The article presents the author's experiences related to weight loss. The author's Seattle-based trainer Michael Hildebrand met him every Tuesday evening and guided him for cardio and strength related one-hour workout. The author's usual routine involved a warm-up on the treadmill, 40 minutes of exercise including upper- and lower-body moves, like squats and shoulder presses, without resting. He spent 10 minutes working his core muscles. He found stability-ball and bicycle crunches tough. He also went to the gym without his trainer three days a week. After eight months, he lost a lot of bady weight.
