A common procedure is proposed for the evaluation of both consistent and discrepant data in which adjustments are made to the uncertainties in the measured data that are dependent on the chi2 values of the data set. A computer program EVINEW has been developed and applied to the evaluation of 3H, 3S, 55Fe, 99Mo and 111In half-lives to give the following values: 12.32(2) yr, 87.32(16) d, 2.732(14) yr, 2.7480(9) d and 2.8047(4) d, respectively.

Evaluations of the characteristics of the radionuclides Cm, Cm, Cm, and Cm obtained from data published up to 2013 are presented. The current status of some decay data used in nuclear astrophysics and cosmochronology is presented. The half-life of Se has been evaluated as 3.6(3) × 10 yr. The total energy of non-neutrino radiation released in act of Ar decay has been obtained being 2.709 (16) keV per disintegration. Methods and procedures for monitoring the consistency of sets of recommended data for radioactive nuclide decay characteristics are considered. A procedure is proposed, which combines three methods of checking the consistency of quantities related to the decay scheme of a radionuclide: the decay energy, the energies and probabilities of nuclear transitions, the internal conversion coefficients and the energies and emission probabilities of the radiations accompanying the decay.
