Bu araştırmanın amacı, 8 haftalık geleneksel çocuk oyunlarının ilkokul öğrencilerinin karar verme becerilerine etkisini incelemektir. Çalışma grubunu, 2021-2022 eğitim-öğretim yılında Sivas Ulaş ilçesinde Millî Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı devlet okulunda öğrenim gören 40 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Deney grubuna Geleneksel Çocuk Oyunları Federasyonu tarafından belirlenen geleneksel çocuk oyunlarından; seksek, yakan top, mendil kapmaca ve tombik oyunları oynatılmıştır. Veri toplamak amacıyla “Kişisel Bilgi Formu” Öğrencilerin karar verme becerilerini ölçmek için ise Sever ve Ersoy (2019) tarafından geliştirilen “İlkokul öğrencileri için karar verme becerisi ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Deney grubuna 8 hafta oyun programı hafta da 5 saat olarak uygulanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde SPPS programından yararlanılarak aritmetik ortalama, frekans, standart sapma ve korelasyon betimsel analizleri yapılmıştır. Deney gruplarında öğrenci sayısı 30’un altında olduğundan parametrik olmayan testlerden Wilcoxon testi, öğrencilerin elde ettiği karar verme becerileri puanlarının iki değişken (cinsiyet, yaş) ile kıyaslaması Mann Whitney U testi ile analizi yapılmıştır. 05 anlamlılık düzeyi dikkate alınmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda geleneksel çocuk oyunlarının ilkokul öğrencilerin de karar verme becerilerini arttırdığını, cinsiyet ve yaş farklarında anlamlı düzeyde bir farklılık olmadığı görülmüştür. Bu bulgular hareketle, Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı, ilkokullarda, beden eğitimi ve oyun dersinde geleneksel çocuk oyunlarına daha çok yer verebilirler., The aim of this research is to examine the effect of 8-week traditional children's games on the decision-making skills of primary school students. The research group consists of 40 students studying at a public school affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in Sivas Ulaş district in the 2021-2022 academic year. Among the traditional children's games determined by the Traditional Children's Games Federation; hopscotch, dodgeball, handkerchief snatch and tombik games were played. "Personal Information Form" was used to collect data, and "Decision-making skill scale for primary school students" developed by Sever and Ersoy (2019) was used to measure students' decision-making skills. An 8-week game program was applied to the experimental group for 5 hours per week. In the analysis of the data, arithmetic mean, frequency, standard deviation and correlation descriptive analyzes were made by using the SPPS program. Since the number of students in the experimental groups was less than 30, the Wilcoxon test, which is one of the non-parametric tests, and the comparison of the decision-making skills scores of the students with two variables (gender, age) were analyzed using the Mann Whitney U test. 05 significance level was taken into account. In line with the findings, it was seen that traditional children's games increased the decision-making skills of primary school students, and there was no significant difference in gender and age differences. Based on these findings, the Ministry of National Education can give more place to traditional children's games in physical education and game lessons in primary schools.

Spor liseleri, beden eğitimi ve spor alanı ile ilgili temel bilgi ve beceri edindirmek, Türk Sporu ’nu geleceğe taşıyacak gençler yetiştirmek ve bu gençlerin beden eğitimi ve spor alanındaki yükseköğretim programlarına hazırlanmalarını sağlamak vb. amaçlar doğrultusunda faaliyet gösteren orta öğretim kurumlarıdır. Spor liselerinde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin spor liselerini seçme nedenleri ve eğitimden beklentilerinin belirlenmesinin verilecek eğitimin niteliğini doğrudan etkileyebileceği düşünülmektedir. Bu araştırmada spor liselerinde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin, spor liselerini seçme nedenleri ve aldıkları eğitimden beklentilerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır.Araştırmanın örneklemini 2018-2019 Eğitim-Öğretim yılında Sivas ve Çorum illerinde, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’na (MEB) bağlı Spor Liselerinde öğrenim gören 394 (kız n:138, erkek n:256) öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Attitudes are the performative step of potentialbehaviors. They can give prior knowledge about behaviors to be exhibited in thefuture. Thus, they can be essential in providing foresight on testing theattitudes. It is important to know the sports students’ attitude levelsregarding the schools which provide education towards sports.
