This research intends to observe how transformational leadership and interpersonal communication affect teachers’ performance at the State Vocational High School of East Jakarta II. Researchers use the survey to collect quantitative data and multiple regression. Using the Slovin technique and closed-questionnaire, the researcher got 78 teachers of 353 people to become the research sample. The hypothesis is obtained from the t-test and F-test. The result shows that transformational leadership and teachers’ performance have a positive and significant effect, which means that the principals’ roles substantially improve teachers’ performance. Interpersonal communication and teachers’ performance also have positive and significant effects. It means that communication between principal and teachers’ can have a significant impact on teachers’ performance. Transformational leadership and interpersonal communication have a positive and significant effect with a coefficient of determination of 0.205 or 20.5%, meaning that transformational leadership and interpersonal communication contribute to an increase in teacher performance of 20.5%.

Improving Work Engagement Through Compensatory Satisfaction and Psychological Well-Being. Objecticves: This study aims to identify the effect of compensation and psychological well-being on work engagement for private elementary school teachers during the pandemic. Methods: This study employed a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The data retrieval technique used a Instrument developed from the utrech work engagement scale, a ryff psychological well-being scale and a compensation scale. Sample selection was done by using purposive cluster sampling technique. Research sampel is 408 teachers of private elementary schools in Karawang Regency. Findings: The results of this study confirm that: (1) Compensation had a significant effect on teachers work engagement, (2) Psychological well-being had a significant effect on teachers work engagement, and (3) Compensation and psychological well-being simultaneously affected teachers work engagement by 50.6%. Conclusions: It is concluded that work engagement is influenced by compensation and psychological well-being. Therefore, these two variables need to be considered in increasing teacher work engagement. Keywords: psychological well-being, compensation, work engagement. Abstrak: Meningkatkan Keterlibatan Kerja Guru Melalui Kepuasan Kompensasi dan Kesejahteraan Psikologis. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kompensasi dan kesejahteraan psikologis terhadap keterlibatan kerja guru di masa pandemi. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Instrumen dikembangkan dari utrech work engagement scale, ryff psychological well-being scale dan skala kompensasi. Pemilihan sample dilakukan dengan teknik purposive cluster sampling. Sampel terdiri dari 408 guru SD swasta di Kabupaten Karawang. Temuan: Hasil penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi bahwa: (1) kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterlibatan kerja guru, (2) kesejahteraan psikologis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterlibatan kerja guru, dan (3) kompensasi dan kesejahteraan psikologis secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keterlibatan kerja guru sebesar 50.6%. Kesimpulan: Disimpulkan bahwa keterlibatan kerja dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Karenanya, kedua variabel tersebut perlu diperhatikan dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan kerja guru. Kata kunci: kesejahteraan psikologis, kompensasi, keterlibatan kerja. This study aims to obtain information about the influence of organizational culture and job stress on contra productive behavior of public elementary school teachers in Pulo Gadung sub-district. This research is an Associative quantitative research. The research was conducted using a survey method with the data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is the path analysis technique. The population in this study was 688 respondents, and a sample of 253 respondents were selected using random sampling. The research is focused on two aspects that determine contra productive behavior; organizational culture and job stress. The results of the analysis concluded that (1) there is a direct influence of organizational culture on contra productive behavior, (2) there is a direct effect of job stress on contra productive behavior, (3) there is a direct influence of organizational culture on job stress.

study aims to obtain information about the influence of personality and quality of work life on the work productivity of state high school teachers in region I of the administrative city of East Jakarta. This research is an Associative quantitative research. The research was conducted using a survey method with the data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is the path analysis technique. The population in this study were 801 respondents, and a sample of 267 respondents who were selected using random sampling. The research is focused on two aspects that determine work productivity; Personality and Quality Of Work Life. The results of the analysis conclude that (1) there is a direct influence of Personality on Work Productivity, (2) there is a direct influence of Quality of Work Life on Work Productivity, (3) there is a direct influence of Personality on Quality of Work Life.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai efek dari lingkungan dan kemanjuran diri terhadap stres kerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur dalam pengujian hipotesis. Dalam penelitian ini, 203 dari 135 guru dipilih sampel acak. Penelitian difokuskan pada aspek pohon; lingkungan dan kemanjuran diri terhadap stres kerja guru. Data yang colected dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan analisis jalur. Hasil pada analyisis itu disimpulkan (1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh langsung negatif terhadap stres kerja, (2) Self efikasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap stres kerja, dan (3) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap self efikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai pengaruh komunikasi organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja di Sekolah Menengah Atas Katolik di Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei analisis jalur dalam. Dalam penelitian ini, 130 dari 192 guru telah memilih sampel acak. Para responden dilibatkan dengan mengirimkan umpan balik mereka dalam kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, ada pengaruh positif antara komunikasi organisasi dan motivasi kerja; kedua, ada pengaruh positif antara kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja; ketiga, ada pengaruh positif antara komunikasi organisasi dan kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Komunikasi Organisasi Abstract The objective of this research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of organizational communication and job satisfaction toward work motivation in Catholic Senior High Schools at West Jakarta.The research was conducted by using survey method with path analysis in testing hypothesis. In this research, 130 from 192 teachers had selected random sampling. The responders were involved by sending their feedback within the questionnaires.The results showed that: first, there are positive influences between organizational communication and work motivation; second, there are positive influences between job satisfaction and work motivation; third, there are positive influences between organizational communication and job satisfaction. The spread of the Covid-19 outbreak that hit the world has resulted in many countries closing teaching and learning activities both in schools and other educational institutions. The management of the curriculum which was running during the Covid-19 emergency is very interesting to examine, especially there is still little research that discusses curriculum management during special conditions. This research is expected to provide information on how emergency curriculum management works against the global pandemic. This study aims to analyze distance learning activities through curriculum management for the Covid-19 emergency period. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach and the research subjects were the principal, teachers, and several students who were taken based on the appointment. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The findings from the study show that the curriculum management system during the Covid-19 emergency has been running as it should, curriculum planning involving local officials and school authorities, organizing by disseminating curriculum programs to all teachers, implementing online learning is constrained due to school conditions and limited technology owned by students and this is a factor that makes online learning not effectively implemented, and curriculum evaluation is based on input from the school and does not involve students and parents of students.

Teachers must have the competences for the implementation of quality education. Therefore, teachers' quality of learning in the classroom has become the teachers' duty and responsibility. This study aims to explore the information about the effect of clinical supervision and self-efficacy on teacher pedagogic competence. The research site is at State Vocational High Schools. This study used a survey method with path analysis techniques and a causal quantitative approach, and the sample was 72 teachers using a simple random sampling technique or simple random sampling. The teacher who became the object of the research was determined using the sample technique formula from Slovin. The data analysis technique was performed using descriptive and inferential statistics by first doing the prerequisite analysis test, namely population normality and regression analysis. The study's findings show that school principals' success in the clinical supervision process will determine teachers' pedagogical competence. Competent teachers can learn well and increase student learning motivation to achieve and produce students who excel in their fields. This clinical supervision can be performed if carried out in the right and proper way. The school principal as a supervisor in the implementation of clinical supervision must promote togetherness, where the problems faced by teachers are joint problems that must resolve together.

The purpose of this research was to study the effect of organizational culture and perceived organizational support (POS) on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of the SDK PENABUR Jakarta teachers. The method used in this research is a survey method, using a quantitative approach. This research was conducted on SDK PENABUR teachers, with a population of 320 people, and a sample of 178 people. Sampling uses random sampling technique. Based on the research data, it can be concluded that, first there is a positive direct effect of organizational culture on OCB. Second, there is a positive direct effect of POS on OCB. Third, there is a positive direct effect of organizational culture on POS.

The purpose of this study was to study the effects of leadership knowledge, work environment, work motivation to the performance of principals of Public Elementary Schools in Rokan Hilir Regency of Riau Province. This research uses the quantitative approach with survey method with causal approach and path analysis technique. This study analyzes the influence of one variable on other variables. The variables studied consist of two kinds, namely exogenous variables and endogenous variables. Exogenous variables have an influence on endogenous variables. While endogenous variables can also affect other endogenous variables. The affordable population which is simultaneously the sampling frame is the entire principals who served in Public Elementary Schools at Rokan Hilir Regency as many as 265 schools. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive direct effect of leadership knowledge on performance, (2) There is a positive direct effect work environment on performance, (3) There is a positive direct effect of work motivation on performance, (4) There is a positive direct effect of leadership knowledge on work motivation, (5) There is a positive direct effect of work environment on work motivation. Thus, the improvement of teachers’ performance can be achieved well if there is a strong effect from the leadership knowledge, work environment, and work motivation that are well built. The purpose of this research is to study the effect of managerial competence, entrepreneurship and promotion on performance of course institutions in Pekanbaru City. This research uses quantitative approach with survey method. The population in this research are 97 managers from course institutions in Pekanbaru City. The results of this research indicate that; (1) There is direct positive influence of managerial competence on course institutions performance; (2) There is direct positive influence of entrepreneurship on course institutions performance; (3) There is direct positive influence of promotion on course institutions performance; (4) Therefore, institutions’ performance improvement can be achieved well if there is strong influence from managerial competence, entrepreneurship, and promotion.
