Abstract

The article presents a case study of 43-year-old male patient with severe plaque psoriasis. It states that the patient developed nodular lesion on the neck after 24 months of antitumor necrosis factor (TNF)-alpha therapy. It indicates that histological examination of the excised lesion revealed that the patient had nodular amelanotic melanoma arising from an acquired melanocytic nevus.
