According to the World Health Organization, up to 60% of the factors that influence individual health and quality of life are related to lifestyle. We know that lifestyle is defined as a complex set of behaviours of individuals and groups under certain living conditions that surround and connect them, based on family traditions, culture, and socioeconomic environment, on the importance of the society in which a person lives and which influences his or her lifestyle, on the dynamics of life... then it is absolutely clear what consequences the pandemic had for a whole generation, for the formation of new habits, for changes in behaviour and lifestyle. The aim of this research was to show the gender differences in different areas of human life, such as general health, control and satisfaction with life, nutrition, social life, and physical activity. The survey was conducted online via a Google form that shared on social networks. 291 respondents, whose average age was 21, participated in the study. In summary, we can say that with the Covid-19 pandemic, lifestyle has also changed - the new reality of working from home, temporary unemployment, bringing up children online and lack of physical contact with other family members, friends, and colleagues. Adapting to such lifestyle changes, dealing with the fear of contracting the virus, and caring for those close to us who are particulary vulnerable, are challenges for all of us, both today and in the future, as further research will show the impact of these changes on the health of residents.
