【Objective】Soybean is one of the crops sensitive to photoperiod and temperature. It is greatly affected by the environment. In order to adapt to different ecological environment, soybean varieties should be cultivated.【Method】Four way recombinant inbred lines(fw-ril) with 160 lines derived from a double cross combination(Kenfeng 14 × Kenfeng 15) ×(Heinong 48 × Kenfeng 19) prepared by four soybean parents with great difference in growth period were used as experimental materials. Field experiments were carried out under six sowing dates in three years. Based on the genetic map of 275 SSR markers, the QTL of soybean growth period was analyzed by using the complete interval mapping(CIM) method, and the stable expression QTL of growth period traits in soybean was screened. The purpose of this study was to provide the theoretical basis and materials for breeding soybean varieties with wide adaptability. Secondly, this study divided the vegetative growth and reproductive growth into small growth period structures, and studied the QTL loci expressed in specific growth stages. 【Result】The results showed that there were 32 QTLs in multiple environments, including C2, O, C1, K, l, J, B1, D2, D1 b, N, A1, M, G, A2, I and F. The PVE from 0.43 % to 11.33 % involved the initial flowering stage(ER1), the first pod filling stage(ER3), the first filling stage(ER6), the first pod filling stage(R34), the first ripening stage(R78), the first filling stage(ER5), and the first filling filling stage(R56) 7 growth period traits. In the same year, there were 14 repeated detection sites under different sowing dates, and 18 in different years. Compared with the research progress at home and abroad, 26 QTLs for growth period traits were found to be consistent with previous studies, indicating that the accuracy of repeated detection of QTLs for growth period in multiple environments was very high. 【Conclusion】Using molecular marker genetic map, the QTL of soybean growth period related traits was analyzed and regulated in multiple environments, which provided a powerful means for breeding soybean varieties with wide adaptability.
