Connectivity measures real energization state of manifold applications and user interference in many criteria-based network systems. Randic index is a parameter of this type that can be used to measure the combined power of molecular graph or graphical network system. The concept of Randic index has been applied in a connected system in Indonesia tourism sectors under some uncertain conditions. First, Randic index of fuzzy graph (FG) and fuzzy subgraph are introduced and investigated their properties. Second, different upper and lower bounds of Randic index and their isomorphic properties in fuzzy graphs are exhibited. Third, the Randic index in directed fuzzy graph (FDG) is introduced. Due to presence of similar contribution of vertices, many formulas for calculating Randic index of regular fuzzy graphs are presented. Fourth, some similarity and distinction of Randic index with connectivity index (CI) and Wiener index (WI) in fuzzy graph are analyzed. Fifth, an algorithm and a flowchart are proposed to determine Randic index in a fuzzy graph. Finally, an application is depicted to mention the order of important crossroads and stoppages between Balai Kemambang (BKB) and Bukit Kendalisada (BKS) in Indonesia tourism sectors. The valency based topological indices (TIs) are defined by algebraic functions as the chemical graph theory tools in which the structural parameters are used as input and the output is related with the topology of chemical species. In theoretical chemistry, the TIs are mainly used to investigate/develop the QSAR and QSPR investigations of the molecular graphs. The Reformulated F-index or RFI is one such kind of TIs. Topological indices (TIs) are expressed by constant real numbers that reveal the structure of the graphs in QSAR/QSPR investigation. The reformulated second Zagreb index (RSZI) is such a novel TI having good correlations with various physical attributes, chemical reactivities, or biological activities/properties. The RSZI is defined as the sum of products of edge degrees of the adjacent edges, where the edge degree of an edge is taken to be the sum of vertex degrees of two end vertices of that edge with minus 2. In this study, the behaviour of RSZI under graph operations containing Cartesian product, join, composition, and corona product of two graphs has been established. Connectivity index of graph plays a significant role in chemistry, pharmacology, etc. This paper brings in connectivity index of a bipolar fuzzy graph (BFG) with its boundedness. We examine the changes of connectivity index for a BFG when a vertex or an edge is removed. Some theorems related to these are established. The parameter, average connectivity index of a BFG, is introduced with some theorems. Some special types of nodes like bipolar fuzzy connectivity-enhancing node, bipolar fuzzy connectivity-reducing node, bipolar fuzzy connectivity-neutral node with their properties are introduced. Keeping in mind bipolar judgemental thinking, two applications of these thoughts are bestowed to increase the popularity of women football league in India and another is to determine the order of the places to build colleges in a town.
