The products and services the customer is someone who uses it. Customer satisfaction rate of the offered product or service is determined by the choice again. If a product or service to the customer continuously, then the customer is satisfied with itself shows a high degree of product and service offered. The present study a healthy lıvıng and sports center customers ( the ladies ) to investigate the level of satisfaction with these facilities. Universe of this study was the province of Elazig when healthy lıvıng and sports center the sample of customers (the ladies) constitute. Healthy lıvıng and sports center, customers (the ladies) participating in the study consisting of two parts: keep running survey performed in order to determine their level of satisfaction. In the first section of the healthy lıvıng and sports center, of customers (the ladies) participating health study is given in the four questions intended demographic information. In the second part of the questionnaire developed by Deniz Kutlu "Towards Healthy Lıvıng and Sports Clubs Customer Satisfaction Scale" is used. 115 Persons Attended health study. Empathy is on of the necessary source for make people live together. Because, the first rule of having good relationship with the closer environment requires understanding that what he or she is feeling in their bad or good moments and treating according to the their feelings. In this study, comparing the empathic tendency levels of sport sciences faculty students in terms of different variables and determining whether there was significant difference or not were purposed. Fırat University is constituted universe of study also Sport Sciences Faculty students who studied in 2015-2016 education season were constituted sample of study. Totally 150 students particpated to this study. A questionnaire which one composed of two parts were used to determine of emphatic tendency levels of stundents who participated to study. The first part of questionnaire includes five questions towards Sport Sciences Faculty student’s demographic informations. The second part includes ‘’Emphatic Tendency Scale (ETS)’’ conducted validity-reliability study by Dökmen in 1988. Gathered data were analyzed on SPSS 15.0 statics pocket program and 0,05 considered as significance level for data’s validity and reliability. Consequently, Sport Sciences Faculty students scored high emphatic tendency levels were determined. But there were no impact of gender, age, department, mother and father educational status variables on students’ emphatic tendency levels were concluded.

A sociotropic characteristic is the characteristic that includes thoughts, attitudes and aims towards other individuals to provide support to other individuals by meeting their needs. Sociotropic, also known as social belonging, is defined as the ability of an individual to interact positively with other people. Individuals with high sociotropic characteristics are intensely interested in and approving other individuals, seeking to love and be loved, are not too stubborn, are likely to be used by others, and are interested in participating in common activities and helping others. The purpose of our study is therefore to examine the sociotropic personality traits of university students. In the scope of the study, the universities of our research constitute students of Fırat University and the students of physical education teaching department and Turkish teaching department constitute students. A total of 384 students participated in the research. The questionnaire is composed of two parts. In the first part of the questionnaire, 8 items related to the personal information of the students participated in the survey and in the second part includes scale includes totally 60 items that developed by Beck, Rush and Shawve Emery in 1979 and in the Turkish case, reliability and validity studies conducted by Savaşır and Şahin (1997) the Likert type "Sociotropic Autonomy Scale " 30-items of this sociotropy subscale was used. As a result, the sociotropic personality characteristics of the students were found to be high. In addition, there was a significant difference between the students in terms of department, gender, family structure, number of siblings and income status of their families and sociotropic personality.
