Rumah Unggul Sistem Panel Instan (RUSPIN) technology is the development of Rumah Instan Sederhana Sehat (RISHA) with several improvements. Besides resistance to earthquakes, this technology has advantages such as ease and speed of installation compared to conventional houses. As a new technological innovation that has been proven, to develop RUSPIN technology to be an industrialization model in the future, therefore a study of technology business plan is required. Research objectives eager to see the market and industrialization opportunities of RUSPIN technology. The study using Business Model Canvas (BMC) concept which strived to combine 9 business aspects such as customer segments, value proposition, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partners, and cost structure into one complete concept map. As the result of this study, the market opportunity for RUSPIN technology is very large with the market segmentation is families that do not own a home and the target market for Low-Income Families (MBR). RUSPIN technology also has an opportunity to be industrialized by looking at the demand side (market opportunities), while from the supply side, efforts are needed to increase the number of certified RUSPIN applicators and developers. The accumulated potential in digitalization suggests the need to create a new paradigm for managing scientific-innovative and production-technological processes, which is reflected in the author's article. In these conditions, there is the problem of developing a mechanism for innovative management of the industrial sector of the economy. The study aims to analyze statistical and analytical data of modern industrial sector management in the context of digitalization. By analytical, comparative, and statistical analysis of international innovation management approaches, according to the rating of the global innovation index 2020/2021 and business activity of technological leaders in Asia, North America, and Europe, the authors developed a methodological approach to improve the mechanism for implementing innovative management in industrial sector. The mechanism includes such core elements: state industrial policy—purposes of industrial development—decision on innovative management implementation—development of mechanism to implement innovative decision—expected short- and long-term results based on the traceability of innovation and the overall economic context from a global perspective. Technological innovation continues to play a fundamental role in disrupting many industries, but the impacts of digital innovation on accountancy and its effect on firms and individuals remain somewhat overlooked. Nevertheless, technological innovation is transforming accountancy work and business models as firms react to competition and regulatory restrictions. The analysis of sixty semi-structured interviews with UK accounting firms reveals how the adoption of new technology and alterations in regulations impacts on accounting practices. In turn, this research raises questions about the nature of professional occupations, the deskilling of accountancy and colonization of new service areas, challenging the extant conceptualisation of knowledge-intensive services. The article provides information on the impact of automation on the society particularly in the U.S. It is stated that automation is part of the larger process of social change which has been going on in human society since its inception and it has had an enormous impact on the production, communication and scientific investigation. The paper emphasizes that since automation represents the highest development to technology, it is inevitable that industries will move in its direction. It discusses the relation of automation to other technologies and how technology is related to the organization of society.

The present article begins with the author's personal reflection on the existent tendency in connection with the handling of the concept of industrialization of the construction. In this reflection arguments are exposed that offer clarity as for the appropriate form of how this concept it should be focused. Later on it is approached the main reasons that they originated the appearance of the technique of construction prefabricated employee in a massive way basically in countries of the European continent and some of the consequences of the handling of this. Lastly it is approached the main tendencies of the technical constructive development and the influence, in different environments, of the inclusion of tip technologies or advanced in the same one, supporting with examples upgraded in developed countries. A significant number of inventions and innovations appeared during the time known as the Industrial Revolution. Changes in technology quickly transformed American life in the past and continue to impact businesses, communities, and schools today. Technologies like Skype™, Prezi®, and Poll Everywhere™ provide new methods for engaging students in learning and assess their understanding of content. Each of these technologies is free and can be used in one-computer classrooms or computer labs. These technologies can enhance the learning experience by engaging students in critical thinking and collaboration, allowing real-world applications of the content, and profiling various perspectives while utilizing digital tools that captivate students' interests. This paper contributes to the literature on technology-based entrepreneurship with particular reference to the Middle East and North Africa (MEAN) region. It highlights the importance of technology-based entrepreneurship as a strategy for industrialization and technological development. Exploratory in nature, the paper describes the general context for entrepreneurship in the evolving economies of MEAN countries. Specifically it probes the positive engagement of the private sector in sustaining the drive toward technological entrepreneurship in the region. Using the scheme developed by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) of classifying industries according to their degree complexity and knowledge intensity, the paper suggests another way of looking at the issue of technological development. To overcome difficulties of gathering primary data, the analysis draws on secondary data from the business Web site, bloomburg.com. The results indicate that entrepreneurship and technological developments are attracting increasing attention in the region, but that the necessary supportive educational measures are either absent or weak. The evidence is that the private sector is as active as the public sector in the processes of industrialization and technological development. Detailed studies of individual firms, sectors, and countries in the MEAN region are needed to examine the role of dynamic entrepreneurs in technological take-off. Decision-makers are called upon to boost public and private innovation initiatives, and to place an appropriate emphasis on entrepreneurship learning for all. The article offers information on economic historian Walt W. Rostow and his contributions to the historiography of industrialization and economic growth. He was born in 1916 and educated at Yale University. Three of his essential features of economic growth were, the propensity to develop fundamental science, the propensity to apply science to economic ends, and the propensity to accept innovations. Moreover, Rostow identified Great Britain as the first and subsequent model of industrial change. In addition, several arguments on the role of science, technology and industry are also offered.

The theory of sci-tech evolution supposes that there is a basic contradiction between the normality and the abnormality, which can be found generally in the human social development. To resolve the contradiction, an important way is to make it in equilibrium through equipping people with something possible to evolve new theories and practice essentially in science and technologies. It' s demonstrated that the equipment manufacturing industry will develop sustainably in view of the evolutionary relationship between the cosmos and the various equipment, and the relationship reveals that the development of the industry is diffusive if looking at it from five different angles. The diffusion of modern, efficient technology has far-reaching consequences for the geography of economic activity, inequality, and environmental quality. This article examines two popular yet highly controversial claims about the conditions most favorable to the rapid spread of new technology. The first states that latecomer advantage allows developing countries to diffuse new technology faster than developed countries. The second claim, widely articulated by advocates of neoliberal policy reform, is that new technologies diffuse more rapidly where countries are “open” to international trade and investment. To investigate these claims we use event-history analysis to estimate the determinants of diffusion speed across a large panel of developed and developing countries for three very different technologies. These are: continuous steel casting, shuttleless textile weaving looms, and digital telephone mainlines. Our results broadly support both propositions. Countries that adopt new technology later or have a smaller existing capital stock—characteristic features of developing countries—diffuse new technology more rapidly than countries that adopt earlier or have more installed capacity—two characteristics of developed countries. Trade openness is also found to influence the rate of diffusion positively for all three technologies. Yet, consistent with recent empirical studies, we fail to find support for the idea that foreign direct investment (FDI) accelerates the diffusion of new technology in host economies. The paper identifies advances in science, technology and innovation (STI) in Colombia between 1990 and 2005, and then explores: (i) the successes and failures of policies designed to stimulate advances, and (ii) the challenges facing the country when converting knowledge and, especially, innovation into primary sources of development and competition. The paper reviews neoclassical and evolutional contributions in terms of their relationship with technological change, growth and development, and looks at the literature on recent experiences of successful industrialization and national innovation systems. It then moves on to the implications for STI policy, using official information, domestic and international publications and a number of the authors' investigations to evaluate some of the efforts and results indicators related to innovation, production capacity, and scientific divulgation and articulation between actors in the scientific, technological and productive fields. This research is concerned with the role of technological change in the process of industrial development. The principal focus is on the man-made fibres sector and the role of technological change as a driving force for industrial development. Different measures of technological change are considered, and both quantitative and qualitative approaches to its analysis are discussed. Among these, total factor productivity (TFP) is introduced as a convenient measure of technological progress and the measurement is used to consider data in the Korean context. One of the strategies for economic development to emerge during the 1970s and 1980s to stem decline due to industrial restructuring in the United States was the formation of science and technology initiatives in many states. This strategy was of interest because it suggests the creation of high-wage jobs through the application and development of technology. States in the industrialized part of the United States were losing large numbers of high-wage industrial jobs, as restructuring occurred and the jobs moved offshore or were replaced with technology. These initiatives took several forms including, in some states, departments or secretariats of technology, the formation of authorities that were state agencies but one step removed from the legislature and executive branches and the initiatives that were set up as nonprofit corporations. Today, science and technology programs exist in every state of the United States.In the mid-1990s, the authors were asked to develop a methodology to measure the outputs and outcomes of one of the state centers in science and technology, a program that was increasingly being focused on technology and commercialization rather than primarily on basic or pure research. A methodology was created by the authors in collaboration with the Battelle Institute and was implemented first in 1996. The purpose of this paper is to explain the methodology developed and how it was implemented in an effort to illustrate a number of issues that arise around the issue of evaluating such programs and to explore the policy impact of such studies. Between 1870 and 1916 rapid and widespread mechanization and capitalization dramatically transformed the means and relations of production in the mass industries. At the same time, increasing ethnic diversity challenged the class basis of labor solidarity. The cases of steel and bituminous coal mining illustrate important contrasting responses to these forces on the part of organized labor. In particular, the Amalgamated Association of Iron, Steel, and Tin Workers lost members and became increasingly ineffectual, while the United Mine Workers underwent intense and sustained growth. Our comparison of the two unions' notably different trajectories reveals the importance of socio-historical factors as well as union strategies for dealing with technological innovation and ethnic divisions. This paper investigates the role of each of these influences and several other elements of advanced technology and innovation. The present analysis improves on most prior work in many important respects. First, the appropriate economy-wide measures of factor abundance are used instead of interindustry comparisons which do not adequately convey such information. Secondly, an unusually broad variety of different concepts of technology is examined within a consistent data set. Thirdly, each facet of technology is measured in considerable industrial detail, at the three-digit SIC level within manufacturing. Since three-digit industries contained within a two-digit sector often have extremely different technological characteristics, this industry detail constitutes an important advantage. Fourthly, all concepts are measured at each stage of fabrication, as determined from the total requirements version of the input-output table.[2] Fifthly, similar consistent and detailed measures of occupational skill and capital intensity, in constant dollars, are included for purposes of comparison. These advantages permit a far more conclusive examination than ever previously conducted of the extent to which science-technology, rather than labour skills or capital, differentiates the United States economy from the rest of the world and of exactly what elements of science and technology most strongly distinguish the United States economy. The article comments on several papers published in the May 1980 issue of the periodical "The American Economic Review" about gaps in economic research relating to market and policy determinants. The contributions of economic research in assessing the relationships among research and development, technological innovation, productivity growth and industrial development are examined in detail. One of the article finds that economists have made an important contribution to the understanding of the degree to which research and development from various sources and under different circumstances contribute to productivity growth, economic consequences of regulation, influence of research and development on technological advance. They have demonstrated that research and development contribute importantly to both technological innovation and productivity growth. Another article expresses concerns relating to economic consequences of regulation focus on fears of regulation altering the rate and direction of industrial technological advance.

Industrial research and development activity is often regarded as one of the important contributing factors to industrial growth and the purpose of this paper is to investigate some aspects of this research and development activity. Industrial research and development expenditure is treated as a particular type of industrial investment outlay and this approach raises several interesting questions. As a first step in answering these questions information was gathered from the private industrial sector using survey methods. This effort is reported in the first section. The second section of the paper presents annual estimates of private British industrial research and development investment, and related technical knowledge estimates for the period 1948-70. Very few data are available about the characteristics and amount of industrial research and development expenditure in Britain and this study may be of some use in overcoming this data deficiency. This work, however, is limited to research and development expenditure performed or financed by the private sector.

The article discusses management in Great Britain. The author notes its great potential for industrial development and technical innovation. He recognizes that the ideas and practices which characterize industry within Great Britain had been developed over several decades. He feels that, had the technological and scientific bases of business continued to expand at the pre-World War II rate, the culture of British industry would have been likely to adapt most effectively to the changes. Science and technology have had an unprecedented rate of growth from 1945 to 1970, as revolutionary ideas and practices promote a greater change over much shorter periods of time. An effective industry needs to have a culture that is highly adaptive to the technical innovations affecting it.

Modern organisations try to 'peek' into the future by assessing emerging technologies and new competencies that should shape the future of an enterprise's competitiveness and use the results to establish its strategy today. Governments should have similar concerns to establish medium and long term policies relative to Science, Technology, Innovation, Industrial Development, International Relations etc. Foresight studies are invaluable tools to build a knowledge base to support decision making in these areas. Results of three Brazilian foresight studies were analysed: one covering the whole C&T area and the two others focused on the nuclear area. In this way, the relevance of the nuclear knowledge topics within the framework of the Brazilian C&T landscape could be assessed.
