This study examined how environmental greenwashing moderates the link between "green supply chain management" (GSCM) practices and green brand association. Using the natural resource-based (NRBV), this research creates a model to better understand GSCMP and GBA fashion brand in Pakistan. This study included fashion brand customers, selected using nonprobability purposive sampling. The cross-sectional study included 15 fashion brand mall customers from six of Pakistan's largest cities: Bahawalpur, Islamabad, Multan, Faisalabad, Karachi, and Lahore. The study used 446 responses. Statistics were done using SPSS and "SmartPLS partial least square, structural equation modelling" (PLS-SEM). A structural model was developed to test hypotheses. The proposed GSCMPs correlated to GBA. GW's negative moderation affects between GBP and GBA significantly. GBD and GBA are negatively moderated by GW. Due to growing consciousness and pressure from concerned stakeholders, organizations have started to prioritize green management practices (GMP); however, little is known about the critical role of organizational motives (OM) for achieving GMP. Following the stakeholder theory, this study intends to examine the relationship between stakeholders' pressure (STP), organizational motives (OM), and GMP in an encompassing model. Three hundred and eight responses were collected from the Pakistani manufacturing industry, and hypotheses were confirmed employing structural equation modeling (SEM). Empirical results indicate that primary and secondary stakeholders' pressure has a substantial effect on OM. Further, each motive, such as instrumental, relational, and moral, substantially impacts GMP. Besides, OM has been found to partially mediate the relationship. Importance-performance analysis specified that the importance and performance values of STP are higher than OM for GMP. The conclusion emphasizes the essential role that STP can play in realizing GMP in manufacturing industries through OM. These novel findings suggest worthy insights for managerial staff and policymakers on enhancing GMP adoption through OM in emerging economies. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Psychosocial hazards present in workplaces are being actively investigated by researchers from multiple domains. More research and resources are required to investigate the debilitating consequences of these hazards in the developing and underdeveloped countries where this issue remains one of grave concern. This study aims at investigating the psychometric properties of Malaysian version of Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire for reliability and validity purpose. The Malaysian version of COPSOQ is a multidimensional questionnaire; it comprises of 7 major formative constructs and 28 variables with an additional inclusion of two variables which are organizational loyalty and physiological health biomarkers (blood pressure and body mass index) that explicate a reflective construct which has 93 items all catering to assess psychosocial determinants present in workplace environments. Each formative second-order construct is further categorized into different reflective first-order constructs. The focus of this study was only on first-order reflective constructs. Probability sampling was used for data collection from 300 respondents working in industries with a response rate of 100%; structural equation modeling technique was applied for data analysis. All psychometric analysis performed on reflective constructs gave reliable results which demonstrate the validity of Bahasa Melayu (BM-COPSOQ) and its comprehensiveness of including relevant dimensions particularly in context to Asian region. The BM-COPSOQ will fill up the knowledge gap and provide a bridge between researchers, work professionals and practitioners, and many other workplaces for the best understanding of psychosocial work environment. Considering the growing awareness about sustainable development among various stakeholders, the present study aims to examine the impact of employees' knowledge absorptive capacity (KAC) on firms' corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices for accomplishing corporate sustainability performance (CSP) goals by following the absorptive capacity and green theory. Data were collected using a convenience sampling technique from 587 ISO-certified manufacturing Multinational Corporations (MNCs) from the Asia Pacific region, including those from China, Malaysia, Pakistan, the Middle East, and Taiwan. It was analysed using partial least squares structural equation modeling and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA). As per the results, KAC is positively correlated with CSR activities and significantly impacts CSP. Second, CSR was found to have a considerable mediating impact. Third, importance-performance map analysis indicated that the performance of KAC is relatively higher than CSR for CSP. Furthermore, fsQCA results validate the robustness of constructs towards CSP.
