Abstract

A case study presents a 55-year-old woman with generalized hyperpigmentation diagnosed as Acanthosis Nigricans (AN) coexisting with Lichen Planus Pigmentosus (LPP), a unique association. Despite the common link of generalised AN with malignancy, this case showed no evidence of internal malignancy, highlighting the rarity of such benign presentations.
