In China, the consumption of personal goods via electronic commerce shows continuous growth, this is due to the increase in the middle class with access and knowledge of information and communication technologies. In Mexico, retail electronic commerce shows a trend of constant growth in the population with education, knowledge and access to information and communication technologies. In China and Mexico, the acceptance of personal purchases through electronic commerce is presented as a preferred option.
