Abstract: Common fixed point theorems for -weakly isotone increasing mappings satisfying a generalized contractive type condition under a continuous function with for each and in complete ordered partial metric spaces are proved. To illustrate our results and to distinguish them from the existing ones, we equip the paper with examples. [Copyright &y& Elsevier]

In some recent papers a method has been presented of reducing coupled fixed point results in ordered metric spaces to the respective results for mappings with one variable, even obtaining more general theorems. In this paper, we develop further this method and obtain improved versions of coupled fixed point results in 0-complete ordered partial metric spaces. Abstract: We establish coupled coincidence point results for mixed g-monotone mappings under general contractive conditions in partially ordered cone metric spaces over solid cones. We also present results on existence and uniqueness of coupled common fixed points. Our results generalize, extend and unify several well known comparable results in the literature.
