中国具有丰富的致密油气藏储量, 必将成为中国接替的油气资源。致密油藏开发主要依靠水力压裂技术, 对于致密 薄互层, 施工因素作为可控因素, 对于现场施工具有重要意义。因此, 本文研究针对鄂尔多斯盆地致密储层, 低孔低渗、储层 厚度薄等特点, 以该地区 L 井 F12 地层为例, 采用 Abaqus 有限元软件进行了模拟计算, 研究了施工过程中的排量以及压裂液 黏度对裂缝垂面扩展规律的影响, 并且根据实际情况对模型进行验证, 确定了模型和模拟方法的准确性。研究结果表明:压 裂液的排量对于裂缝的扩展具有重大影响, 排量越大, 裂缝的扩展速度越快, 裂缝的缝高和缝宽越大;压裂液黏度对裂缝的扩 展行为影响微乎其微。并进一步分析发现, 针对致密薄互层, 仅仅只改变压裂液排量和黏度并不能将裂缝控制在储层内, 采 用变排量控缝高技术辅以其他控缝高手段能够更好地将裂缝控制在储层内, 为现场压裂施工提供了基础。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Hydraulic fracturing is one of the main technologies for the effective development of tight reservoirs, and has been widely used in oil fields. The research on the influencing factors of hydraulic fracturing fracture geometry is considered to be the key to the success of tight reservoir fracturing. Therefore, taking the Daqing tight reservoir as an example, the Abaqus finite element software was used for simulation calculation. The effects of the minimum horizontal in-situ stress difference, elastic modulus difference, Poisson's ratio difference and tensile strength difference of the reservoir on the fracture geometry were further studied. The results show that the minimum horizontal in-situ stress difference, elastic modulus difference and tensile strength difference of the reservoir interlayer have great influence on the fracture geometry and expansion. While the Poisson's ratio difference has little effect on the fracture geometry. Additionally, the control analysis of fracture geometry by low temperature cooling and adding artificial interlayer provides a foundation for on-site fracturing construction. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Comparing to ordinary rectangular labyrinth, the vertical channel was added two internal tooth and transverse channel was added one internal tooth respectively for forming four double inner teeth rectangular labyrinth channels with different position of inner tooth. The ordinary rectangular labyrinth channels and teeth double inner teeth rectangular labyrinth channels had the same minimum flow cross section, in order to study the hydraulic performance all of them. And the method of numerical simulation and orthogonal test were used to select the primary factors of inner tooth spacing, relative position and tooth height. Through variance analysis and range analysis, the main factors and secondary factors affecting the hydraulic performance were found. Finally the optimal scheme was got. The results show that in the ordinary rectangular labyrinth with internal tooth, the effect of energy dissipation will be better and the flow index generally decreases from 11.18% to 18.01%; three factors’ influencing order of double inner tooth rectangle labyrinth channel is that the relative position of inner tooth > inner tooth height > the inner tooth spacing; the structure of double inner tooth rectangular labyrinth channel with the minimum flow index is that the left upper side and right lower side in vertical flow and the side without vortex in transverse vortex adds inner tooth.
