The complete resection offers the best long-term survival for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma patients. ALPPS as a choice of resection, how is its outcome compared to one-stage resection, liver transplantation and TACE? This retrospective study included 20 ALPPS patients. To minimize the effect of confounding influences of measured covariates, PSM was performed. The overall survival (OS), morbidity, mortality and the increasing rate, KGR were analyzed.
