In this reflective paper, the authors discuss their experiences of developing e-learning courses to teach and learn to create an engaged pedagogy in various semesters at Kathmandu University School of Education, Nepal, that involves their (PGD, Master, MPhil, and Ph.D.) students of the 2020-2022 batches for ensuring higher learning outcomes. This paper describes the ongoing learning from research done in the context of the authors' planning, delivering, and receiving feedback from the students during the pedagogical practices through e-learning. The authors give examples of some of their PGD, Master, MPhil, and Ph.D. e-learning practices that they delivered to students in the 2020-2022 batches. We attempt to share e-learning practices that we were practicing for on-campus, online, and distance learning to ensure higher learning outcomes in higher education in Nepal and worldwide.
