With the rapid development of 5G networks in China, mobile communication network simulation technology has gradually become a widely studied direction in the academic and application fields. This study focuses on three-dimensional digital geographic information data for mobile communication, including a large amount of geographic information data that significantly affects the propagation of mobile communication radio waves, such as terrain height and ground use types. These data play a crucial role in coverage prediction, interference analysis, and frequency planning in various telecommunications planning software. This article starts from the perspective of mobile communication network management, and combines typical large-scale terrain data production practice projects for mobile communication to deeply study the process and system function design of combining geographic information systems with multi-source remote sensing data in mobile communication network monitoring and management. On this basis, this study designed and implemented a dynamic updated terrain database for mobile communication. This database can update geographic information data in real-time, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of the data. At the same time, by optimizing the database structure and query algorithms, the speed and efficiency of data processing have been improved, providing efficient and reliable solutions for coverage prediction, optimization analysis, and planning management of large-scale mobile communication networks.In summary, dynamic updating database of three-dimensional digital geographic information has important application value in mobile communication network simulation technology. Through in-depth research and application of this database, the performance and service quality of mobile communication networks can be effectively improved, laying a solid foundation for future communication technology development. The emergence of the Internet and social media provides a new platform for information diffusion, promoting the interaction among relatively independent participants in the opinion market and changing the balance of the intrinsic mechanism and external dynamics based on political communication. In this way, it is necessary to investigate the new interactive landscape of political communication and political discourse regarding digital media. In this study, we conduct a social and semantic network analysis of the dissemination and public opinion generation landscape of the COVID-19 "New Ten Articles" policy communication by the Chinese government, exploring the network relationships and emotional value interactions behind the contact of a new public policy in China. The results show that, in the political communication system, the influence of information's position in the communication field has surpassed the information source impact, and the power of network opinion leaders is significant; the policy communication network presents a situation of "identity status circle" division, and the information circle connection presents a trend of fracture and barrier thickening, which may cause policy information alienation and social opinion polarization risk; the imbalance between policy information supply and public demand is further enhanced, and the negative emotion "cloud" is distributed on a scale and condenses into grassroots social governance pressure; and the content released by some key opinion leaders, experts, online media, and local mainstream media accounts is significantly correlated with network emotions. Summary: Currently, both the heated building area and total pipe length have been increased significantly. Despite the rapid development of China's heating industry, the overall efficiency of district heating systems is relatively low. In this paper, an innovative smart and transparent heating mode is proposed to solve the problems of the current heating mode. The proposed method integrates two core technologies: the 3D‐GIS digital twin model and the NB‐IoT wireless communication system. The concept, main characteristic of the proposed heating mode is discussed. A concrete technical scheme of the heating mode integrating the static and dynamic data of DHN is presented. To test the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed heating mode, two cases with a concrete implementation scheme are presented. The energy reduction rate, pump efficiency, and hydraulic imbalance level of proposed heating mode is compared with the traditional heating mode. Results show that the energy consumption of DHN under traditional set secondary‐side supply target temperature control mode can be reduced by 26.11% compared with smart and transparent heating mode during the heating period. When research on beyond third generation (B3G) mobile communications had just stepped into its startup period, a project called Future Technologies for a Universal Radio Environment (FuTURE) was launched in China. The goal of the project is to support theoretical research and applicable evaluation of the pro- posed technologies for B30 mobile communications. TD-SCDMA, which is the "homemade" 3G standard in China, has received considerable attention and is believed to play a critical role in the development of China's mobile communication. Meanwhile, advanced MIMO and OFDM techniques shed light on the feasibility of high- performance 40 broadband systems. We discuss an evolutionary path of TD-SCDMA toward 4G systems in this article, which combines the existing advanced traits in TD-SCDMA with new features for broadband wireless communication systems. In order to solve the problems of the slow development of marine culture and waning inheritance, this article used digital imaging to build a marine culture communication and inheritance system that effectively improves the situation, which is characterized by narrow audience scope in traditional communication modes and ineffective cultural protection. On the basis of digital image technology, this paper discusses the composition of marine culture by using information communication theory and coding/decoding theory and describes the influence of digital media on marine culture by using communication and inheritance theory. The establishment of a database and interdisciplinary integration enhances public cultural awareness, to ensure that China's marine culture can be effectively protected and inherited. Purpose — The aim of this paper is to report on the International Telecommunication Union Telecom World Symposium and Trade Show held in Hong Kong in December 2006. Design/methodology/approach — The paper reports on some of the ideas presented at the symposium. Findings — The paper finds that attendees got a first-hand sense of Chinese ascendancy in in formation and communications technology (ICT) as well as the promise offered by ICT to bridge the digital divide. The article provides information on the activities and achievements of the 2007 IEEE Wireless Communications and Networking Conference (WCNC) held from March 11 to 15, 2007 in Hong Kong, China. The theme of the conference was Wireless Gateway, given Hong Kong's special position within the fast growing vibrant economies and excitement of China and Asia. Hong Kong is well known for its advances in information and communications technology. Furthermore, WCNC 2007 was a resounding success. It broke every record there was to be broken. It had an overwhelming number of paper submissions, truly exceeding all expectations.
