W czechosłowackich kręgach pływackich często krytykowano kluby pływackie za to, że utrzymywały aktywne kontakty sportowe z wieloma krajami, zwłaszcza z Niemcami, Austrią, Węgrami, Francją, Szwecją, Anglią, ale zupełnie zapomniały o narodach słowiańskich, takich jak Polska czy Jugosławia. Przyczyna tkwiła głównie w tym, że pływanie w krajach słowiańskich rozwinęło się dopiero po wojnie. Były też powody finansowe i większe odległości między państwami. Po udanych Mistrzostwach Europy w Budapeszcie w 1926 roku, kiedy okazało się, że pływacy narodów słowiańskich mogą rywalizować w Europie, sekretarz międzynarodowy ČSAPS inż. Hauptmann zaproponował Południowosłowiańskiemu i Polskiemu Związkowi Pływackiemu organizację mistrzostw pływackich tych narodów. Wniosek został przyjęty jednogłośnie, z wielkim entuzjazmem. Zaowocowało to konwencją, podpisaną przez czołowych przedstawicieli Związków Jugosławii, Polski i Czechosłowacji, w której wszystkie uczestniczące stowarzyszenia zobowiązały się do organizacji Mistrzostw Słowian w trzech kolejnych latach: w 1927 r. w Belgradzie, w Jugosławii; w 1928 r. w Pradze, w Czechosłowacji; i w 1929 r. w Warszawie, w Polsce. Zgodnie z tą konwencją Mistrzostwa Słowian obejmowały pełny program olimpijski zgodnie z regulaminem FINA.

Współczesny sport jest obecny w życiu coraz większej grupy społecznej, a ta aktywność realizowana jest w każdym wieku. Ważne jest, aby instruktor posiadał kompetencje, czyli dyspozycje osobowościowe, które warunkują skuteczność wykonywania określonych czynności. Cel pracy. Celem artykułu jest wskazanie roli kompetencji społecznych w pracy instruktora pływania. Metody i materiały. Praca opiera się na badaniach jakościowych wyjaśniających. Analizie poddane zostały pogląd i badania odnoszące się do problematyki objętej zakresem tego artykułu. Wyniki. Kompetencje społeczne stanowią grupę umiejętności niezbędnych do nawiązania relacji partnerstwa w sporcie. Wnioski. Nie ulega wątpliwości, że brak kompetencji społecznych instruktora pływania, jeśli nie uniemożliwia, to przynajmniej istotnie utrudnia osiągnięcie celu zajęć nauki pływania. Sport in our times is becoming part of the lifestyle in the growing number of people in different social groups and this activity is participated in every age. It is important that the instructor had the competence or personality dispositions that determine the effectiveness of the task in hand . Aim of the study. The aim of this article is identify the role of social skills in work as swimming instructor . Methods and materials. The studies is based on qualitative research inquiries. In the article analyzed views and studies relating to issues within the scope of this article. Results. Social competences are a group of skills necessary to establish a relationship of partnership in the sport. Conclusions. The lack of social competence, if not impossible, then at least significantly hinders the achievement of the activities of learning to swim. Streszczenie W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań poziomu stresu i lęku przedstartowego w trzech kolejnych latach (2014-2016) pływaków uczestniczących w Mistrzostwach Polski Juniorów 14-letnich. Do badania wykorzystano test SCAT (Sports Competition Anxiety Test). Przedmiotem badań było sprawdzenie, czy relatywne odczuwanie stresu i lęku zmienia się wraz z kolejnym rocznikiem. Summary This paper presents results of research on pre-competition stress and anxiety for swimmers participating in the 14-year-old Junior National Championship for three consecutive years (2014-2016). Author used a SCAT test (Sports Competition Anxiety Test). Particular subject of the study was to examine whether the relative feeling of stress and anxiety varies with the next years of birth.

Wytrzymałość biegowa i pływacka studentów UKW Bydgoszcz Speeding and swimming endurance of students UKW Bydgoszcz Gwiździel Diana, Mirosława Cieślicka, Walery Zukow Uniwersytet Kazimierza Wielkiego w Bydgoszczy Streszczenie Do określenia poziomu wytrzymałości pływackiej i biegowej studentów kierunku Turystyka i Rekreacja Uniwersytetu Kazimierza Wielkiego w Bydgoszczy, wybrano metodę eksperymentu pedagogicznego, natomiast, jako technikę wybrano test, a narzędziem do przeprowadzenia badań został test Coopera. W odpowiedzi na główny problem badawczy, na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań można stwierdzić, że poziom wytrzymałości biegowej studentów Turystyki i Rekreacji plasuje się na poziomie dobrym i średnim, gdyż znaczna część grupy uzyskiwała takie wyniki. Natomiast w próbie pływackiej badana grupa wypadła znacznie gorzej, gdyż największa liczba uczestników uzyskała słaby wynik. Nieco mniej osób osiągnęło zadawalający rezultat. Zarówno w próbie biegowej, jak i pływackiej przedstawiciele płci męskiej uzyskiwali lepsze wyniki od przedstawicielek płci żeńskiej. Jednakże najbardziej widoczne różnice między obiema płciami można zaobserwować w próbie pływackiej, w której uczestniczki biegu w większej mierze wyniki słabe albo bardzo słabe, kiedy studenci przeważnie zadawalające. Abstract To determine the level of endurance swimming and cross-country students of Tourism and Recreation at the University of Bydgoszcz, you chose the method of pedagogical experiment, however, the technique chosen test, and a tool for testing was Cooper test. In response to the major research problem, on the basis of the study it can be concluded that the level of endurance cross-country students of Tourism and Recreation ranks of good and medium, since a significant part of the group it obtained such results. However, in an attempt to swim test group fared much worse, since the largest number of participants received a poor result. Slightly fewer people reached a satisfactory result. Both in an attempt to cross-country, swimming and representatives of the male experienced better outcomes than of the female sex. However, the most visible differences between the sexes can be observed in the test swim, in which participants run a greater extent the results of weak or very weak, when students usually satisfactory. Wpływ programu „Umiem pływać” na rozwój pływania w województwie Kujawsko-Pomorskim The influence of the „Umiem pływać” programme on development of swimming in Kujawsko-Pomorskie Agnieszka Kostyra Abstract Swimming is a common discipline in Poland, but for many reasons it is not appreciated and it is not highly approved. This is generaly an individual sport in opposit to the group of disciplines such as football or volleyball. With the capabilities, technology and commitment to coaches and swimming instructors have the opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge about learning and improving swimming and creativity in organizing various sports activities. We should remember that coaches are only a part of the whole responsibility of the skills acquired by children in the developing process. A large part of these are their parents and teachers. Thanks to the development and popularization of sport many new swimming programs, such as the „Umiem pływać” are created. This initiative aims in promotion of physical activity of children and young people and acquireing their basic swimming skills. The organization of sports activities helps preventing social pathologies and equalizes opportunities in access to sport infrastructure. Na kierunku wychowania fizycznego Uniwersytety Kazimierza Wielkiego podjęto badania metodą biegowego i pływackiego testu Coopera. Do badań na sali gimnastycznej i na pływalni przystąpiło i ukończyło 59 studentów. Dokonano analizy wyników z podziałem na wyniki kobiet i mężczyzn z wyróżnieniem studentów uprawiających czynnie wybrane dyscypliny sportu. Wynikiem pracy jest stwierdzenie że przebadani studenci posiadają w znakomitej większość bardzo dobrą i dobrą wytrzymałość. Nie stwierdzono aby studenci czynnie uprawiający wybrane dyscypliny sportowe wyróżniali się wyższą wytrzymałością. Słowa kluczowe: pływanie, Test pływacki, Test Coopera, wytrzymałość. Abstract Endurance performance can be investigated by different methods. At the direction of physical education Universities Casimir the Great been investigated by cross-country skiing and swimming Cooper test. To study the gym and the swimming pool has acceded and graduated 59 students. The analysis of the results from the division of the results for men and women with honors students engaged actively chosen sport. The result of work is the finding that students have screened the vast majority of very good and good strength. There were no students to actively cultivating selected sports disciplines distinguished by a higher resistance. Keywords: swimming, pool Test, Test Cooper endurance.
