Summary: As a consequence of continuing demand for additional capacity and higher quality data transmission, channel coding as a key component of a digital communication network has progressed from a classical single pair, point‐to‐point information theoretic application to a class of coding techniques with diverse parameters. The heterogeneous requirements of B5G/6G networks technology have made flexibility of code parameters the main desired feature while designing channel codes. Owing to this, channel coding techniques have evolved to support enabling applications that depend on different factors such as latency, reliability, energy efficiency and throughput. We review and discuss the application of new techniques, modifications in the design and construction of modern channel coding schemes, including block, convolutional, rateless and space‐time codes. Further, the error correction performance of mainstream channel decoders for LDPC, polar and turbo codes is compared and analysed for their attainable error rate. The aim of this study is to highlight the adaptability of the discussed coding schemes for the forthcoming cellular network landscape. This article also addresses the implementational challenges of high throughput, low latency and machine type communication scenarios. Moreover, some recent studies exploring the role of machine learning for optimisation of B5G/6G networks are classified and discussed. To solve the problem that the available spectrum resources of L-band digital aeronautic communication system (LDACS) are limited and vulnerable to interference from high-power distance measuring equipment (DME) signals, a spectrum sensing method based on reduced dimension cyclic spectrum and residual neural network is proposed. Firstly, the cyclic spectrum characteristics of DME signal are analyzed theoretically. Then Fisher discriminant rate (FDR) is used to extract the vector with the highest cycle frequency energy, and the pre-processing features are enhanced by principal component analysis (PCA). Finally, the process of combining the cyclic spectral vector and convolutional neural network after data processing is given, and the effective detection of DME signal is achieved. Simulation results show that the method in not sensitive to noise, and the average detection probability is greater than 90% when the signal-to-noise ratio is no less than -15 dB. This paper explores ICT investment and different types of absorptive capacity (realized and potential) as determinants of micro-level TFP in Colombia from 2008 to 2018. Our empirical output suggests that productivity is positively affected by ICT expenditures as well as by the presence of those IT-related potential absorptive capacities that strengthen knowledge acquisition and assimilation inside the plant: online transactions (e-commerce) and the use of network communication platforms(e-communication). Realized absorptive capacities such as R&D cooperation and marketing expenditures (signaling firms' ability to exploit and transform available information) are found to only induce TFP growth if combined with appropriate IT capabilities: R&D collaboration paired with e-communication and, marketing strategies connected with e-commerce. As cyberattacks are getting more complex and sophisticated, stringent, multi-layered security measures are required. Existing approaches often rely on tokenization or encryption algorithms, both of which have drawbacks. Previous attempts to ensure data security have primarily focused on tokenization techniques or complex encryption algorithms. While these methods work well on their own, they have proven vulnerable to sophisticated cyberattacks. This research presents new ways to improve data security in digital storage and communication systems. We solve data security issues by proposing a multi-level encryption strategy that combines double encryption technology along with tokenization. The first step in the procedure is a byte-level byte-pair encoding (BPE) tokenizer, which tokenizes the input data and adds a layer of protection to make it unreadable. After tokenization, data is encrypted using Rivest-Shamir-Adleman (RSA) to create a strong initial level of security. To further enhance security, data encrypted with RSA has an additional layer of encryption applied using the advanced encryption standard (AES) method. This article describes how this approach is implemented in practice and shows how it is effective in protecting data at a higher level than single-layer encryption or tokenization systems. This paper presents a new polar logic circuit using a single current conveyor, two MOS switches and two resistors in each case. Thus, polar NAND and NOR circuits are proposed. The circuits' operation details and simulation results are given in support of the proposed theory. The circuits are designed using CMOS CCII + with ±2 V supply voltage. The polar logic levels at the output are −1 and 1 V for logic 0 and 1, respectively. The gates' functioning for capacitive loading is also tested. Despite the extensive introduction of digital technologies in working life and the demand for the public sector, including schools, to digitalise, there is limited research on the relationship between digitalisation and the work environment. The aim of this article is therefore to explore how implementation processes of digital administrative and communication systems and teaching tools interact with work-related demands and resources experienced in schools. The Normalisation Process Theory (NPT) and Job Demand-Resources model (JDR) were used to analyse experiences of digitalisation and the work environment of employees, managers, strategists and health and safety officers in schools in Sweden. The study, based on semi-structured interviews with 25 participants, shows that the lack of resources and a too-high workload were reported as problematic and challenging in the introduction of digital technology. Collegial cooperation and decision-making opportunities, on the other hand, seemed to enhance the digitalisation process and to some extent even bridge over the weaknesses of strained time resources and high workload. Digital communication systems usually suffer from two factors: inter-symbol interference and impulsive noise. To improve the performance of communication receivers, this paper proposes a good solution to a linear blind equalizer. Firstly, a new lower-order statistic with a lower influence of impulsive noise is constructed based on a nonlinear function. Secondly, an unconstrained optimization problem is formulated by minimizing the mean square error related to the new lower-order statistic, and a new equalization algorithm is derived to effectively compensate for the inter-symbol interference. Thirdly, to further enhance the robustness of the proposed algorithm, the iterative formula of the proposed algorithm is handled by normalizing samples. Finally, numerical simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm achieves better performance under Gaussian and impulsive noise. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This study evaluates the performance of large intelligent surface (LIS) technology in the context of a multi-user MIMO mobile communication system (Mu-MIMO) proposed for the sixth generation (6G). LIS employs digitally controlled reflectors to enhance Signal-to-Interference plus Noise Ratio (SINR) and establish line of sight (LoS) connectivity in non-LoS environments, improving transmission security. Analytical expressions are derived to assess LIS performance metrics, including distribution parameters, bit error probability, and secrecy outage probability, considering the presence of eavesdroppers and environmental fading. Due to the rapid development of digital communication systems, information security is now essential for both the storage and exchange of data. Security has become a key research axis as a result of the rapid evolution of network technologies. The transmission of digital data is necessary for various forms of communication. Particularly in applications requiring a high level of security, like surveillance applications, military applications, biometric applications, and radar applications, where this transmission should be secure. Thus, data is normally encoded through the technique of encryption to prevent unauthorized access. The current imperative is for cyber security to guarantees the integrity and confidentiality of data transmission over the internet and offer defense against hostile attacks. To ensure the security and dependability of digital data transmission, the goal of this research is to create and analyze a robust multilevel cryptography model using three cases. Those cases include: case 1 utilized the RC5 algorithm only. Case 2 examined the use of RC5 together with the Twofish algorithms, and case 3 employed a combination of three effective algorithms in sequential order (RC5 with Twofish and Modified Serpent). The results were analyzed and showed that case 3—which encrypts data by applying three effective algorithms sequentially—is preferable. This case offers a performance model for various combinations of the symmetric key cryptography algorithms RC5, Twofish, and modified Serpent. This paper studies the input‐to‐state stability of an uncertain switched linear system with external disturbances, whose feedback loop is closed over a digital communication network. In the network, only a finite bit rate can be provided to transmit the feedback signal and unknown network delay always exists. By using reachable set approximation and propagation methods, it can well handle with the effects of model uncertainty, external disturbances and network delay on the stability of the system. To save network resources, event‐triggered sampling is taken here. Under the event‐triggered sampling strategies, a new encoder is proposed, which consumes less feedback bits than the conventional time‐triggered encoders. It is proven that even in the existence of model uncertainty, external disturbances and network delay, the proposed event‐triggered sampling strategies require a lower feedback bit rate to stabilize the switched system than conventional periodic sampling methods. To save network resources, event‐triggered sampling is taken here. The article presents model of the Radio--communications Platform supporting Inland Navigation. The model of integrated satellite, analog and digital radio -- communications systems has been presented. Individual blocks included in the module architecture has been developed. A communication model which integrates the Galileo system with Inland-AIS for the purpose of obtaining a reliable position in limited waters has been presented. The functional requirements of the Galileo Satellite System for integration with Inland-AIS in restricted areas was characterized. The ever-growing threats in cybersecurity growing with the rapid development of quantum computing, necessitates the development of robust and quantum-resistant cryptographic systems. This paper introduces a novel cryptosystem, Public Key Cryptosystem based on Systematic Polar Encoding (PKC-SPE), based on the combination of systematic polar encoding and public-key cryptographic principles. The Systematic Polar Encoding (SPE), derived from the well-established field of polar codes, serves as the foundation for this proposed cryptographic scheme. Here, we have used MATLAB Software to introduce and implement the PKC-SPE Cryptosystem. The paper examines key generation, encryption, and decryption algorithms, providing insights into the adaptability and efficiency of systematic polar encoding in public-key cryptography. We assess the efficiency of the PKC-SPE Cryptosystem in three aspects: key size, computational complexity, and system implementation timings. In addition, we compare the PKC-SPE Cryptosystem with PKC-PC cryptosystem and find that it has reduced key sizes ( P r = 0.8436 kbytes). The results obtained through simulations validate the effectiveness of the proposed cryptosystem and highlighting its potential for integration into real-world communication systems. Thus, in the paradigm shift to quantum computing, the PKC-SPE cryptosystem emerges as a promising candidate to secure digital communication in the quantum computing era. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The main goal of this paper is to study the higher-order dispersive extended nonlinear Schrödinger equation, which demonstrates the propagation of ultrashort pulses in optical communication networks. In this study, both the sinh-Gordon expansion method and the generalized exponential rational function method are used to offer some novel optical solutions. These optical soliton solutions are dark soliton, bright soliton, singular, periodic, and dark-bright soliton solutions. The obtained optical soliton solutions are presented graphically in 2D and 3D to clarify the behavior of solutions more effectively. The constraint conditions are also used to verify the exitances of the new analytical solutions. Moreover, all solutions compared to solutions obtained previously are new, and all the new wave solutions have verified Eq. (1) after we substituted them into the studied equation. In the future, these novel soliton solutions will be very helpful in developing fluid dynamics, biomedical issues, dynamics of adiabatic parameters, industrial research, and many other areas of science. Terahertz (THz) communication is becoming a key technology for future 6G wireless networks because of its ultra-wide band. However, the implementation of THz communication systems confronts formidable challenges, notably beam splitting effects and high computational complexity associated with them. Our primary objective is to design a hybrid precoder that minimizes the Euclidean distance from the fully digital precoder. The analog precoding part adopts the delay-phase alternating minimization (DP-AltMin) algorithm, which divides the analog precoder into phase shifters and time delayers. This effectively addresses the beam splitting effects within THz communication by incorporating time delays. The traditional digital precoding solution, however, needs matrix inversion in THz massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) communication systems, resulting in significant computational complexity and complicating the design of the analog precoder. To address this issue, we exploit the characteristics of THz massive MIMO communication systems and construct the digital precoder as a product of scale factors and semi-unitary matrices. We utilize Schatten norm and Hölder's inequality to create semi-unitary matrices after initializing the scale factors depending on the power allocation. Finally, the analog precoder and digital precoder are alternately optimized to obtain the ultimate hybrid precoding scheme. Extensive numerical simulations have demonstrated that our proposed algorithm outperforms existing methods in mitigating the beam splitting issue, improving system performance, and exhibiting lower complexity. With the rapid development of 5G networks in China, mobile communication network simulation technology has gradually become a widely studied direction in the academic and application fields. This study focuses on three-dimensional digital geographic information data for mobile communication, including a large amount of geographic information data that significantly affects the propagation of mobile communication radio waves, such as terrain height and ground use types. These data play a crucial role in coverage prediction, interference analysis, and frequency planning in various telecommunications planning software. This article starts from the perspective of mobile communication network management, and combines typical large-scale terrain data production practice projects for mobile communication to deeply study the process and system function design of combining geographic information systems with multi-source remote sensing data in mobile communication network monitoring and management. On this basis, this study designed and implemented a dynamic updated terrain database for mobile communication. This database can update geographic information data in real-time, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of the data. At the same time, by optimizing the database structure and query algorithms, the speed and efficiency of data processing have been improved, providing efficient and reliable solutions for coverage prediction, optimization analysis, and planning management of large-scale mobile communication networks.In summary, dynamic updating database of three-dimensional digital geographic information has important application value in mobile communication network simulation technology. Through in-depth research and application of this database, the performance and service quality of mobile communication networks can be effectively improved, laying a solid foundation for future communication technology development. Quantum technologies promise major advances in different areas. From computation to sensing or telecommunications, quantum implementations could bring significant improvements to these fields, arousing the interest of researchers, companies, and governments. In particular, the deployment of Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) networks, which enable the secure dissemination of cryptographic keys to remote application entities following Quantum Mechanics Principles, appears to be one of the most attractive and relevant use cases. Quantum devices and equipment are still in a development phase, making their availability low and their price high, hindering the deployment of physical QKD networks and, therefore, the research and experimentation activities related to this field. In this context, this paper focuses on providing research stakeholders with an open-access testbed where it is feasible to emulate the deployment of QKD networks, thus enabling the execution of experiments and trials, where even potential network attacks can be analyzed, without the quantum physical equipment requirement, nor compromising the integrity of an already built QKD network. The designed solution allows users to automatically deploy, configure, and run a digital twin environment of a QKD network, offering cost-effectiveness and great flexibility in the study of the integration of quantum communications in the current network infrastructures. This solution is aligned with the European Telecommunications Standard Institute (ETSI) standardized application interface for QKD, and is built upon open-source technologies. The feasibility of this solution has been validated throughout several functional trials carried out in the 5G Telefónica Open Network Innovation Centre (5TONIC), verifying the service performance in terms of speed and discarded qubits when generating the quantum keys. Introduction: Recent debates concerning problems in the digital environment have promoted different conceptualizations of digital rights. However, current problems of digital communication are often discussed separately from earlier debates pertaining to the democratization of the media. This article argues for the regrounding of digital rights debates to address systemic communication problems. Methodology: Intended as a conceptual contribution, this article connects recent critical research on digital rights to the body of literature on democratic media activism through an analysis of problem representations. The article draws on the “What is the problem represented to be?” approach to study problem representations in the academic accounts of mobilizations and to identify common themes that describe systemic problems of communication. Results: The results identify problem representations that have emerged in and been defined by mobilizations over time and illustrate persistent themes with examples from the digital and mass media eras, including inequalities in the distribution of communicative resources, ownership and economic model of the communication system, and problems of participation and exclusion. Discussion: Focusing on problem representations enables identification of alternatives to current dominant discourses and offers grounds for collaboration at the nexus of activism and scholarship. Conclusions: Future research can benefit from a further dialogue between the framework of democratic media activism and rights-based approaches to the digital communication environment. This article aims to analyze the implementation of digital government in handling the Covid-19 Pandemic in Indonesia from a public communication perspective. The three units of analysis that build this article are technology, transparency, and collaboration & integration. A systems approach is used to analyze data collected through searching government policy documents, various relevant webinars, as well as online media reporting data that captures the dynamics of digital governance problems during the year the pandemic lasted. This article finds that the problem of digital government in handling the COVID-19 Pandemic in Indonesia is a complex in terms of technology, transparency, and collaboration/integration. From a public communication and system perspective, the findings of this article in all aspects show a portrait of a digital government system in Indonesia that is not yet robust and adaptive enough. In the rapidly evolving digital landscape, secure communication is crucial, and polarization‐sensitive photodetectors offer a promising approach to enhance security and efficiency. However, conventional devices face limitations in encoding capacity due to material‐specific anisotropic properties and geometric factors. In this study, the critical role of the flexoelectric effect in detecting polarized light in silicon and its effective utilization in secure communication systems are demonstrated. The device shows self‐biased photoresponse, which is modulated by up to 320% with the application of force by a sharp probe, a phenomenon attributed to the flexoelectric effect. The polarization sensing behavior is confirmed through comprehensive scanning photocurrent mapping, which is further supported by rigorous finite element simulations. As a potential application, the device is implemented to sense Morse code and effectively modulate it using the flexoelectric effect and light polarization angle, offering more sophisticated encryption methods for secure communication. Abstract—The purpose of this article is to analyze the capacity of a discrete-continuous communication channel (DC-channel) as applied to nonorthogonal multiple access (NOMA) systems. In this work, an expression is obtained for the individual mutual information of a DC-channel in communication systems with nonorthogonal access, which makes it possible to analyze the capacity of the DC-channel individually for subscribers of NOMA systems. This paper introduces the audio playback technology for wireless voice services in the DRTD system. The wired communication of the DRTD system is based on the SIP protocol and RTP stream for audio transmission. The audio stream is transmitted via the wireless air interface through such processing processes as mixing, windowing based VAD, caching, format conversion, and signaling control, and finally voice waveform playback is achieved at the mobile terminal, thus bridging the wired communication and wireless communication in the train dispatching communication and providing support for the core services of the DRTD system. First, we will go through the theory behind the Eisenstein field (EF) and its extension field. In contrast, we provide a detailed framework for building BCH codes over the EF in the second stage. BCH codes over the EF are decoded using the Berlekamp-Massey algorithm (BMA) in this article. We investigate the error-correcting capabilities of these codes and provide expressions for minimal distance. We provide researchers and engineers creating and implementing robust error-correcting codes for digital communication systems with detailed information on building, decoding and performance assessment. As one of the main candidates for future civil aviation communications systems, the L-band digital aeronautical communication system (L-DACS) is expected to achieve secure and reliable transmission. Due to the broadcasting nature of air–ground wireless links, the L-DACS has the risk of being intercepted by malicious eavesdroppers, which negatively affects aviation communication security. In addition, because the spectrum of the L-DACS overlaps with the aviation distance measuring equipment (DME), the pulse interference caused by the DME signal may lead to the wireless link being more fragile and susceptible to wiretapping. In this paper, with a focus on enhancing wireless transmission security, we propose a comprehensive physical layer security (PLS) method for the L-DACS. The key to the proposed PLS method is restraining the transmission of the eavesdropper by injecting artificial noise into the transmitted signal while improving the transmission of the legitimate receiver through the adoption of pulse interference mitigation. First, to characterize the L-DACS in the secure scene, we derive the signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) of the legitimate receiver and any potential eavesdropper by constructing equivalent noise. Next, from the perspective of the information theory, we derive the closed form of the secrecy capacity of the L-DACS by employing the proposed PLS methods with three kinds of nonlinear interference mitigation: including ideal pulse blanking, peak threshold-based pulse blanking, and peak threshold-based pulse clipping. Summary: This article presents a new Domain Specific Embedded Language (DSEL) dedicated to Software‐Defined Radio (SDR). From a set of carefully designed components, it enables to build efficient software digital communication systems, able to take advantage of the parallelism of modern processor architectures, in a straightforward and safe manner for the programmer. In particular, proposed DSEL enables the combination of pipelining and sequence duplication techniques to extract both temporal and spatial parallelism from digital communication systems. We leverage the DSEL capabilities on a real use case: a fully digital transceiver for the widely used DVB‐S2 standard designed entirely in software. Many researchers over the years studied how logic gates work on the basis of electrical signals. Here, we proposed to create a brand-new, COMPARATOR-focused idea for optical logic design. Being able to keep their shape as well as potential intact even after propagating through a long distance, optical soliton is a well-established phenomenon in digital communication system. Though we have a previous concept of electrical logic gates, at this stage we can design a new technique of logic gates where the light signal can be used instead of electrical signal. An optical signal having a very high data communication speed, there is not an unwanted gate delay time. Here we use hyper secant optical soliton pulse (HOSP)-based logic GATES from numerical aspects. This paper proposes a new method to perform all-optical COMPARATOR using HOSP. Security is one of the key elements of real-time communication systems, especially with the developments in digital communication systems. One of the most crucial networking activities that guards against hacking and unintentional consequences on connected devices is packet classification. The router's and other linked devices' sluggish processing speeds are a problem for implementing real-time packet classification. This paper proposes a novel parallel architecture for packet classification in routers. The design that has been suggested uses the parallelism that modern hardware technologies offer to categorize several packets at once to increase throughput, lower energy usage, and drastically lower latency. The suggested design supports multiple data reads by utilizing Dual Port RAM, or DPRAM. They have low latency performance and allow for fast rate packet lookup, making them the preferable choice for stage memory. The DPRAM provides the data to the packet scheduling module. The packets are received concurrently by the two subsequent packet splitter units. The throughput of packet classification increases as a result. In this paper, a parallel packet categorization architecture using FPGA is explored for maximizing throughput and maintain allowable latency while preserving low energy consumption. Currently, generalized methodical approaches to the development of scenarios of complex radio suppression and electromagnetic influence of typical special telecommunication systems have been developed. However, during the development of possible cases for the complex application of radio suppression and destructive software influence,the problem of optimizing the resource of these means and its distribution according to the goals of radio suppression and objects of destructive computer influence arose, which has not yet been fully resolved.Especially in the literature known to the authors, there is no method for optimizing the resource distribution of radio and computer influence, used for the development and practical implementation of optimal scenarios of destructive influence on computer networks of enemy military groups in military operations. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate a problem and develop a method of optimizing the distribution of the resource of radio suppression and destructive software influence for the development of possible scenarios of the enemy's violation of information exchange in a standart telecommunication network. Objective. The purpose of the research is to develop a method for optimizing the distribution of the resource of radio suppression and destructive software influence for the development of scenarios of information exchange violations by the enemy in the telecommunications network. Method.To achieve the purpose of the research, the methods of nonlinear optimization of heterogeneous resource distribution, mass service theory, and expert evaluation were comprehensively applied and developed in the field of modeling of information conflict. To determine the coefficients of protection of objects from radio-electronic and destructive computer influence, expert evaluation methods are used, in particular, the method of frequencies of preferences of the decision-maker using the Thurstone method. This method requires only one expert (a decision-maker), minimal communication time with him, minimal expert information (full ordering of weighting factors) and can be applied with a small number of evaluated weighting factors. To solve the problem of optimal distribution of a heterogeneous resource of means of destructive influence, to ensure the value of the multiplicative objective function of an arbitrary form is not less than the given one, the method of successive increments is applied. To determine the efficiency indicator of information exchange violation, the methods of mass service theory are applied, which allows to formalize special telecommunication systems as a set of mass service systems - subsystems of digital communication and computer networks. Results. The formulated problem and the entered indicators made it possible to solve the problem of determining the minimum resource of means of destructive influence and their optimal distribution according to the purposes of radio suppression on the objects of destructive program influence in order to achieve the required level of disruption of the efficiency of information exchange in special telecommunication systems. The residue number system is widely used in applications such as communication systems, cryptography, digital filters, digital signal processors, fault-tolerant detection, and so on. This paper proposes a multifunction modulo (2n ± 1) multiplier based on the radix-4 Booth encoding scheme that can operate both modulo (2n − 1) and modulo (2n + 1) multipliers using the same hardware structure with only one control signal. A novel modulo (2n ± 1) multiplier based on radix-4 Booth encoding is proposed that can achieve superior performance, with low power, fast operation, high area efficiency, and low area-delay product (ADP) and power-delay product (PDP) compared with similar modified Booth-encoding methods. In addition, by integrating the separate modulo functions of the modulo (2n − 1) multiplier and modulo (2n + 1) multiplier into a single multifunction modulo (2n ± 1) multiplier, the proposed method can save up to 52.59% (n = 16) of hardware area, up to 5.45% (n = 32) of delay time, up to 49.05% (n = 16) of dynamic power, up to 50.92% (n = 32) of ADP, and up to 50.02% (n = 32) of PDP compared with the original separate circuits merged together. Furthermore, the operation ranges of the multiplicand and multiplier of the proposed modulo (2n + 1) multiplier and modulo (2n − 1) multiplier are {0, 2n + 1} and {0, 2n}, respectively, which are wider than for other reported hardware structures. The hardware area, power consumption, and delay time are simulated and verified using Verilog HDL and Xilinx FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) Vivado tools. The proliferation of immersive services, including virtual reality/augmented reality, holographic content, and the metaverse, has led to an increase in the complexity of communication networks, and consequently, the complexity of network management. Recently, digital twin network technology, which applies digital twin technology to the field of communication networks, has been predicted to be an effective means of managing complex modern networks. In this paper, a digital twin network data pipeline architecture is proposed that demonstrates an integrated structure for flow within the digital twin network and network modeling from a data perspective. In addition, a network traffic modeling technique using data feature extraction techniques is proposed to realize the digital twin network, which requires the use of massive streaming data. The proposed method utilizes the data generated in the OMNeT++ environment and verifies that the learning time is reduced by approximately 25% depending on the feature extraction interval, while the accuracy remains similar. In this paper, the adaptive neural time-varying full-state constraints quantized consensus control is investigated for a class of nonlinear multiagent network systems with switching topologies. In most existing state constraints control schemes, the state constraints are achieved based on error constraints, and the feasibility conditions are required, which is a difficult problem for the application of controllers. Thus, based on the adaptive neural control method, this paper designs the integral Lyapunov functions to remove the restriction of the feasibility conditions completely. Therefore, the boundaries of state constraints control can be designed directly without feasibility conditions. Moreover, the boundaries of state constraints are considered as time-varying since there exist various factors affecting the boundaries, which is more suitable for practical multiagent systems. In multiagent network control, data transmission is a crucial element for system performance. For this problem, this paper designs the time-varying state constraints input quantization signals, which can reduce chattering and achieve low communication rates in the digital signal transmission for the multiagent systems under switching topologies communication networks. The metaverse is emerging as a next-generation internet paradigm that will enhance human interaction and connectivity. Digital twinning, a fundamental strategy used in the metaverse, allows for the virtualization of real-world items, people, actions, and settings. A virtual world called the metaverse is built on a variety of technologies. Wireless communication is an important part of these technologies. In particular, wireless 6G communication can be essential for the growth of the metaverse. In line with the goal of achieving higher rates in the next-generation wireless network for the metaverse, in this paper, a novel conceptualization of intelligent reflecting surface (IRS)-assisted multiple-input single output-based wireless communication in physical world environments is proposed. More specifically, this paper proposes that in the physical world, the IRS-assisted communication between a communication network and users can be reflected in the metaverse through the virtual world (such as digital avatars and the virtual environment).
