The raw materials of blended yarns are Dralon superfine profiled acrylic, spun silk, Modal and cotton. Considering the different components and proportion, 6 kinds of woven fabrics were designed to test, then put to test and analysis the date of the heat retention, hygroscopicity, permeability, wrinkle resistance and drape performance. The results showed that,40S/1 acrylic / Modal (65/35) blended yarn can improve the warm of blended-spun-yarn fabric,40S/1 spun silk / acrylic / Modal (30/40/30) blended has a good quality of wrinkle resistance and permeability.40S/1 spun silk/ acrylic / cotton (20/50/30) blended can improve the drape performance and hygroscopicity of multi-component blended-spun-yarn fabric.

In order to develop the multi-functional high-end apparel fabrics, the paper used materials, organization, patterns and colors to achieve a reasonable design to make cool fabrics, and when using Honeycomb UV fiber/ Tencel/ honeycomb jade fiber (50/30/20) blended yarn and machine warp density is 40 root/cm, weft density is 33 root/cm, fabrics havemost cool nature. This project combined with today's Fabric trends and used a sense of cool colors such as green and blue, has designed cool multifunctional composite high-end fabrics and showed the appearance of cool fabrics more comprehensively in the form of clothing simulation results.

In order to study the mechanical property for the combining yarn of BF/GF and polypropylene, 8 groups of combining yarn were designed and prepared. Through testing the mechanical property of the yarns, the affection of some parameters on the property of the yarns was analyzed. And following conclusions can be gotten. For BF/polypropylene combining yarn, when the fiber content of basalt is about 50.7%, the mechanical property of the yarn is the best. When the fiber content of basalt is about 43.7%, the mechanical property of the yarn is the worst. For GF/polypropylene combining yarn, the optimal and worst ratio is 55.42% and 44.4%, respectively.

The subject of interwoven fabric for trial used new environment acrylic fiber with different fiber materials. The warp thread of fabric has two groups, one group of 111.1dtex/36 polyester and the other group of 194.88dtex/ polyester/ rayon (80/20). Weft of raw materials can be categorized to seven kinds of blended yarn. A total of 24 experimental small sample trials were tested. 6 wear ability analyses of breathable, anti-wrinkle, anti-pilling, drape, stiffness and warmth of fabric were done. And reached some conclusions.

To study functionality of coffee yarn knitted clothing fabrics, use five different proportion of coffee yarn: 70% viscose/30% coffee yarn; 67.5% viscose/32.5% coffee yarn; 65% viscose/35% coffee yarn; 62.5% viscose/37.5% coffee yarn; 60% viscose/40% coffee yarn, knit five kinds of fabrics on computerized flat knitting machine.Test and analysis odor removal performance, hygroscopic, heat accumulation function of trial fabrics. The results show that: to coffee yarn and viscose blended knitted fabrics, along with coffee yarn content increases, the odor removal rate of the fabric has increased significantly, the fabric hygroscopic enhance, better performance of heat accumulation. 40% coffee yarn content of the fabric has a good heat accumulation.

In order to study the saturation control of space juxtaposition mixed colors of yarn dyed fabrics with different warp and weft colors, this paper takes the fabric variety with 6-color warp and 3-color weft for example, designed 7 kinds of weaves with gradual change of floating length with red, green and blue and makes them into fabric samples; then, puts forward the methods of posterization of digital fabric pictures and histogram statistics for counting the coverage rate of color thread on yarn dyed fabric surface, through which a more accurate result can be obtained than theoretical calculation; In the end, conducts color test on 21 fabric samples with Digieye digital color measurement system, which shows that the saturation (C*) of mixed colors of fabric samples has a good linear relationship with the coverage rate of color thread on yarn dyed fabric surface, with the linear correlation coefficient of 0.90333.

In order to study the curing characteristics of common resins including bisphenol-A epoxy vinyl ester resin, phenolic epoxy vinyl ester resin and unsaturated polyester resin, the curing time of three resins was tested using cobalt naphthenate as accelerator and methyl ethyl ketone peroxide as curing agent. The results showed that the resin curing time reduces with the experimental temperature rising; in order to control the curing time at about 25 minutes when the experimental temperature is 23°C, the curing agent adding proportion of bisphenol-A epoxy vinyl ester resin, unsaturated polyester resin and phenolic epoxy vinyl ester resin are respective about 0.7%, 0.5% and 1.8%. The composites made by bisphenol-A epoxy vinyl ester resin have excellent tensile strength and composites made by phenolic epoxy vinyl ester resin have best bending strength.

The color appearance mode of yarn dyed woven fabric is different from that of color addition mixture and color subtraction mixture. In order to test and verify the differences of different color measuring methods applied to yarn dyed woven fabrics, 16 samples of yarn dyed woven fabrics made of the threads of different colors in different permutation and combination were tested by human eye evaluation, spectrophotometer and digital image processing system in this paper. The results showed that both the spectrophotometer and digital image processing methods were not accurately approximated to the results of human eye evaluation. Relatively, the results of digital image processing method were closer to that of the human eye evaluation. The work of this paper may contribute to promoting the color measurement in yarn dyed fabrics.

In order to study the wearability of multi-component blended fabrics, there are 9 kinds of fabrics which belong to A, B and C three series were woven. They were blended with different proportions e.g. PTT, PLA, Cooldry, triangular shaped polyester yarn, cotton, hemp, viscose, conductive filament, and so on. Anti-pilling property, crease recovery, drapability, moisture transmission and air permeability of the fabrics were tested and analyzed. From the test results, following conclusions can be gotten. 1) The anti-pilling property is good for fabrics with tighter weave construction; 2) The crease recovery is good for fabrics with smaller weft density; 3) The moisture permeability is good for fabrics with smaller tightness; 4) The crease resistance, drapability, moisture permeability and air permeability of the fabrics can be improved by looser weave construction and smaller binding point.

In this paper, silk/high-count mixed fabric was explored and developed by product design and performance research. The research showed the arrangement of the proportion of silk and cotton and different fabric weave designs. The data were achieved through the performance tests of all fabrics. And the paper analyzed and studied all the data to find the factors which could effect the characters of the blended fabric. The result showed that The drapability of silk/high count cotton mixed fabric could be closed to that of silk fabric when choosing high count cotton yarn and made pick count under 700 picks/10cm. Fabric anti-pilling tendency will strengthen with the increase of cotton content.

In order to study the influences of fabric specification on vertical depth of honeycomb weaves, 11 kinds of honeycomb weaves fabric were designed in this paper by using different yarn linear density and weave repeat unit. The results show that the vertical depth of honeycomb weaves would increase as the yarn linear density increasing when the linear density was comparatively larger. With the increasing of weave repeat unit, vertical depth of honeycomb weaves is significantly increased. According to these results, 3D integrated vertical structure with honeycombed-core was designed, which used honeycomb weaves as the sandwich structure and plain weaves as the upside face and underside face. At the same time, the looming draft of this structure was drawn.
