Using seismic inversion technology the spatial distribution and geological section characterisitcs of productive hydrocarbons saturated reservoir in the Upper Carboniferous sediments in the oil field Academica Shpaka was predicted. The oil field characterized by complex seismological conditions with salt tectonics. Built maps of open porosity and oil saturation, determined acoustic zones that corresponds to the oil and gas saturated reservoir.
