This study aims to identify the supply chain condition of the red snapper fish processing industry, assess the supply chain performance, and recommend performance improvements based on the performance measurement results. The study was conducted in Brondong District, Lamongan Regency, East Java, Indonesia. The methods used are the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), which measure effectiveness and efficiency parameters. Data were collected through interviews and field observations with expert respondents representing fishermen, collectors, and the fish processing industry. The results showed that the supply chain performance of the fishermen, collectors, and fish processing industry was 67.52% (poor), 88.11% (average), and 95.09% (excellent). The low performance was mainly in the fish catch composition accuracy and raw material handling practices. Root cause analysis was conducted to identify the leading causes, such as poor raw material quality, high raw material costs, and low cash-to-cash cycle time. Recommendations for improvement include handling raw materials training, using better cooling technology, and accelerating debt payments. Implementing lean supply chain management with the 5S system will improve operational efficiency and final product quality. Support from all stakeholders and government is essential for successfully implementing this strategy. Further study on the impact of lean implementation on environmental and social sustainability and exploration of new technologies for efficient fish handling and processing is needed.

Ciamis Regency is a potentially developed coffee-producing area in West Java with Arabica and Robusta coffee types. However, in the current marketing process, it is still faced with various obstacles that make the supply chain flow non-optimal. Therefore, in optimizing the Ciamis coffee supply chain management, it is necessary to conduct further research related to supply chain flow, performance, and farmer’s share. This study aims to determine the flow, performance, and farmer’s share of the coffee supply chain in Ciamis Regency. This research uses the descriptive, SCOR, and farmer’s share methods. The results showed that the supply chain flow consisted of material flow in the form of green beans that flowed from upstream to downstream, the flow of information in the form of information (quantity, price, and quality of green beans) that flowed from upstream to downstream and from downstream to upstream, and financial flows in the form of cash payment transactions that flow from downstream to upstream. The performance of coffee supply chain management in Ciamis Regency has an average category with a value of 56.91. The most significant farmer's share value is found in the distribution channel from farmers to inter-regency traders, ending with outside-regency traders.

Halal food is known from the halal label listed on the packaging, and may be included if the product already has a halal certificate. This research was conducted at the Peanut pie business which has received a Halal certificate. This study aims to look at various aspects of the impact experienced by the business after obtaining a halal certificate on peanut pie products. The supply chain performance measurement is carried out under 2 conditions, namely before and after obtaining a halal certificate. Performance measurement uses the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) method based on 17 Key Performance Indicators that have been compiled based on research related to supply chain performance measurement and based on the provisions contained in the Halal Product Guarantee Act. Furthermore, the performance indicators are weighted using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results of supply chain performance calculations using the SCOR and AHP methods get the supply chain performance value before being certified halal is 68.32 which is in the Average category. Meanwhile, the supply chain performance value after halal certified is 80.47 in the Good category. There are 3 indicators that have increased after obtaining a halal certificate on the product, namely the halal certificate indicator on the material, the MUI halal label indicator, and the product manufacturing cycle time indicator. However, there are also indicators that have decreased in value after obtaining a halal certificate, namely indicators of increasing the role of the halal management team, indicators of the number of defective/failed products to meet halal criteria and indicators of complaint rates. This study aims to highlight the usefulness of studying the performance of supply chains (SC) at the sectoral level in greater detail through the combination of a disaggregated supply chain operations reference (SCOR) model, with a multicriteria decision-making approach, specifically using an AHP, to adjust the analysis to the particularities of the sector under study by stakeholders’ judgements. The methodology was applied to the Ecuadorian flower industry, and the data for the analysis was from a survey of a group of companies that represent this sector. In addition, a focus group of SC experts weighted the model constructs as part of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and then the performance level for each construct was determined. According to the results methodologies, this model allows the classification of companies by their performance, as well as the performance of the aggregate sector. The processes that Ecuadorian flower companies need to improve on are planning, procurement, and manufacturing. The study’s main contribution is developing a general framework for measuring the overall performance of SCs and how the results are obtained. This tool could help managers, consultants, industries, and governments to assess the performance of SCs, as well as improving SC management in order to increase the sector’s competitiveness in the international market.

KNOWLEDGE management ,SUPPLY chain management ,SUPPLY chains ,STRUCTURAL equation modeling ,ECONOMIC competition - Abstract
Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between knowledge management (KM) processes and supply chain performance, with information technology/information system (IT/IS) support, supply chain integration, and supply chain strategy as moderators. Design/methodology/approach – Drawing on the knowledge-based view, a theoretical framework is developed consisting of six KM processes: knowledge creation, knowledge capture, knowledge organization, knowledge storage, knowledge dissemination, and knowledge application, and the performance of supply chain is evaluated in terms of four Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) process elements: Plan, Source, Make, and Delivery. Structural equation modeling is employed using a sample of 78 Iranian manufacturers in mechanical and engineering industry. Findings – Empirical results show that KM processes have a significant impact on supply chain performance which is positively moderated by IT/IS support and supply chain integration. While the moderating effect of IT/IS support is found to be considerably stronger, the relationship between KM processes and supply chain performance is not significantly different in lean and agile supply chains. Research limitations/implications – Since the sample for this study is small and drawn only from manufacturing companies in mechanical and engineering industry, it would be important to conduct further empirical studies with larger samples from a wider range of industries to improve and strengthen our analyses and provide more conclusive and generalizable results. Originality/value – Through empirical study, a better understanding of the impact of KM processes on supply chain performance and the moderating role of IT/IS support and supply chain integration can be gained.
