between 2003 and 2021, and the results of this study provide map-related networks and thematically related clusters using visualization techniques with VOSViewer. The results show that Taiwan is the leading country, followed by the US. Computers in Human behaviour and Sustainability are the leading journals. Background: There has been a marked increase in cervicogenic headaches in recent years, significantly affecting sufferers' daily lives and work. While several treatments exist for this type of headache, their long-term effects could be improved, and additional data from large clinical samples are needed. This study aims to systematically examine the current state of research in cervicogenic headaches through a bibliometric analysis, identify areas of current interest, and provide insight into potential future research directions. Methods: This article examines research trends in the field of cervicogenic headache through a bibliometric analysis of scholarly articles in the field of cervicogenic headache over the past four decades. The bibliometric analysis method employed included searching the Web of Science database using topics related to cervicogenic headaches. Inclusion criteria were limited to articles and review papers on cervicogenic headaches published between 1982 and 2022. The retrieved dataset was then analyzed using R software and VOSviewer to identify the major research areas, countries and institutions, the most influential authors, journals and keywords, co-citations in the literature, and co-authorship networks. Results: This study analyzed 866 articles published between 1982 and 2022, involving 2,688 authors and generating 1,499 unique author keywords. Neuroscience and neurology were the primary focus, with participation from 47 countries, primarily led by the United States, which has the most published articles (n = 207), connections (n = 29), and citations (n = 5,238). In the cervicogenic headache study, which involved 602 institutions, the University of Queensland received the most significant number of citations (n = 876), and Cephalalgia was the journal with the most published articles and received the most local citations (n = 82) and highest growth (n = 36). Two hundred sixty-nine journals have published articles on cervicogenic headaches. Among researchers studying cervicogenic headache, Sjaastad O had the most published articles (n = 51) and citations (n = 22). The most commonly occurring keyword was "cervicogenic headache." Except for the fourth most impactful paper, as determined by the Local Citation Score, which analyzed clinical treatments, all the top documents emphasized investigating the diagnostic mechanisms of cervicogenic headache. Conclusion: This study used bibliometric analysis to provide a comprehensive overview of the current research on cervicogenic headaches. The findings highlight several areas of research interest, including the need for further investigation into the diagnosis and treatment of cervicogenic headaches, the impact of lifestyle factors on cervicogenic headaches, and the development of new interventions to improve patient outcomes. One of the integral parts of tourism activities is food and beverage. Because the most basic need of the visitors, which is the food and beverage need, must be met in the destinations visited. Besides, the interest of individuals in gastronomic travel has been increasing recently and individuals are in pursuit of gastronomic experience in the visited destinations. It was aimed to evaluate the studies on the concept of gastronomic experience with a systematic compilation method. Studies on a specific subject can be examined with a systematic compilation method within the framework of a comprehensive plan. In the selection of the sample, the criterion sampling technique was preferred. In the research study, the Web of Science database was searched using the words “gastronomic” and “experience” on the studies pertinent to the field of tourism (Leisure, Hospitality, Sport & Tourism). A total of 32 studies were evaluated within the scope of the research. The most of the studies on gastronomic experience has been carried out in recent years. Gastronomic experience is among the main research topics of the tourism field. Also, this subject is included in journals pertinent to food and social sciences. It was found that the studies in question were, in general, constructed with two different approaches as quantitative (18) and qualitative (12). It was seen that the sample groups consisted of tourists, chefs, guides, chefs, online platforms. Survey questionnaire technique was employed the most in the collection of study data; it was detected that observation, interview, ethnography and webbased comment analysis techniques were also used. Moreover, it was determined that the gastronomic experience concentrated more on topics such as motivation, marketing, destination preference and satisfaction level. The limitations of the study included the use of certain keywords on the Web of Science database. This paper focuses on the growth and development of oncology research in India in terms of publication output as reflected in the Web of Science database. A total of 1380 publications were published in the field from 2011 to 2020. The highest number of publications 239 were published in 2020. The highest value of compound annual growth rate i.e. 0.204 was recorded in the year 2012 and the lowest CAGR i.e. -0.068 was recorded in the year 2016. The compound annual growth rate of publications was in fluctuated from 2011 to 2020. The relative growth rates have decreased from 0.90 (2012) to 0.19 (2020). The doubling time has gradually increased from 0.77 (2012) to 3.64 (2020). The study also found that the average Immediacy Index was 35.26, the average RCI value is 0.98 and the average relative citation impact is 0.98 during 2011-2020. Out of 1380 total publications, the highest number of papers are published in the form of journal articles. Introduction: This study focused on the research hotspots and development trends of the neuroimaging of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in the past thirty years. Methods: The Web of Science database was searched for articles about ADHD neuroimaging from January 1992 to September 2022. CiteSpace was used to analyze the co-occurrence of keywords in literature, partnerships between authors, institutions, and countries, the sudden occurrence of keywords, clustering of keywords over time, and analysis of references, cited authors, and cited journals. Results: 2,621 articles were included. More andmore articles have been published every year in the last years. These articlesmainly come from435 institutions and 65 countries/regions led by the United States. King's College London had the highest number of publications. The study identified 634 authors, among which Buitelaar, J. K. published the largest number of articles and Castellanos, F. X. was co-cited most often. The most productive and cited journal was Biological psychiatry. In recent years, burst keywords were resting-state fMRI, machine learning, functional connectivity, and networks. And a timeline chart of the cluster of keywords showed that "children" had the longest time span. Conclusions: Increased attention has been paid to ADHD neuroimaging. Bibliometric analysis allows the analysis and evaluation of scientific studies by different methods. This study aims to present an overview of the "Accounting Standards" literature in the journals indexed on the Web of Science. This subject area is scanned in 1851 publications within the "Business-Finance" category on June 25, 2021. R-Studio program is used in the analysis and this study contributes by applying bibliometric analysis to articles published in these fields since 1970. Purpose: This study aims to provide the current and future state of United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the higher education institutions (HEIs). Since the SDGs' proliferation, HEIs have played a crucial part in meeting the goals. Despite the central role of HEIs in accomplishing the SDGs, there has been little attention in providing a comprehensive overview of the SDGs in relation to HEIs. Design/methodology/approach: A total of 280 publications in the Web of Science database were analyzed through a bibliometric approach consisting of citation analysis, co-citation analysis and co-occurrence of keywords analysis. This review explores the current state of SDGs, its central themes of research streams and predicts future direction in the context of HEIs. Findings: The findings would assist stakeholders to strategize the SDGs on HEIs, including the government and policymakers, university top management, benefactors and academics. Three main research streams were observed sustainable curriculum; challenges and barriers of SDGs; and COVID-19 and health management. Research limitations/implications: Implications suggest that to achieve the stipulated goals in the SDGs, proper planning and strategy should be aligned proportionate to the national agenda. The purpose of this study is to reveal the status of scientific publications on learning analytics from the past to the present in terms of bibliometric indicators. A total of 659 publications on the subject between the years 2011-2021 were found in the search using keywords after various screening processes. Publications were revealed through descriptive and bibliometric analyses. In the study, the distribution of publications by years and citation numbers, the most published journals on the subject, the most frequently cited publications, the most prolific countries, institutions and authors were examined. In addition, the cooperation between the countries, authors and institutions that publish on the subject was mentioned and a network structure was created for the relations between the keywords. It has been determined that research in this field has progressed and the number of publications and citations has increased over the years. As a result of the bibliometric analysis, it was concluded that the most influential countries in the field of learning analytics are the USA, Australia and Spain. The University of Edinburgh and Open University UK ranked first in terms of the number of citations and Monash University as the most prolific institutions in terms of the number of publications. According to the keyword co-occurrence analysis, educational data mining, MOOCS, learning analytics, blended learning, social network analysis keywords stand out in the field of learning analytics. Despite regularly being criticized, the Impact Factor (IF) remains a widely used journal analysis metric. In the Water Resources category of the Web of Science, a thorough investigation of the reliability of this metric is lacking. This study analyzed the citation records of the top 10 journals from 2002 through 2021 for the last two decades. Important to note, there are inconsistencies in the Web of Science database. Contradictory to many fields, few papers are uncited. However, the Simpson paradox applies. More specifically, on the one hand, the correlation between citations to papers 7 years post publication and 1 or 2 years post publication (which determine the IF) has increased, which supports this metric. On the other hand, many of the most highly cited papers at the time of the IF calculation are lowly cited 5 years afterward. Additionally, most currently very highly cited papers were relatively uncited when they were used in the IF calculation. This raises doubt about the usefulness of this metric. For a limited number of journals, papers from individual nations strongly influence the IF. Also, for a few journals, the IFs are strongly influenced by review papers, but leaving these out of the IF does change the top 3 and 10 of the rankings. The general conclusion is that IFs do contain some valuable information about the journals' citation impact, but that using them to rank journals is questionable practice. Plain Language Summary: Impact Factors (IFs) continue to be very frequently used to evaluate researchers' publication records. They are calculated in a very simplistic manner, and are essentially an attempt to summarize a very complicated issue (publication quality) into one single metric. This paper shows that care must be taken when applying this practice. Material science is a broad discipline focused on subjects such as metals, ceramics, polymers, electronics, and composite materials. Each of these fields covers areas associated with designing, synthesizing, and manufacturing, materials. These are tasks in which the use of technology may constitute paramount importance, reducing cost and time to develop new materials and substituting try-and-error standard procedures. This study aimed to analyze, quantify and map the scientific production of research on the fourth industrial revolution linked to material science studies in Scopus and Web of Science databases from 2017 to 2021. For this bibliometric analysis, the Biblioshiny software from RStudio was employed to categorize and evaluate the contribution of authors, countries, institutions, and journals. VOSviewer was used to visualize their collaboration networks. As a result, we found that artificial intelligence represents a hotspot technology used in material science, which has become usual in molecular simulations and manufacturing industries. Recent studies aim to provide possible avenues in the discovery and design of new high-entropy alloys as well as to detect and classify corrosion in the industrial sector. The changes implemented in 2005 in the development strategies of Antarctic science carried out by Chile have had a positive impact on the scientific productivity of the Chilean Antarctic Science Program (PROCIEN). We analysed scientometric indicators from between 2009 and 2019. The bibliographic data were extracted from the Web of Science database using search query keywords. We used multiple correspondence analysis to identify specific trends and also network analyses of international collaboration in VOSviewer. The number of Antarctic science publications in Chile has gradually increased from 21 in 2009 to 95 in 2019. The rise in the number of articles was higher in journals for the first impact factor quartile. Research lines showing increased first-quartile impact factor papers corresponded to Antarctic ecosystems, biotechnology and geosciences. The main geographical domains in which such research activities have been carried out corresponded to in the South Shetland Islands and the Antarctic Peninsula. Fieldwork data are the main sources for the production of scientific articles, and there are three science platforms within which most of these papers concentrate. The diversification of funding sources, the implementation of improvements in the selection process and Chile's alignment with Scientific Committee on Antarctic Research programmes have contributed to improving the science that Chile has developed in Antarctica. This paper throws light on the bibliometric review of the impact of coal mining in India over the past 50 years, emphasizing environmental, especially water-related impacts. The data were refined from the Web of Science database and analyzed in a bibliometric map visualization software tool, VOSviewer, to grasp the research focus, status quo and analyze the trend and direction of the work being carried out in this area. The methodology was covered in three phases: search and document selection, software and data extraction, and analysis of results and trends. The study results indicated that (i) the publication has increased in the past two decades (2001–2021) with a steep increase in the period from 2010 to 2021 with 74.68% article types documents and a mere 7.74% review documents. (ii) In India, the significant contribution is made by the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad with Department of Science and Technology as a primary funding agency. (iii) The bibliometric map of co-occurrence of author keywords showed that keywords relating to the "pollution" (connected to air, water) from "Jharia coalfield" have highest occurrences in the relevant published works of literature and topics like "reclamation," "mine spoil," and application of approaches like "remote sensing and GIS" have lower linkage strengths in general. (iv) The result of the co-citation network study has marked the most significant authors and the highly cited sources of the database revealing Ghose M.K. and Singh A.K. as among the most cited authors with citations more than 150 in the field of our interest. (v) The trend of publication in the research area of Water Resources showed a significant increase after 2015. The keyword occurrence map reveals that water quality studies have been extensively studied, but quantifications of the coal mining-induced changes in water regimes at river basin scales are absent. Prussian blue analogs (PBAs), a type of metal–organic frameworks (MOFs), have attracted much attention because of their large specific surface area, high porosity, easy synthesis, and low cost. This paper presents the first review of PBAs by applying the bibliometric visualization software CiteSpace. The co-occurrence, co-citation, and clustering analysis of 2214 articles in the Web of Science database on the topic of "Prussian blue analogs" over the past 20 years were performed. The results provide a comprehensive overview of the evolution of the research hotspots for this material, and most importantly, it is identified that the research hotspots and trends for PBAs materials are concentrated in the environmental and energy fields. For example, the material is used as an adsorbent or catalyst to reduce pollutants, produce clean energy, or for energy storage applications such as batteries or supercapacitors. Finally, some outlooks are provided on the future research trends of this material in the environmental and energy fields, presenting the challenges faced by this material. For instance, the conductivity and corrosion resistance of the material needs to be improved and secondary contamination should be decreased or even avoided. It is believed that this paper would provide a comprehensive, systematic, and dynamic overview of the research of PBAs, and promote the future research of PBAs in the fields of environment and energy. The network organization represents a new form of business action, being an organizational structure in which companies can participate due to dimensional, structural and financial limitations. On the subject, the present study is a systematic review based on a bibliometric analysis in the Web of Science database of 683 articles with the application of filters in document type (article) and area (management and business). The result showed that studies in the area are not yet recent and that the main sources are American, both in terms of journals and contributions from authors. National studies on the database in question are still few. As a limitation of the work, only one scientific basis was analyzed, with a study agenda being proposed at the end of the analyses, suggesting the use of other scientific bases, still proposing that after understanding the meaning of the studies, verify the publications on national bases to understand whether the directions of national research meet international studies, in order to contribute to national publications and advance studies in the area. The total of 3,818 publications collected from the Web of Science database had their collected data measured using scientometric techniques. The search strategy TS=topic for black holes research was refined to 15 years, from 2008 to 2022, and only selected Indian research productivity. The collected data was measured from various angles and types of documents, with 97.590% articles and the highest annual growth rate of 23.664% in 2018. The most prolific author, Ajith Parameshwaran, from the Bangalore International Center for theoretical science, published 119 papers with 32,405 citations (61 h-index). The Journal of Physical Review is the most prolific, with 604 publications and 16,068 citations. The most frequent keyword occurrences are "black holes," with 435 reflected. The Department of Science and Technology in New Delhi is the most prolific, having published 664 papers with a total of 14,346 citations (58 h-index). The black research involved 80 countries, out of which India secured the 8th place in the world's contribution. This study evaluated the scientometrics indices of Iranian medical sciences journals indexed in Web of Science, Scopus and PubMed databases until 2020. The present study is a descriptive and practical survey which was done using scientometric methods. The source of data collection includes Web of Science, Scopus and PubMed databases. Excel statistical software was used to analyze the data, and net draw software was used to plot the graphs. A survey on Iranian medical journals' status revealed that the number of journals in all three databases has been growing. "General and Internal Medicine", "Health", and "Pharmacology, Toxicology and Pharmacy" are the subjects with the highest number of indexed journals in these databases. Furthermore, a qualitative review of indexed journals showed that more than 70% of Iranian journals have an impact factor of less than two. "International Journal of Health Policy and Management" of Kerman medical sciences university and "Bioimpacts" of Tabriz medical sciences university are the only medical journals with impact factors greater than 3 (5.007 and 3.831). Conclusions: Generally, despite the significant growth of indexed medical journals in recent years, most Iranian journals are not ranked among high-quality journals according to global indexing criteria. Bibliometric analysis is a method for quantifying the article distribution, impact, and performance. The purpose of this study was to identify the most top-cited articles published in Journal of Dental Sciences (JDS) and further analyze their main characteristics. Web of Science, Journal Citation Reports database was searched to retrieve the most-cited articles in JDS published from 2007 to July 31, 2022. Among the included top-cited articles, the following parameters were recorded and analyzed: article title, article type, year, country, number of citations, and average citations pre year. Microsoft Excel was applied for the descriptive bibliometric analysis. 41 top-cited articles were filtered from total 1165 JDS articles in Web of Science database. The results showed that 41 top-cited articles were cited between 20 and 186 times from Journal Citation Reports. Most of the article types are original article (28/41, 68.29%) following by review article (7/41, 17.07%). The majority of articles were originated from Taiwan (23/41, 56.10%). The top 4 most cited articles were relative to the research topic on COVID-19, lateral canal, guided-tissue regeneration barriers, and platelet-rich fibrin, respectively. However, articles analyzed by the average citations per year since publication were focused on COVID-19 followed by artificial intelligence. This bibliometric analysis illustrates the progress and trend of researches in JDS. The results may also offer a reference for recognizing the hot issues with the most citations in JDS. As an important research direction, operational research (OR) has always attracted scholars worldwide. We study the structure, trend and prospect in the OR field by conducting a bibliometric analysis of publications in the period of 1952–2020, which are included in the Web of Science (WoS) database. Using three effective bibliometric tools, namely, VOS viewer, CiteSpace, and Bibliometrix, a total of 5,353 publications were retrieved to show clear visual results using a series of scientific analyses. First, a performance analysis revealed the basic characteristics of publications considering the type distribution, annual trend, quantity and quality. Then, a cooperation analysis presented the influential countries/regions and showed the relationships among countries/regions, institutions and authors during different periods based on bibliometric indicators and co-authorship networks. Moreover, a keyword analysis was conducted to investigate the hot topics and development of the OR field, using co-occurrence analysis, timeline view analysis and evolution analysis. Finally, we discussed the implications and limitations, and summarized the main findings. This study hopes to provide important and valuable references for future research on the OR field. The aim of this study was threefold. First, it analyzed the characteristics of the publication outputs for the Legal Medicine (LM) category using the Web of Science (WoS) database during 2011–2020. Second, it discussed the distribution of the papers for the 25 most productive countries/regions in terms of quality and quantity, such as the h-index and GDP per capita. Finally, it investigated the trend and temporal stability of the journal impact factor (JIF) and determined the percentage of the journal self-citations. The findings suggested that the number of papers, the average number of pages of the papers, the average number of cited references in the papers, the average number of authors per paper, the percentage of open access papers, as well as international and domestic collaboration tended to increase regularly. However, the productivity was limited when compared to the whole WoS database, since there was no significant change in the number of the journals. The countries/regions with the highest number of publications were not those that made the most impact in terms of the widespread impact of the publications. The level of international cooperation and the funding for the research had dramatic impact on the visibility of papers. The average JIF has increased significantly while the journal self-citation rates have decreased in a similar way. The journals have had very stable (have not fluctuated) impact factors over time. Using past material and spiritual remains, cultural heritage examines communities' identity formation across time. Cultural heritage requires public and private institutions to care about its restoration, maintenance, conservation, and promotion. Through a bibliometric perspective, this study has analyzed, quantified, and mapped the scientific production of the fourth industrial revolution applied to heritage studies from 2016 to 2021 in the Scopus and Web of Science databases. Biblioshiny software from RStudio was employed to categorize and evaluate the contribution of authors, countries, institutions, and journals. In addition, VOSviewer was used to visualize their collaboration networks. As a main result, we found that augmented reality and remote sensing represent the research hotspot concerning heritage studies. Those techniques have become common in archaeology, as well as museums, leading to an increase in their activity. Perhaps, more recent tools, such as machine learning and deep learning, will provide future pathways in cultural heritage from data collected in social networks. This bibliometric analysis, therefore, provides an updated perspective of the implementations of technologies from industry 4.0 in heritage science as a possible guideline for future worldwide research. This article aims to identify the factors which promote research activity on banking crises in the cross-country framework during the period 2014–2020. Building on the population-adjusted country-level publication data from the Scopus and Web of Science databases and applying Bayesian model averaging (BMA) and least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO), we conduct an open search for such factors out of 23 candidate predictors. A higher level of bank concentration appears to be the most significant factor motivating research on banking crises. It is robust with respect to both bibliographic databases and variable selection methods used. Based only on the Scopus data, GDP per capita and the peak ratio of non-performing loans to total loans during the latest banking crisis experienced by a country also increase the number of published studies on banking crises. This research paper aims to analyse the visibility, scientific production and educational impact of teaching spoken language between 2010 and 2020 by using bibliometric techniques. The Scopus and Web of Science databases have been used in order to carry out the study. We have selected articles published in journals included in the thematic category of Teaching Oral Communication in the decade 2010-2020. Out of 2677 articles, only 457 offer relevant data for our analysis, and of these, no more than 155 documents are written by Spanish authors. The lack of articles on this topic seems obvious, which consequently leads to the conclusion that there is a high need to conduct rigorous research on the subject and design educational models that allow teachers to implement efficient didactic methods and strategies when teaching oral communication in the current Spanish educational system. The repository of the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Belgrade, and the Innovation Center – Cherry presents a well-organized digital library of the institution’s scientific outputs. For the purpose of this paper a research was done on the change in the number of citations contained in the repository, based on data from the external application Authors, projects, publications. The application has integrated parameters for examining the number of citations from Scopus and Web of Science databases. In this paper the change in number of citations from publications which appear in Altmetric – a platform for alternative metric were also used. Two methods of research were applied: the first method examines the change in number of citations for all deposited records of publications in the repository, and the second method enables to examine the change in number of citations on the level of all records of a specific author. The author whose publications were examined for the research via the second method was pronounced the most cited author in the yearly report for 2021 of the Faculty of Chemistry. Both methods examine three types of records with varying levels of accessibility: permanetly restricted, available after an embargo period (green open access) and permanent open access (gold open access). The metadata of all three kinds of publications recorded in the Cherry repository are accessible to the public with strict control of the librarian – repository manager. The research subject of this paper notes the difference that arises in the number of citations of individual records in September 2021 and a year later, in September 2022. The aim of the paper is to present a possible method to establish a correlation between the accessibility of publications and their citation count. There is a special regard to publications in the green open access, which form the basis for monitoring the relevance of the repository to the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Belgrade, and the Innovation Center as well as to other institutions which are parts of the established infrastructure of repositories in Serbia.
