Статья посвящена изучению смысложизненных установок в понимании ситуации самоизоляции в период пандемии COVID-19. В процессе самопознания личности происходит активное приобретение новых знаний о мире через актуализацию знаний о самом себе, о своем месте в окружающем мире в рамках активного взаимодействия с другими людьми, создающего общее смысловое поле, становящееся основой для порождения новых личностных смыслов, благодаря чему происходит пересмотр и конструирование рефлексивных позиций собственной деятельности и отношений. К числу задач исследования следует отнести: определение уровня понимания ситуации самоизоляции в период пандемии; рассмотрение уровня понимания ситуации самоизоляции в период пандемии как фактора психологического благополучия личности. Чем лучше респонденты понимают необходимость самоизоляции, тем эффективнее происходит процесс общения и взаимодействия с окружающими, и, следовательно, меньший ущерб причиняется уровню психологического благополучия личности., The article is devoted to the study of sense plants in understanding the situation of self-insulation during the Pandemic period COVID-19.
