Abstract: Highlights: [•] Neutralising antibody responses to the 9 serotypes of AHSV MLV vaccine were compared. [•] No enhanced immunity when monovalent as opposed to polyvalent vaccine was used. [•] Marked differences in the immunogenicity of individual virus serotypes in the vaccine. [•] Neutralising antibody to individual AHSV serotypes quickly waned.
