The relevance of this study is due to the practical significance of the issues of using game mechanisms in the process of teaching mathematics, the lack of research into the issues of symbiosis of game and didactic technologies in mastering complex mathematical knowledge, the need to search for effective technologies to establish how they affect the development of students and the formation of a modern style of thinking. The analysis of global trends and practices of introducing elements of gamification into the education system has shown that the mastering of complex knowledge and patterns of mathematical activity, the solution of problem areas of mathematics at different levels of learning and complexity is carried out by a complex of mathematical and information methods without the integration of game elements. It has been substantiated that gaming technologies in combination with the informatization of mathematical activity give a powerful motivational charge to the study of mathematics, actualize the processes of self-organization of cognitive activity, and contribute to the development of a probabilistic style of thinking. The purpose of the study is to provide a theoretical substantiation and effective methodological support for the process of professional development of mathematics teachers in the context of gamification in mathematics study with the effect of developing a probabilistic style of thinking. The authors have developed an arrangement mechanism and determined the content of scientific and methodological support for teachers working in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation to provide additional educational services in the context of gamification in education. The developed materials, in particular, include evaluative case tests for identifying competence deficiencies in teachers, which ensure the formation of a probabilistic style of thinking based on gamification processes by managing the information saturation of the motivational field of learning. In addition, the authors proposed an additional professional education program for teachers, Mathematics in Gaming Activities (Business, Didactic and Intellectual Games) , and developed new forms of certification and assessment materials (gamification-based didactic solutions and effective practices). Using the concept of gamification, it was possible to demonstrate the activation of cognitive and motivational structures, in particular, the effective development of a probabilistic style of thinking in the process of mastering complex mathematical knowledge through its adaptation to school mathematics. The results of the study allow making it possible to bring the process of teaching students and developing their personalities to a modern qualitative level using current achievements in the field of digitalized education.

This theoretical article is aimed at highlighting the problem associated with the training of drivers in the system of additional education (driving schools). The analysis of international experience in the development of educational programs for training drivers of various categories is presented. We consider a learning model called GDE Matrix, which has become the basis for multi-level educational programs for the training of both drivers and teachers of educational centers/driving schools in the different countries of the world. It is shown why in the programs of education of drivers in different countries of the world an emphasis is placed on purposeful psychological and pedagogical influence, which has the goal of forming an adequate assessment of oneself as a driver. The necessity of modifying the course “Psychophysiological foundations of the driver's activity” is substantiated, the possibilities and prospects of using additional interactive modules, including the study of risk factors of the transport environment for the formation of safe behavior of novice drivers.

The educational and methodical complex is prepared in accordance with the educational standard for students of the 2nd stage of obtaining higher education for all specialties. The manual contains a brief synopsis of lectures, tasks for conducting seminars, practical classes, a list of basic and additional literature. It is intended for students of the 2nd stage of obtaining higher education of students for all specialties.

It can be useful for psychologists, teachers, speech pathologists, students and all those who are interested in the psychology of communication, professional development and personality formation.

The paper presents the results of the development and analysis of the model's effectiveness for a foreign language teacher's professional creative development utilizing art therapy in the framework of additional education. The paper aims to provide a theoretical and empirical study of the effectiveness of the model for the professional creativity development of a foreign language teacher through art therapy in the framework of additional education. Attention is drawn to the role and importance of creativity in the foreign language teacher’s activity, to the importance of creative learning in the context of linguistic education. The research methodology and its algorithm are selected, including conducting a complex psychological and pedagogical experiment, conducting diagnostics of the declared parameters, and statistical analysis of the results based on the Spearman rs criterion before and after implementing the developed model. The study of the effectiveness of the model for the professional creative development of a foreign language teacher using art therapy in the framework of additional education was carried out based on the Institute of Foreign Languages of the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (RUDN) in the Center for Additional Professional Education. The experimental and control group was formed. Each group consisted of 35 people. The sample is homogeneous by age and gender. The study results allow drawing a conclusion about the effectiveness of the developed development model and outlining the vector of further research in line with the stated problems.

The article summarizes the experience of implementation of the adaptive function of continuing education in the context of obtaining additional education for the staff of the National Police at the National University of Pharmacy. In modern changing legal and social conditions, which need continuous main professional qualification the issues of obtaining additional education for persons with certain professional experience become relevant. According to the Orders of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the National University of Pharmacy was included in the list of twenty-two Higher Education Institutions, which will fulfill the State order for training and advanced training of persons without medical education, who must provide pre-medical assistance for their duties, namely the National Police of Ukraine. For the organization of the course "First Responder", the training of staff was made, the provision of material and technical base an individual course syllabus was developed. The course training consisted of presenting theoretical material in the form of lectures and improving practical skills, using visual and stimulating teaching methods. 92.5 % of the students successfully completed their studies with an average result of 90.3 % during the test control and 78–91 % –during the practical skills development and received an approved sample certificate. The comparison of the results of the entrance and control testing showed a 40–53 % increase in the level of knowledge in first pre-medical aid. Thus, the course “First Responder”, organized by the National University of Pharmacy, is a prime example of the implementation of the adaptive function of additional continuing education and meets all the criteria of formal education

The article reveals the problem of the formation of the professional position of the additional education teacher. At the present stage of sustainable, rapid development of Russian society and in the context of modernization of the national education system, the introduction of new educational standards and the professional standard "Additional education teacher of children and adults" the role of the teacher as an active subject of the educational process and a specialist, who is aspiring and capable of professional self-development, self-improvement in the process of performing a certain kind of professional activity is updated and significantly increases. These aspects acquired a particular significance in the context of the relevance of the staffing issue in additional education institutions. The purpose of the article is to justify the importance of the problem of formation of the professional position of additional education teacher, to determine the readiness of teachers for professional activities, to develop and approbate the corporate training program "The successful teacher". The leading method in the research of the indicated problem is questioning method which was used among 118 teachers and allowed to reveal the level of the readiness of additional education teachers for professional activity. The article substantiates the need to organize work on corporate training and raising the level of professional skill through the system of continuous professional development of teachers of an institution of additional education of children. The materials presented in the article confirm that new requirements for the quality of educational services against the background of the shortage of qualified specialists, exclusivity and specificity of activities in additional education accent the paramount importance of the formation of the professional position of the teacher.

The paper explores parental attitudes towards additional education basing on the materials of 20 interviews with parents of schoolchildren. We analyse the ideas about the value and objectives of additional education among parents in the context of three types of children’s involvement in additional education — high, flickering and low. We then discuss parental practices of control over children's education and of maintaining children's motivation and compare their views on the problems solved by different areas of activities (foreign languages, sports and dance, visual arts, revising the curriculum with the help of tutors, computer knowledge).Also, we focus on the strategies of "maximal" and "optimal" filling of out-of-school educational space that is common among parents of children with high involvement in additional education. The paper concludes with reflections on the significance of the family in the organization of the child’s educational space since the parents and other members of the family are the primary initiators, organizers, actors responsible for the child’s educational space.

in the course of the work the author monitored music education in the practice of tutoring centers, as well as diagnosing the musicality of children by the method of K.V. Tarasova. It is worth noting the high growth of popularization of musical tutoring in general in our country. As a rule, these are centers that engage in tutoring in an «amateur» format, providing services for additional unlicensed education. As a result of work, the author obtained a whole range of conclusions relevant to research problem. Having become acquainted with the main approaches in the study of the essence of supplementary education, its most important characteristics for children and adults should be recognized as developing creative abilities that generally satisfy their needs. Researcher came to the conclusion that the music education in the conditions of the tutoring center is characterized by the following features: the age-old composition of groups, informal assessment system, personal approach to the student, variation of forms of educational activity.

The contemporary development strategy of Russian education puts forward several requirements for the system of additional education for children and teachers engaged in this field. The teacher must have the ability to self-development and self-improvement, be engaged in creative and innovative activities. The authors note that in the current conditions, the teacher must choose the only correct trajectory of professional advancement that will lead to the achievement of the desired results. The individual trajectory of personal and professional development of a teacher can be represented as a trajectory of professional self-development and self-improvement of a teacher of additional education in the course of teacher’s methodological work. The purpose of the current research is to develop, theoretically substantiate, and experimentally test the program for implementing an individual trajectory of personal and professional development of additional education teacher in the course of teacher’s methodological work. Implementation of individual trajectories of personal and professional development of additional education teachers in the educational organization involves the development of a specific action plan of the heads of departments, educational and methodological service of the institution, as well as very additional education teachers. The tasks of the educational and methodical service of an educational organization in this process are aimed at encouraging teachers, attracting them to innovative activities, various types of methodological work, and providing pedagogical and methodological support. The use of individual trajectory of personal and professional development in the course of organizing methodological work in the educational organization of additional education contributes to an increase in the professional competence of teachers as well as the development of their interest in this process.

The author has made an attempt to analyze the current stage in the devel- opment of an inclusive process in the domestic education. We considered the specifics of the Russian development model of the inclusion in education; defined levels of socio-psychological of actuation process as follows: 1) the system; 2) or- ganizational; 3) group; 4) individual; noted the basic tendencies and contradictions of the transition from policy-making to practical implementation. The paper also covered an issue of the dynamics of the inclusion process in children with disabilities throughout the country. We choose Federal State Primary Education Standard for students with disabilities as a reference point of the inclusion process development. Author is deeply convinced that idea of inclusive education is deeply social. Social efficiency depends not only on the development of systems additional, general, and vocational education, but also on the acceptance and understanding of the inclusion idea by the professional community, and this will keep the link between the basic requirements of education policy and the possibility of practical implementation.

Introduction: competitions occupy a large share in the future activities of modern bachelors in physical culture. To organize and conduct competitions at various levels, it is necessary to acquire additional competence - the ability to organize and conduct competitions, to judge the basic sports and the chosen sport. The relevance of the study lies in the need to develop a course that provides professional training for bachelors of pedagogical education (“Physical culture” profile) for organizing and conducting competitions at various levels. Materials and methods: we used the following research methods: theoretical - analysis, synthesis, modeling, comparison; empirical - questioning, observation and testing. We conducted a survey in order to identify the relevance of the developed author's course of additional professional training “Organizing and conducting sporting events” and introducing it into the system of continuous training for bachelors in physical culture. Results: in order to master students' competence related to the organization and holding of sporting events at various levels, an additional educational program “Organizing and conducting sporting events” was developed and implemented. The purpose of the developed course is the formation of additional professional competencies that ensure the ability and readiness of students to conduct various kinds of competitions; formation of the ability to use a variety of physical culture to maintain health. Discussion and Conclusions: the results of the study revealed the urgent need to expand the professional field of the future graduate in physical culture. A survey among the future bachelors in physical culture showed the need for the implementation of an additional course “Organization and holding of sport events”. To ensure the formation of additional professional competencies of graduates and future professionals in the field of competition to a new level, it is necessary to introduce into the educational process the author's course “Organization and holding of sport events”.
