This thesis aims to illustrate the business environment of Dalmatia, Croatia and its specialities of economic, cultural and business kind. It furthermore investigates the specific style of business dealings in the region and summarises what entrepreneurs considering business partnership with companies from Dalmatia should expect, how to prepare themselves for business negotiations and which steps to take during them and after signing of the contract. The thesis uses methods of PESTEL and SWOT analyses due to which the specialities of the environment are highlighted and then compared with corresponding elements of Czech environment. From the undertaken analyses it can be stated that Dalmatia fights high unemployment made up mostly by its seasonal element. Up to a fifth of the country's GDP is generated by tourism which creates unfavourable dependence of the economy on a swiftly changeable and volatile branch of the economy. The region is also admittedly characterized by a high share of renewable resources on the production of electrical energy and further potential in this branch, above average density of connection to the internet network in comparison to the rest of the country, and the interest of Czech investors in tourism, banking sector, energetics and food industry.

This thesis reports on business opportunities that Romania and especially region of Banat offers to Czech entities and the specifics witch they have to deal with during penetration of this market. First readers learn about cultural specification of Romania and Banat, followed by business negotiation which can be expected in this area and is mainly based on cultural assumptions. Second part is devoted to analysis of the business environment of Romania as a member of the multinational institutions, because without this information can´t be Romania considered as a business partner. Final part focuses specifically on the issue of Banat region, companies that operate there and the business opportunities that the region offers. Work is ended by SWOT analysis of the business environment of Banat and recommendations for potential entrepreneurs entering the market.

The first chapter is focused on Finnish historical and political development since 1917 and describtion of Finnish legal system. The second chapter describes the negotiation with Finnish partners, various legal forms of business and tax policy. The third chapter concerns the investment environment and governmental and non-governmental business support.

This master thesis deals with the specifics of the business environment of the United States of America as one of the most important economies in the world. The aim is to analyze main aspects of current US business environment according to the PEST analysis methodology and based on this analysis then identify its basic advantages and disadvantages. The paper then should provide comprehensive information to entrepreneurs considering the development of their business activities in the US market. To achieve the goal the thesis is divided into four chapters.

The aim of my thesis is to analyze the business environment of Austria, describe economic and political situation of the country, as well as analyze appropriate business behavior while dealing with Austrian partners and to point out cultural differences, which may come across a business entity. The work is thematically divided into five parts. The first part of my work provides a general description of the country and its brief history, which influenced the formation of links to foreign business partners. The second part relates to the business environment, focusing on political, economic, socio-cultural and technological environment. The third part deals with the cultural specifics while focusing on information about cultural dimensions and customs. The Bachelor's Thesis is about business environment, business and cultural specifics of Serbia. The first chapter contains basic information about geography, people and current political situation of Serbia. The second chapter contains information about Serbian business environment and the third chapter is about orthodox religion, cultural dimensions and traditions. The last chapter about business ethics and specifics contains information about specifics of business negotiations.

In my work, I deal with the specifics of the business environment of Egypt with the possibility of doing business for Czech subjects there. The aim of this thesis is to describe the specifics of Egypt's business environment, identify promising sectors for Czech exporters and process useful information of companies and individuals who operate in this market. The second part deals with the evaluation of research experience of Czech companies operating in Egypt.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze entrepreneurial environment of Bosnia and Herzegovina, outline economic and political situation of the country, analyze business negotiation with Bosnian entrepreneurs and point out cultural and other particularities. The first chapter contains basic information about the country, brief history and some facts about the population. The second chapter deals with the entrepreneurial environment, economic and political situation and with the foreign direct investments. The third chapter is about the cultural and social particularities. The last chapter analyzes business negotiations with bosnian entrepreneurs by way of my own survey among Czech and Bosnian business partners.

The most important target of this diploma thesis is to point out opportunities and threats for Czech enterpreneurs especially in the territory of tourism. My bachelor thesis describes the business environment in Palestine and its specifics. Its first chapter deals with the component parts of the business environment in Palestine and analyzes historical connections, economic situation, infrastructure, political environment, demographic situation and foreign relations of the Palestinian National Authority. It also includes basic information on the territory. The second chapter of the thesis deals with cultural aspects of the business environment and negotiation in Palestine. Above all, it accents the role of religion. The main objective of my thesis is to provide unbiased information on the business environment in Palestine and so to help potential investors and other readers with their orientation in the territory.

In my bachelor thesis I analyze specialities of the corporate environment in Madagascar and I bring the view of the business and cultural customs of this country. The first chapter contains basic country profile of Madagascar including history, geographical information and the description of various ethnic groups, religions and languages present on Madagascar. The second chapter is concerned on the business environment, tax segment and political system. The last chapter describes trade negotiations and etiquette.

The aim of my thesis was to analyze the business environment of Mongolia and on the basis of information obtained to create a comprehensive material for businesses that are considering entry into the market of Mongolia. Pivotal part of my thesis is the second chapter, entitled Business Environment. I conducted an analysis using the PEST analysis, I focused on four basic factors of macroenvironment: political and legislative influences, economic, cultural and social, technical and technological influences. An integral part is also a characteristic of business negotiation with an emphasis on the specifics of this country. In the last chapter, I focused on the mutual trade relations of the Czech Republic and Mongolia.

První část práce seznámí čtenáře se základními charakteristikami Angoly. Jedná se o charakteristiky týkající se její geografie, struktury obyvatel, historie, politického systému a hlavně ekonomické charakteristiky včetně zahraničního obchodu. Druhá část se zabývá odlišnostmi v průběhu obchodního jednání s angolskými partnery. Tato část se věnuje také kulturním specifikům této země. Poslední kapitola je věnovaná bilaterálním vztahům mezi Českou Republikou a Angolou.

Práce se zabývá podnikatelským prostředím Mongolska, přičemž se zaměřuje na analýzu politických, ekonomických, sociálních a technologických ukazatelů. Dále se rovněž věnuje základním podmínkám vstupu a podnikání na mongolském trhu. V další části se práce zabývá kulturními specifiky a jejich vlivy na obchodní jednání s mongolským partnerem. V poslední části práce je analyzována vzájemná spolupráce mezi Mongolskem a ČR s přihlédnutím na exportní a investiční příležitosti v Mongolsku.

Práce se v první kapitole zabývá obecnou charakteristikou Islandu. V druhé části je rozebráno podnikatelské prostředí a vztah Islandu k okolnímu světu. Poslední kapitola je věnována obchodnímu jednání, etiketě a zkušenostem českých podniků s islandskými podnikateli.

Práce analyzuje podnikatelské prostředí Kostariky a posuzuje jeho výhody a nevýhody z pohledu zahraničního podnikatele, který chce vstoupit na kostarický trh. Po seznámení čtenáře se základními údaji o Kostarice jsou podrobně rozebrány jednotlivé složky podnikatelského prostředí, tedy prostředí politické a právní, ekonomické, sociální a kulturní a technologické. Součástí práce je dotazník, který zkoumá kulturní a obchodní etiketu při vyjednávání s kostarickými obchodními partnery.

Práce nejprve vymezuje pojmy podnikatelské prostředí a PEST analýza. Po seznámení čtenáře se základními údaji o Dánsku práce analyzuje jednotlivé složky podnikatelského prostředí Dánska, tedy prostředí politické a právní, ekonomické, sociální a kulturní, technologické. Hledá odpověď na otázku, které faktory lákají do Dánska zahraniční investory a které je naopak odrazují. Pozornost je věnována i přeshraniční spolupráci se Švédskem v rámci regionu ?resund.

Práce analyzuje podnikatelské prostředí Japonska a posuzuje jeho výhody a nevýhody z pohledu zahraničního podnikatele,který chce vstoupit na japonský trh.Zabývá se všeobecnými informacemi o této zemi a popisuje vývoj japonského hospodářství a jeho současný stav. Dále se věnuje zahraničnímu obchodu Japonska a jeho struktuře a perspektivním odvětvím pro zahraniční firmy. Zabývá se také obchodními vztahy Japonska a EU a ČR a podmínkami vstupu na trh. Jako poslední se práce zaměřuje na japonskou obchodní etiketu.

Práce se zabývá podnikatelským prostředím, obchodními zvyklostmi a kulturními specifiky Švýcarska. Analyzuje obchodní jednání se švýcarským obchodním partnerem, uvádí užitečné rady firem, které mají zkušenosti se švýcarským trhem. Dále nastiňuje ekonomický pohled na Švýcarsko ? tato část práce je věnována švýcarskému hospodářství, zahraničnímu obchodu mezi Švýcarskem a Českou republikou, Švýcarskem a Evropskou unií, členství země v mezinárodních organizacích. Poslední kapitola diplomové práce pojednává o švýcarském podnikatelském prostředí.

Práce pojednává o politické a především o ekonomické charakteristice krajiny. Zaměřuje se hlavně na zahraniční obchod, finanční a daňový sektor, obvyklé platební podmínky a platební morálku jak státního, tak soukromého sektoru. Analyzuje podnikatelské prostředí a investiční klima včetně rizik investování a nejperspektivnějších odvětví pro investice. V závěru pak předpovídá další směřování krajiny a ekonomických reforem.

Práce popisuje podnikatelské prostředí Nizozemska. Dál uvádí, jaké jsou podmínky pro podnikání. Věnuje se zvláštnostem nizozemské kultury a jejich vlivu na obchodní jednání s nizozemskými obchodními partnery. Snaží se formulovat základní doporučení pro úspěšné jednání českých ekonomických subjektů s nizozemskou stranou. Práce též analyzuje vzájemnou spolupráci České republiky a Nizozemska v obchodní a ekonomické oblasti.
