This paper deals with an overview of flowshop group scheduling problems in the manufacturing environment. The aim of this paper is twofold: (i) making a comprehensive survey of research on flowshop group scheduling problems in manufacturing systems, and (ii) presenting a bibliometric analysis. We address the general definition of flowshop group scheduling problems and provide a taxonomy of methodologies used in previous literature. The papers are presented from several perspectives, including the utilised objective functions, a transformation of problem structure, benchmarks in existing literature, and solution approaches. Additionally, bibliometric analysis, including keyword and journal analyses, is conducted for articles published between 1986 and 2022. Finally, suggestions for future developments are listed to further consolidate this area. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

COMPREHENSIVE school reform ,EDUCATIONAL change ,ADVERSE childhood experiences ,EMOTIONAL trauma ,NURTURING behavior in children - Abstract
Aims: This systematic analysis aims to address the research question - do whole-school nurturing approaches show any impact in the short or long term on (1) emotional/behavioural, (2) cognitive/educational or (3) teacher/school variables? Rationale: Trauma or Adverse Childhood Experiences can have long-term consequences though causing problems in attachment, which nurturing approaches seek to ameliorate. Whilst there is a good deal of international research evidence on the impact of Nurture Groups in schools, less is known about the impact of whole school nurturing approaches on pupils and schools. This paper aims to address that gap. Findings: A total of 146 papers were retrieved from four databases and 13 from other sources. After excluding 61 duplicate papers, 98 papers were screened in relation to inclusion and exclusion criteria, and only 13 papers were finally selected. Results suggest that nurturing approaches can have a positive impact on pupils' social, emotional and behavioural needs, academic progress, other pupils in the mainstream class/school, parents and home life, and the whole school. Additionally, the length of time a nurturing approach is in place in a school contributes to its effectiveness. Limitations: Limitations include the quality of research available, lack of papers focusing on universal whole-school nurturing approaches and lack of international studies. Conclusions: The paper highlights the need for more robust research focusing on universal whole-school nurturing approaches to be carried out. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
Over the past few decades, the increasing number of vehicles and imperfect road traffic management have been sources of congestion in cities and reasons for deteriorating health of its inhabitants. With the help of computer simulations, transport engineers optimise and improve the capacity of city streets. However, with an enormous number of possible simulation types, it is difficult to grasp valuable, innovative solutions which are of the greatest value to city citizens. In this work, the authors expose various problems within this area having reviewed and analysed over 130 papers selected out of 1200 works in the field of urban simulations. The study describes the selection process of important papers and highlights characteristics of microsimulations, macrosimulations, computation optimisations and other approaches found in the literature which are especially useful and should be further built on in the future. They present and compare results provided in reviewed works in terms of throughput improvement, queue, waiting and travel time reduction, vehicle speed increase, speed‐ups as well as assumed simulation parameters. Finally, they focus on research gaps, such as a small number of works considering crisis simulations, few real‐world scale simulations as well as on software architectural changes and low‐level optimizations. Purpose: Unplanned urban mobility causes negative effects on the population and the environment. This study aims to understand how higher education institutions (HEIs) are managing the transportation issues related to their activities and how they are implementing actions towards more sustainable practices in this regard. Design/methodology/approach: A systematic review and bibliometric analysis were performed using the Proknow-C method, and the bibliographic portfolio was evaluated to answer guiding questions about distribution of articles over the years and around the world, the most relevant and frequent topics, the travel behavior of university life and the main methodologies used. The meta-analysis was modeled using a programming language in R to execute Bibliometrix package. Findings: Sharing systems, active transport, public transport, urban planning, car parking management and travel behavior are the most relevant topics related to sustainable mobility in HEIs. Different strategies to reduce car use are adopted, and the geographic location of the university and the availability of housing and shopping services in close proximity directly influence travel patterns. As a result, seven guidelines and strategic actions associated were proposed to promote the engagement of institutions in the development of sustainable transport and guide future studies about new solutions to promote sustainable university commutes. Originality/value: This paper presents a new perspective by performing a critical literature review based on the experiences reported by several isolated studies on the subject. Initiatives of sustainable transport guidelines can be used by academics, urban planners, higher education administrators and other stakeholders to make universities more environmentally friendly, inclusive and accessible. - Abstract
The healthcare sector produces 2 gigatons of CO
2 . To address this impactful trend and contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the adoption of circular economy (CE) practices could represent a strategic target. In this context, the present article provides a systematic and bibliometric literature review of CE practices applied in the healthcare sector by considering the collected case studies. This study aims to analyze the state of the art in CEs in the healthcare sector in order to identify CE practices in healthcare, examining how they contribute to sustainability goals and the critical issues in their implementation. A final selection of 36 articles from reputable databases, Web of Science and Scopus, was obtained and analyzed using VOSviewer. By systematically examining these papers, the study investigates the key CE practices implemented within the healthcare sector and their respective areas of application, which help the broader mission of achieving SDG 12, and also, to a lesser extent, SDG 9. Although the research criteria impose some limitations, this study offers a comprehensive review of successful circular practices adopted in the healthcare sector while shedding light on existing gaps and providing valuable insights for relevant stakeholders. SMALL business ,HUMAN capital ,STAKEHOLDERS ,TECHNOLOGICAL innovations ,SUSTAINABILITY - Abstract
In recent years, issues about sustainability have dominated in the business world. It has evolved into a global business issue in which large corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are urged to integrate social and environmental agendas alongside profit-making goals. Sustainability is frequently misunderstood as focusing solely on environmental concerns. However, in reality, it refers to the act of managing the "triple bottom line" (TBL) of profit, people, and planet, which includes the pursuit of economic, social, and environmental goals. Based on a bibliometric analysis of 1421 articles and a distance-based visualisation of similarities (VOS) analysis, the purpose of this paper is first to outline a broad-spectrum perspective of the structure of research in sustainability among SMEs, identifying the most prominent journals, country contributions, top-cited authors, and articles in this field. The second is to conduct a systematic review based on 20 selected articles to review the empirical findings on the firm-level sustainability of SMEs. The analysis has led to thematic commonalities considering resources and capabilities, strategy, stakeholders, human capital, and innovations. The paper fills the gaps in the existing literature on a systematic analysis of SMEs' sustainability and develops insights to address prevailing research gaps. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background: Diffuse gliomas are a group of diseases that contain different degrees of malignancy and complex heterogeneity. Previous studies proposed biomarkers for certain grades of gliomas, but few of them have conducted a systematic analysis of different grades to search for molecular markers. Methods: WGCNA was used to find significant genes associated with malignant progression of diffuse glioma in TCGA glioma sequencing expression data and the GEO expression profile-merge meta dataset. Lasso regression was used for potential model building and the best model was selected by CPE, IDI, and C_index. Risk score model was used to evaluate the gene signature prognostic power. Multi-omics data, including CNV, methylation, clinical traits, and mutation, were used for model evaluation. Results: We found out 67 genes significantly associated with malignant progression of diffuse glioma by WGCNA. Next, we established a new 4 gene molecular marker (KDELR2, EMP3, TIMP1, and TAGLN2). Multivariate cox analysis identified the risk score of the 4 genes as an independent predictor of prognosis in patients with diffuse gliomas, and its predictive power was independent of the histopathological grades of glioma. Further, we had confirmed in five independent test datasets and the risk score remained good predictive power. The combination of the prognosis model with specific molecular characteristics possessed a better predictive power. Furthermore, we divided the low-risk group into three subtypes: LowRisk_IDH1wt, LowRisk_IDH1mut/ATRXmut, and LowRisk_IDH1mut/ATRXwt by combining IDH1 mutation with ATRX mutation, which possessed obvious survival difference. In further analysis, we found that the 4 gene prognosis model possessed multi-omics features. Conclusion: We established a malignant-related 4-gene molecular marker by glioma expression profile data from multiple microarrays and sequencing data. The four markers had good predictive power on the overall survival of glioma patients and were associated with gliomas' clinical and genetic backgrounds, including clinical features, gene mutation, methylation, CNV, signal pathways.

INTERNAL auditing ,GLOBALIZATION ,PROFITABILITY ,META-analysis - Abstract
The evolution of the economic environment amidst multidimensional changes, i.e. development, globalisation, economic crises, pandemics, stakeholder interest in credible, relevant and transparent information, has led to continuous changes in the framework for doing business. These changes have generated for entities operating in a globalised economic environment business opportunities, significant profits, financial downturns, but also exposure to diverse and complex risks and therefore proactive risk management. From this perspective, internal audit has gradually, over time, become the key actor supporting the entity in achieving its objectives, adding value as well as corporate governance. In this context, the objective of the research is to identify the internal audit trend and related conceptual connotations. The research approach includes a literature review of the Web of Science from Clarivate Analytics. The research involves a systematic analysis on internal auditing, conducted through a quantitative research methodology. The research sample includes 29 articles extracted from the Web of Science Core Collection database, covering the publication period 2005-2024. The sample was established after several stages of keyword filtering. This analysis focuses on identifying author affiliations, content of papers, research methods used, and citations and references to highlight significant trends and changes in the field of internal audit. The results demonstrate a concrete and consistent interest in the field of internal audit, highlighting the identification and analysis of significant trends and changes in internal audit practices and roles over time. In addition, it highlights a trend towards a more holistic approach to internal audit that goes beyond its traditional assurance role and extends to providing strategic advice and support to organisations. The research will thus contribute to the identification of future research directions and to a deeper understanding of the role and importance of internal audit in today's economic environment. Climate change exacerbates uncertainties in water resource management, water supply, and treatment that are energy intensive and then exert great pressure on climate change mitigation; hence, interrelated and contradictory characteristics within the water-climate change (WC) nexus system are needed to be studied. The nexus thinking and coordination of WC would impact many realistic practices and assist in sustainable socioeconomic development since traditional single-target policies have sometimes been out of function. Hence, the ability to direct water production and use as well as climate change mitigation has become a hotspot recently. Furthermore, we find that there has been no complete research on reviewing the impacts of the WC nexus in different areas on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Hence, this paper builds a core nexus of WC and then analyzes those effects on social and environmental aspects in many areas, including sewage treatment, energy transition, waste treatment, land management, and ocean management. This paper discusses how WC interlinkages are utilized to realize SDGs in those areas. Moreover, uncertainties derived from exogenous hydrology, climate change, and anthropogenic endogenous systems for realistic problems appeal to gradually increasing concern. Finally, implications offer valuable guidelines for integrated management of water and carbon emissions, as well as sustainable socioeconomic development in the future. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

cited By 3; International audience; We present an experimental study of time dependent ozone treatment on post-process epitaxial graphene using both electron transport measurements and resonant micro-Raman spectroscopy. We focus on a systematic analysis of residual polymer decomposition on the epitaxial graphene on SiC substrate. It was found that graphene could be effectively cleaned by ultraviolet (UV)/ozone treatment after nanofabrication from residual lithographic polymers. This procedure improves the charge carrier mobility, almost by a factor of two for strongly contaminated samples, decreases the doping level and does not introduce defect inside the graphene lattice. It was found that epitaxial SiC graphene is extremely stable when exposed to radical oxygen atoms. We ascribe this effect to the substrate topography, which significantly affects the graphene stability under UV/ozone treatment. Our calculations reveal that surface roughness of the SiC substrate can change the energy gain from epoxy group adsorption by a few tenths of electron volts.

In this paper we identify and systematically analyse research regarding student voice in the classroom, with the aim of suggesting areas and questions to strengthen the research base. The introductory section presents a rationale for, and definition of, voice, followed by details of how the systematic analysis was conducted. A consideration of what has been termed pedagogic voice leads to our offering a definition with more encompassing parameters in terms of the dimensions research should consider. The components of our definition are then applied to existing studies of pedagogic voice. Our analyses show that few consider the whole picture; specifically, few present evidence of response to student voice or of outcomes from that response. Such evidence is needed to evaluate the extent to which student voice is instrumental in the enhancement of teaching and learning. Researchers of voice, particularly as it relates to the classroom, need to design studies to trace more systematically the soliciting of voice or the opportunity for voice to be employed; through to the hearing, the reception and response; to the outcome of that response in terms of changed practice, including student awareness of their part in the changed practice, to the outcomes for learning. We aimed to figure the genes involving in the coronary artery disease using meta-anlaysis. Five datasets of coronary heart disease from GEO series were retrieved and data preprocessing and quality control were carried out. Moderated t-test was used to decide the differentially expressed genes for a single dataset. And the combined p-value using systematic-analysis methods were conducted using MetaDE. The pathway enrichment was carried out using Reactome database. Protein-protein interactions of the identified differentially expressed genes were also analyzed using STRING v10.0 online tool. After removing unidentified or intermediate samples and a total of 238 cases and 189 matched or partially matched control from five microarray datasets were retrieved from GEO. Six different quality control measures were calculated and PCA biplots were plotted in order to visualize the quantitative measure. The first two PCs captured 91% of the variance and we decided to include all of the datasets for systematic analysis. Using the FDR cut-off as 0.1, nine genes, including LFNG, ID3, PLA2G7, FOLR3, PADI4, ARG1, IL1R2, NFIL3 and MGAM, were differentially expressed according to maxP. Their protein-protein interactions showed that they were closely connected and 24 Reactome pathways were related to coronary artery disease. We concluded that pathways related to immune responses, especially neutrophil degranulation, were associated with coronary heart disease.

- Abstract
The term digital is often used to indicate the changes occurring in today’s world, generally referred to as a cyberphysical system, driven by the rapid adoption of digital technologies, where the cyber and the physical worlds are partly overlapping. Digital transformation refers to the integration of the digital technology of the cyber world into all physical domains. These cyber-physical systems must be secure against the threat of cyberattacks. However, one of the most challenging aspects of cybersecurity is the evolving nature of cyberattack risks, which is highly integrated with digital transformation. Despite a number of published articles, there is little investigation of past literature analysis that presents digital transformation applications and cybersecurity trends. The objective of this paper is to provide an intensive examination of digital transformation applications and cybersecurity research between 2019 and 2022, to detect the most profound research areas, emphasize existing challenges and identify patterns, tendencies or regularities existing in the literature in terms of technological applications. This aims to support scholars with a comprehensive understanding of the past, present and future directions of this research trend. To achieve these objectives, a systematic literature review is utilized. The findings introduce several implications for the present state of the literature, apparent study gaps and several research questions, which can be explored in future research. SMEs are often the main vehicles of economic development in Africa. They are the highest contributors to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in their respective countries. It is unfortunate that African SMEs tend to lag behind in the adoption and use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs), as this negatively affects their potential contribution to the countries' GDP. One of the causes is the lack of capital to purchase and maintain these ICT tools. Research shows that cloud computing (CC) may be a solution to this challenge. CC offers numerous benefits to SMEs mainly related to the accessibility of ICT tools at reduced ICT costs. Whilst substantial scientific research has been carried out on CC and SMEs to date, it is not clear how much research is focused on African SMEs. It is also not clear whether the research considers the environment in which African SMEs operate. The question that this paper sought to answer is, what is the state of scientific publications on CC in African SMEs? Thus the objective of this paper is to present a systematic analysis of literature review on the state of CC and SMEs in Africa. The paper outlines themes that existing publications focus on. It also highlights the knowledge gaps, the challenges and the opportunities that exist related to CC as a beneficial service for SMEs in Africa. Findings illustrate that scientific publications that focus on African SMEs are limited. The few publications that exist have a strong focus on adoption issues followed by benefits and challenges; Perception and awareness; and security concerns of CC. Therefore, there is a requirement for further research, considering the context of SMEs in Africa. Further research can be conducted in developing cost benefit, opportunity cost and risk analysis models. Further research can also focus on developing strategies that can contribute to the ability for SMEs to explore and exploit new technologies such as CC for productivity and competitiveness in this knowledge economy. Autism spectrum disorders (ASD) are commonly occurring group of neurodevelopmental conditions and applied behaviour analysis (ABA) is used to treat a range of their core symptoms as well as psychopathology and challenging behaviours. Present study is a systematic analysis that synthesizes present literature about use and efficacy of ABA to treat ASD, trends in use of ABA, and variables that may affect the treatment. For these 18 studies were selected and analysed it is extracted that as an early childhood intervention ABA is effective treatment of ASD. Systematic review shows that efficacy remains unquestionable even if it is implemented in some later stage of childhood. It is also suggested that ABA improves social, cognitive, language, adaptive and independent living skills as well as functional, cognitive domain and developmental delays. Parental training, professional education, and individual factors impact efficacy of ABA, however, conclusions regarding intervention's intensity and duration on efficacy of intervention need further research. This study was conducted to determine the variables that play a role in the efficiency of Health Management departments in Turkey and the ranking of them in order of importance. These variables were determined by systematic analysis. The Prisma method was used in the systematic analysis approach. Input and output variables used in studies assessing the efficiency of higher education institutions in the literature were listed. The ranking of these variables was determined by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The questionnaire used for the AHP analysis and the judgments of 127 academicians working in Health Management Departments in universities in Turkey were assessed. The first three input variables found as a result of the AHP were "the number of registered undergraduate students per faculty member", "the number of faculty members", and "the number of other academic staff". The most important three output variables included "the number of articles searched on SCI, SSCI, SCI-E", "the number of papers presented in international congresses", and "the count of publications published in international peer-reviewed journals". To achieve positive developments in the efficiency of Health Management Departments, it is recommended to carry out studies to increase the number of qualified publications. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This article is a contribution towards an understanding of open access (OA) publishing. It proposes an analysis framework of 18 core attributes, divided into the areas of bibliographic information, activity metrics, economics, accessibility, and predatory issues. The framework has been employed in a systematic analysis of 30 OA journals in software engineering (SE) and information systems (IS), which were selected from among 386 OA journals in Computer Science from the Directory of OA Journals. An analysis was performed on the sample of the journals, to provide an overview of the current situation of OA journals in the fields of SE and IS. The journals were then compared between-group, according to the presence of article processing charges. A within-group analysis was performed on the journals requesting article processing charges from authors, in order to understand what is the value added according to different price ranges. This article offers several contributions. It presents an overview of OA definitions and models. It provides an analysis framework born from the observation of data and the existing literature. It raises the need to study OA in the fields of SE and IS while offering a first analysis. Finally, it provides recommendations to readers of OA journals. This paper highlights several concerns still threatening the adoption of OA publishing in the fields of SE and IS. Among them, it is shown that high article processing charges are not sufficiently justified by the publishers, which often lack transparency and may prevent authors from adopting OA. A systematic literature review in the field of augmented reality (AR) in science education was conducted in the study. We performed a content analysis of 319 refereed articles from the Scopus database over the last 15 years (2007-2022). By adopting Cooper's guidelines, trends of AR applications in science education were viewed from various aspects, such as annual scientific growth, the number of authors, most active countries, most prolific journals, most cited articles, and most preferred research methods. The results indicated that: (1) research on AR applications has steadily increased since 2007 and peaked in 2020 and 2021; (2) the majority of publications have two authors followed by three authors and four authors; (3) the countries of the first authors of the AR studies were mostly from the US followed by Taiwan and Turkey; (4) the majority of articles were published by the Journal of Chemical Education and Computers and Education with 19 and 11 papers, respectively; (5) the most cited papers were written by Dunleavy, Dede, and Mitchell (638 citations), Potkonjak and colleagues (339 citations), and Squire and Jan (300 citations); and (6) more than one-third of the documents employed quantitative methods followed by mixed and qualitative methods. Discussion and suggestions are presented for future studies. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Reducing direct carbon emissions in the transport sector is crucial for carbon neutrality. It is a considerable challenge to achieve substantial CO
2 emissions reductions while satisfying rapidly growing traffic demands. Previous studies cannot be applied directly in long-term planning for the transport sector with rapid demand growth. To bridge this gap, a multi-regional model is proposed in this paper to quantify the optimal decarbonisation path for the transport sector in order to save costs. Considering modal shift and infrastructure construction, this model regards the transport sector as a whole and China is taken as a case study. The results show that electricity and hydrogen will be the major fuels of the transport sector in the future, accounting for 45 percent and 25 percent of fuel demands in 2060. This means that the electricity used by the transport sector accounts for 10 percent of the electricity consumed by the whole of society. The results reflect that freight transport has reached a CO2 emissions peak, while passenger transport will reach its own CO2 emissions peak around 2041. Giving priority to decarbonisation in freight transport can save 5 percent of the transition cost. The results also suggest that modal shift can save at most 7 percent of the transition cost. Nowadays, STEM education plays an essential role in the economic growth and competitiveness of nations. This systematic review was aimed to reveal research trends in STEM education over the last 10 years. A total of 336 studies published in the Journal of Science Education and Technology, Research in Science Education, Journal of Science Teacher Education, International Journal of Science Education, Journal of Research in Science Teaching, and Science Education were selected for analysis. The time span was limited to the period between 2011 to late 2020. All sample papers were then examined to capture the latest research trends and status regarding STEM education that included the number of papers by year, research types, countries' rank, and the number of authors. To collect data, the formula proposed by Howard et al. [1] was employed to determine the most productive countries in terms of STEM education scholarships. Findings revealed that STEM education has garnered greater attention and it grew rapidly within this period. The most frequent research type used in STEM education were quantitative studies. In addition, the US, Australia, and the Netherlands were the most productive countries in STEM education research. During these ten years, most papers published in selected journals were written by three authors. This indicates that STEM education is an attractive topic to explore collaboratively by researchers and educators around the world. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Undoubtedly, it cannot be denied rights of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) preserved and protected under Islamic and Legal perspectives. Islam sees the disability as morally neutral and given equal preservation just like any other human being. Ensuring their inclusiveness can help achieve global goals, realizing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by, for, and with PWDs. Building on the principle of "leaving no one behind," the new Agenda emphasizes a holistic approach to achieving sustainable development for all (United Nations, 2016). This research examined the rights of PWDs according to Islamic and legal perspectives. This study uses the PRISMA methodology and two electronic databases from SCOPUS and HeinOnline systematically searched for papers or articles relating to Islam and disabilities, legal perspective, and the rights of PWDs over the period 2010 until 2020. The data collected was analyzed and recorded in the PRISMA flow chart. The result shows that 54 articles showed from the searching on both databases. However, only 28 journal articles were selected and analyzed after the final filter in the qualitative and quantitative synthesis. Ten interesting articles were chosen for discussion on the Islamic and legal perspectives on the rights of PWDs. Hopefully, this research will provide a useful overview and discussion of the systematic analysis of PWD rights from Islamic and legal perspectives using PRISMA methodology, as well as serve as a reference for other researchers and academics. Background: LGBTQ scholarship in physical education has a history tracing back to 1982. Recently, however, there has been a 'rising tide' in LGBTQ studies in physical education. Despite this recent surge there has not been a genuine attempt to critically understand, track, and map the scope of this literature. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify, categorize, and analyze published scholarship and peer-reviewed research on LGBTQ issues in physical education. Design and Analysis: An exhaustive search was conducted on nine databases which produced 230 abstracts that was reduced down to 76 manuscripts chosen for inclusion. Articles were coded independently for numerous aspects of the scholarship and research. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and then deductively conceptualized drawing on critical social theories. Conclusions: Whilst there is a current surge in LGBTQ focused research in physical education, such work is met with a complex web of interconnected and staunch problems that limit researchers. As such, the authors end with suggestions that can make the field more amicable for LGBTQ inspired research and researchers. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
This research is designed to understand the concept of digital economy and its sustainability. These facts and concepts have gained popularity as a result of the growing concern about climate change and the advancement and acceptance of technologies. Scholars, corporate executives, and policymakers are investigating the various ways in which digital innovations may be utilized to tackle sustainability challenges. Through a rigorous literature review and bibliometric assessment, we examined a subset of 116 works cataloged in SCOPUS to assess the research on this subject from 2000 to November 2023. Our study revealed that the year 2022 featured the highest number of peer-reviewed publications, with a total of 31 publications. During our study, we have identified many potential avenues for this interconnection, such as the progress of energy sources that are renewable and sustainable technological advances, the development of technologically advanced cities and environmentally-friendly growing urbanization, and the encouragement of sustainable consumer behavior. Digital technology provides firms with chances to implement sustainable business approaches and create sustainable goods. Although the digital economy offers several benefits, it also poses some obstacles that might impede progress toward sustainability objectives. These challenges include the escalation of electronic waste, excessive energy usage and the subsequent increase in greenhouse gas emissions, technological division, employment instability, the growth of monopolies, and concerns over data privacy. In order to fully capitalize on the potential offered by the electronic economy to advance sustainability, it is imperative to tackle these challenges.Article Highlights: The digital economy helps make better use of resources, reduce waste, and create smarter, more sustainable cities. The growth of the digital economy creates challenges like more electronic waste and high energy use, which need careful management. It's important to ensure everyone can access and benefit from the digital economy to support long-term sustainability. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

AUTONOMOUS vehicles , *DRONE aircraft , *REMOTELY piloted vehicles , *AUTONOMOUS robots , *DRIVERLESS cars - Abstract
Graphical abstract Highlights • Outline on the potential obstacles to consumer acceptance of autonomous vehicles. • Establish theoretical framework following existing technology acceptance theory to explain the user acceptance process. • Extend the current framework by adding ethical/legal implication into the discussion. • Point out the limitations of current studies to be improved, and later propose improvements to the research topic. Abstract The autonomous vehicle innovation has a potential effect on traffic and it's a widespread issue in the academic municipal. Based on its feature, autonomous vehicle is expected to improve traffic flow, reduce accidents, reduce social exclusion and improve the utility of time on travel. It is increasingly accepted that the next step to the evolution of human transportation is the replacement of human as the driver by the Artificial-intelligence-capable machine. Regardless, the challenges remain especially in convincing the consumers to switch to autonomous cars despite the apparent benefits. In the past, papers highlighted individual trust toward machine as the key point to encourage acceptance of autonomous cars. This paper seeks to highlight the ethical implications of the autonomous technology and how it is related to the user acceptance of the technology. This paper reviewed recent studies on the ethical implications of the autonomous vehicle and the user acceptance of the technology. A systematic review of papers from the literature was done using Scopus, ISI and Web of Science. The results of the review have shown that the level of trust, which may vary on the sociodemographic profile of the users, has been studied as one of the factors for user acceptance. Many researchers also highlight ethical implication as an important aspect of autonomous technology that needs to be tended to. The researcher proposes that ethical implication can be an important element of user trust toward autonomous technology. Hence, there is a need to embed ethical implication as a construct for user trust leading to user acceptance model in future studies. In the line of this research review researcher was addressed the following comprehensive groups: examination of autonomous vehicle topographies and flexibility prototypes, consequences for street traffic and connectivity to substructure (specifically in the urban areas with the medium and low density), communal attitudes and apprehensions, transportable behaviour and plea, possible business models, and strategy implications. Lastly, the main objective of this research article is to recognise critical problems for the growth of an effort cluster investigation to comprehend attitudes of possible manipulators of AVs and to highpoint autonomous vehicle growth issues for Malaysian lawful agencies. Food tourism or food and tourism has emerged as a major theme for recent tourism research. This paper critically reviews and evaluates this growing subject area of tourism research thus identifies the core concepts associated with food tourism as major research themes, perspectives, and disciplinary approaches. Using the process of cognitive mapping this paper discovers that the literature on food tourism is dominated by five themes: motivation, culture, authenticity, management and marketing , and destination orientation . The authors conceptualise food tourism research from a cultural anthropology perspective, given that much of the literature on food tourism defines cuisine as place and is used in many forms and interactions with tourists. Community-based tourism (CBT) aims to include local communities in tourism development and distribute benefits fairly. However, its implementation faces challenges. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the causes, backgrounds, and interventions before taking action because each community faces different problems and will also achieve different results from adopting a community-based approach. In any case, so far, a comprehensive model for the development of community-based tourism tailored to the conditions of the country has not been presented. To this end, this study has presented this model by combining systematic and grounded theory methods. Four article indexing databases were selected, and 55 articles were obtained using the PRISMA checklist and critical evaluation guide, which were carefully analyzed. The results show that the level of infrastructural and economic development of the destination and the perception of residents of tourism development form the causal conditions of communitybased tourism. Also, cohesion, solidarity, coordination between stakeholders, and spatial and social commitments pave the way for the willingness of residents to participate in tourism development. However, the mere existence of these grounds does not mean the realization of community-based tourism. Due to Iran's centralized and top-down planning structure, the government and leadership at the macro and micro levels can strengthen or weaken these grounds. Thus, the development of community-based tourism in the country requires policy, social, economic, and technical measures and strategies that contribute to the achievement of its outcomes, including sustainability and destination image. The results help plans that aim to develop community-based tourism to identify the conditions that must be controlled or manipulated in case of failure. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric and systematic analysis of electroencephalography (EEG) studies in consumer behavior within marketing research while exploring its academic and practical implications. Following the PRISMA protocol, a rigorous examination of 53 articles from the Web of Science database (WoS) was conducted. The analysis highlights that EEG has predominantly investigated consumer behavior across various marketing stimuli, including products, advertising, pricing, and branding. Notably, advertising emerged as the primary focus, encompassing 49% of the analyzed articles (26). The USA emerged as the leading country in neuromarketing, with a notable contribution from the University of California System. Frontiers in Neuroscience emerged as the most prolific journal. EEG in marketing research enables scholars to bypass verbal biases and gain profound insights into consumers' responses, significantly contributing to over 90% of their reactions toward marketing stimuli. This study provides valuable insights into the diverse applications of EEG in marketing research, with potential avenues for further investigation in areas such as consumer personality and social consumer neuroscience, which remain relatively underexplored. Plain language summary: Neuro-Insights in Marketing Research: A PRISMA-Based Analysis of EEG Studies on Consumer Behavior This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric and systematic analysis of electroencephalography (EEG) implementation in consumer studies toward marketing stimuli. BIOMASS , *BIBLIOMETRICS , *BIOMASS conversion , *LAND use , *TREE height - Abstract
Understanding how studies have been carried out in the region helps to understand the Amazon rainforest potential in mitigating climate change. In addition, evaluating scientific production is essential to verify the main methods and places researched. Thus, this study objective was to build an overview and identify the main gaps regarding research related to biomass and carbon stocks with the coverage limit of the Amazon rainforest. Therefore, an analysis of the publications indexed in the Scopus database was developed until 2020, performing a bibliometric analysis and a systematic and state-of-the-art review. Initially 2042 publications were obtained, of which 786 met the inclusion criteria. The first work indexed in the Scopus database related to the theme was published in 1982. Over time, it was possible to observe an increasing behavior in relation to the interest in the theme. Natural environments were the most researched and change in the land use and occupation of the Amazon Rainforest is still poorly evaluated. Brazil is the country with the highest number of studies, followed by Peru and Colombia. Guyana and Suriname appear as possible scientific gaps and potential environments to be studied. Studies preferentially explore the biomass carbon, with the soil being little evaluated when compared to the total amount of papers found. When observing only the biomass studies, the aboveground biomass is the most evaluated, while the roots and necromass are little studied. The main variables used in biomass equations were diameter at 1.3 m above ground and total tree height. The biomass to carbon conversion factor has been widely used, but it can generate unreliable results. It is recommended to carry out local assessments of the carbon content, especially using the dry combustion method, which generates less waste, with more precise results and shorter execution time of the analyses. Such assessments present values for the location that can avoid false or misinterpretations of the biomass and carbon stocks in the Amazon Rainforest. • Amazon rainforest is potential in mitigating climate change. • We assessed papers related to land use and occupation over the Amazon Rainforest. • Our study found that aboveground biomass is the widely studied parameter. • The biomass to carbon conversion factor has been widely used but is unreliable. • Local assessments of the carbon content are expected to generate precise results. This paper presents the results of a systematic analysis of all judgments handed down by the High Court, Court of Appeal, and House of Lords in defamation claims brought by corporate claimants between 2004 and 2013. The intention is to widen the range of methods with which to assess both common arguments for reforming corporate defamation law, and the ‘serious financial loss’ requirement imposed on most corporate claimants by s 1(2) of the Defamation Act 2013. The results of the study add weight to some of the arguments put forward in support of the removal of the corporate right to sue. The research also highlights the difficulty of finding a principled and effective distinction between different kinds of corporate claimant. It suggests that this exercise may be both impossible and counterproductive, and recommends that all non-human claimants should be treated in the same way. [ABSTRACT FROM PUBLISHER]

This paper, framed within the interpretivism theory, argued that government, stakeholders, and policymakers could foster and promote policy advocacy to address the challenges militating against the participation of physically challenged learners (PCLs) in practical physical education (PE) classes. Despite the noticeable need for physical activities in the lives of PCLs, there are growing concerns that learners in physical education classes still face many challenges in practical classes. The research was a systematic review of literature that identified studies that focused on the challenges that PCLs experience in practical physical education classes. Data was gathered from a collection of relevant articles as well as 20 publications that were critically reviewed. Only ten publications were found to meet the inclusion criteria. As a result, four main themes emerged from the data as thematic analysis was adopted. The findings revealed that PCLs frequently encounter challenges such as inaccessible equipment, poor social support, the PE curriculum/programme, and a lack of teachers training in practical physical education classes, which can limit their ability to engage and fully participate in PE practical classes. The study contributed to the body of physical education studies by providing a framework for a more integrated Physical Education for Physically Challenged Learners (PCLs), which could be implemented all around the world. It recommends, among others, that the members of the executive councils, school management teams and policymakers should work together by providing schools with accessible equipment and strong social support for PCLs to feel less isolated and more supported. This study concludes that exploring these challenges and developing coping strategies can help to ensure that PCLs can participate and benefit from PE practical classes.

Melatonin's cytoprotective properties may have therapeutic implications in treating ocular diseases like glaucoma and age-related macular degeneration. Literature data suggest that melatonin could potentially protect ocular tissues by decreasing the production of free radicals and pro-inflammatory mediators. This study aims to summarize the screened articles on melatonin's clinical, pharmacological, and formulation evaluation in treating ocular disorders. The identification of relevant studies on the topic in focus was performed according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA 2020) guidelines. The studies were searched in the following databases and web search engines: Pubmed, Scopus, Science Direct, Web of Science, Reaxys, Google Scholar, Google Patents, Espacenet, and Patentscope. The search time interval was 2013–2023, with the following keywords: melatonin AND ocular OR ophthalmic AND formulation OR insert AND disease. Our key conclusion was that using melatonin-loaded nano-delivery systems enabled the improved permeation of the molecule into intraocular tissues and assured controlled release profiles. Although preclinical studies have demonstrated the efficacy of developed formulations, a considerable gap has been observed in the clinical translation of the results. To overcome this failure, revising the preclinical experimental phase might be useful by selecting endpoints close to clinical ones. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
