The discovery of soft sets is accredited to Molodtsov. This theory can cope with difficult circumstances with a lot of ambiguity, like those where deciding is hard. The bipolar soft set (BSS) and neutrosophic soft set (NSS) are algebraic models that can be viewed as soft set expansions. The BSS theory states that we weigh the pros and cons when deciding and NSS theory can handle belief system ambiguity, contradiction, and lack of knowledge due to its truth and falsity membership values. The concept of BSS and NSS are explained in comprehensive detail in this article. This article examined the weighted bipolar soft set (WBSS) and the weighted neutrosophic soft set (WNSS), as well as how to make accurate decisions under uncertain or inadequate information. A detailed comparison of information extraction approaches using weighted bipolar and neutrosophic soft sets may be lacking in the literature. Currently most signalized intersections in almost all developing countries use fixed time traffic controllers or pre-timed traffic lights. But as a real life situation, in addition to uncertainty and impreciseness there is also indeterminacy in traffic signal control constraints due to various factors like unawareness of the problem, inaccurate and imperfect data and poor forecasting in addition to uncertainty in the constraints. To overcome these interval valued neutrosophic soft set traffic signal control model at four way isolated signalized intersections has been developed. The main aim of this research is to validate the IVNSS traffic signal control model and compare it with fixed time trafic signal control model using MATLAB simulation tool. Vehicle delay at the junction is used as a measure of efiectiveness. The simulation is conducted for seven consecutive days from Monday up to Sunday for eight hours to reflect the difierent trafic flow conditions. The simulated delay model results are analysed under 5 different scenarios. And results showed that in case of heavy trafic conditions vehicle delay under IVNSS trafic signal control model is minimized by 36 percent and under light trafic conditions the average vehicle delay is minimized by 73 percent when compared to fixed time trafic signal control model. The similarity measure is used to tackle many issues that include indistinct as well as blurred information excluding is not in a position to deal with the general fuzziness along with obscurity of the problems that have various information. The main purpose of this research is to propose a multipolar interval-valued neutrosophic soft set (mPIVNSS) with operations and basic properties. We also develop Hamming distance and Euclidean distance by using mPIVNSS and numerical examples and use the developed distances to introduce similarity measures. Further, the exactness in the assessment of correlation depends upon information from the set of discourse. The data collected for various statistical studies is full of ambiguities. In this paper, we discuss some basic concepts which are helpful to build the structure of present research such as soft set, hypersoft set, and neutrosophic hypersoft set (NHSS). The neutrosophic hypersoft set is an extension of the neutrosophic soft set. In it, we establish the idea of correlation and weighted correlation coefficients with some desirable properties under NHSS. We also, propose a new decision-making technique and construct an algorithm based on developed correlation measures. In this paper, we built bitopological space on the concept of neutrosophic soft set, we defined the basic topological concepts of this spaces which are N3-(bi)*-open set, N3-(bi)*-closed set, (bi)*-neutrosophic soft interior, (bi)*-neutrosophic soft closure, (bi)*-neutrosophic soft boundary, (bi)*-neutrosophic soft exterior and we introduced their properties. Type-2 fuzzy sets (T2FSs) can deal with higher modeling and uncertainties which exist in the real-world application, specifically in the control systems. Particularly the climate changes are always uncertain and thus, the type-2 fuzzy controller is an effective system to handle those situations. Polyhouse is a methodology used to cultivate the plants. It breaks the seasonal hurdle of the formulation and it is also suitable for the conflictive climate conditions. Controlling and directing internal parameters of the polyhouse play an essential role in the growth of the plant. Among those, humidity is an important element when one deals with the growth of the plant in polyhouse. It affects the weather, as well as the global change of the climate and hence, the inner climate of the polyhouse will be disturbed. In this paper, operational laws for triangular interval type-2 fuzzy numbers and derived triangular interval type-2 weighted geometric (TIT2WG) operator with their desired mathematical properties using Dombi triangular norms. Also, humidity control is analyzed using interval type-2 fuzzy controller (IT2FC) with the use of derived aggregation operator which is the aim of the paper. In this paper, the notion of the interval valued complex neutrosophic soft set (IV-CNSS) is defined as a combination of interval valued complex neutrosophic set and soft set. Then, we introduce the IV-CNSS's operations such as union, intersection and complement. To explore the study further, we present some basic operational rules, and investigate their properties. A new algorithm is developed by transforming the interval complex neutrosophic soft values from complex space to the real space using a practical formula which gives a decision-making with a simple computational process without the need to carry out directed operations by complex numbers. This algorithm is then applied to evaluate two kinds of a certain product from a manufacturer and choose the most suitable one. IV-CNSS provides an interval-based membership structure to handle the uncertain data. The primary goal of this article is to establish and investigate the idea of interval-valued neutrosophic soft subring. Again, we have introduced function under interval-valued neutrosophic soft environment and investigated some of its homomorphic attributes. Additionally, we have established product of two intervalvalued neutrosophic soft subrings and analyzed some of its fundamental attributes. Decision-making is an essential task in Science and Engineering. Since most of the real-world problems have uncertainty in nature, making the decision is challengeable one for the decision makers. Soft set has the advantage of free from the deficiency of the parameterization tools of existing theories, namely probability, fuzzy theory and the theory of rough sets. Linguistic terms mean different things to different people, so variability in expert's acceptance degree is possible. Here usage of type-1 fuzzy leads to noisy and uncertain, and the parameters also may be noisy and hence type-2 fuzzy sets may be used to address the mentioned issues. Therefore, a triangular interval type-2 fuzzy soft set has been considered in the present work by combining triangular interval type-2 fuzzy set and soft set. Parameter reduction can be treated as an effective tool in many fields, including pattern recognition. Many reduction techniques have been reported so far for soft sets, fuzzy soft sets and bipolar fuzzy soft sets to solve decision-making problems. However, there is almost no attention to the parameter reduction of neutrosophic soft sets. In this present paper we focus our discussion on the parameter reduction of neutrosophic soft sets as an extension of parameter reduction of soft sets and fuzzy soft sets. To do that, using the concept of indiscernibility relation, we first define the terms 'dispensable set' and 'indispensible set'. We utilize these definitions to define the terms 'decision partition', 'parameter reduction' and 'degree of importance of a parameter' with a suitable example. Next we present an algorithm based on the concept of degree of importance and parameter reduction of a neutrosophic soft set. A neutrosophic set is a part of neutrosophy that studies the origin, nature and scope of neutralities as well as their interactions with different ideational spectra. In this present paper first we have introduced the concept of a neutrosophic soft set having incomplete data with suitable examples. Then we have tried to explain the consistent and inconsistent association between the parameters. This article enriches the idea of neutrosophic soft ideal (NSI). The notion of neutrosophic soft prime ideal (NSPI) is also introduced here. The characteristics of both NSI and NSPI are investigated. Their relations are drawn with the concept of ideal and prime ideal in crisp sense. Any neutrosophic soft set (Nss) can be made into NSI or NSPI using the respective cut set under a situation. Neutrosophic set is a generalization of classical set, fuzzy set, and intuitionistic fuzzy set by employing a degree of truth (T), a degree of indeterminacy (I), and a degree of falsehood (F) associated with an element of the dataset. One of the most essential problems is studying set-theoretic operators in order to be applied to practical applications. Developing Matlab toolboxes for computing the operational matrices in neutrosophic environments is essential to gain more widely-used of neutrosophic algorithms. In this paper, we propose some computing procedures in Matlab for neutrosophic operational matrices, especially i) computing the single-valued neutrosophic matrix; ii) determining complement of a single-valued neutrosophic matrix; iii) computing max-min-min and min-maxmax of two single-valued neutrosophic matrices; v) computing power of a single-valued neutrosophic matrix; vi) computing additional operation and subtraction of two single-valued neutrosophic matrices; and ix) computing transpose of a singlevalued neutrosophic matrix. In this paper, we first defined soft intervalvalued neutrosophic rough sets(SIVN- rough sets for short) which combines interval valued neutrosophic soft set and rough sets and studied some of its basic properties. The aim of this paper is to introduce the concept of relation on neutrosophic parameterized soft set (NP- soft sets) theory. We have studied some related properties and also put forward some propositions on neutrosophic parameterized soft relation with proofs and examples.
