Particle tweed is a fashion leisure fashion fabric suitable for young urban people. In the paper, the process of particle tweed was explored. To ensure grain tweed style characteristics, the three tops of rayon, polyester and polyamide with stable and good quality was spun with silk particles and then plied, which was used as warp(20. 62 tex x2). The plied wool yarn was used as weft(20. 83 tex x2). The warp and weft was woven by rapier. The key technology of every process was introduced. The technological difficulty was analyzed and the corresponding measures were given. The fabric feels soft and active.
